Nicolo Savona renews until 2030!
Nicolo Savona's ties to Juventus have strengthened further, as the club has officially extended his contract until June 30, 2030. The 22-year-old defender, who rose through the club's Youth Sector, became a full member of the Men's First Team in August 2024.
Savona has been Bianconero since he was eight years old, progressing steadily through every level of the club - from the youth teams to the Primavera, then on to Juventus Next Gen, and now a First Team player.
The 2024/25 season marked a major milestone in his career, as he made his debut in Juventus's win over Como at the Allianz Stadium on August 19, opening the Serie A season.

That appearance was the first of 37 across all competitions in 2024/25. Though primarily a defender, Savona has shown a willingness to contribute in attack as well, scoring the first two goals of his professional career - both away from home, in Verona and Udine - helping secure important victories for the team.
Savona's journey with Juventus is set to continue for many years to come.
Congratulations, Nicolo - see you on the pitch again soon!

Ex-Juventus star Pogba in Monaco talks, Walker towards Fenerbahce after Milan
Former Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba is in advanced negotiations to join AS Monaco, while Kyle Walker could go from Milan to Fenerbahce. The transfer market does not officially open for teams outside the Club World Cup until July 1, but that does not apply to free agents. Advertisement Pogba is now able to resume his playing career after a ban for failing a doping test while he was at Juventus in September 2023. He terminated his contract with the club by mutual consent and is now seeking his next adventure. Official: Napoli sign Marianucci from Empoli
Napoli have officially signed defender Luca Marianucci from Empoli, with the cost of the operation set at €9m. As Football Italia had already reported, the medical tests were postponed to Tuesday this week after the clubs struck an agreement. Advertisement He passed those with flying colours and, as is tradition, President Aurelio De Laurentiis made the announcement first via his social media. 'Welcome Luca!' was his post on X, formerly known as Twitter, before the formal statement on the club website. He made 24 competitive appearances this season, contributing two assists from central defence, but was unable to prevent Empoli's relegation to Serie B. It is believed the cost of this transfer for Napoli will be circa €9m, going to bolster the squad options for the reigning Champions of Italy. He is the second signing of the summer for the Partenopei, who also announced Kevin De Bruyne as a free agent from Manchester City.

Monaco interested in move for Paul Pogba
Ligue 1 side Monaco are interested in a move for free agent Paul Pogba. The 32-year-old has been without a club since leaving Juventus by mutual agreement in November 2024, with his last competitive appearance in September 2023. The decision to leave the Serie A side followed the reduction of his four-year ban for failing an anti-doping test to 18 months in October. Pogba's successful appeal at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) meant he was eligible to return to training in January and playing in March. Advertisement The Athletic reported in April that D.C. United were the Major League Soccer (MLS) side that owned Pogba's discovery rights. Pogba had been linked to a move to MLS in part due to the time he had spent in the United States during his ban. The Frenchman has also attended several MLS games, including in Los Angeles and Miami. Though Pogba has 91 caps for France, he has never played professionally for a team in his homeland after coming through the academy at Manchester United and then leaving for Juventus in 2012. Monaco, meanwhile, finished third in Ligue 1 in 2024-25, securing qualification for next season's Champions League. Pogba made just nine appearances for Juventus after rejoining the club from Manchester United in the summer of 2022. After seeing his ban reduced on appeal, Pogba said he was 'willing to give up money' to play for Juventus again. 'I would just like to be on the pitch, any pitch,' Pogba said after the verdict. 'I am still the same player with a different hunger, more motivated and more hungry. I will appreciate the game more than before because the game has been taken away from me. I realise how important it is for me.' During his first spell with Juventus, Pogba helped the Turin side win four successive Serie A titles. United paid a then world-record €110million (£93.2m) transfer fee in 2016 to bring him back to Old Trafford, where he won the League Cup and Europa League before returning to Juventus at the expiration of his contract.
