Sydney Sweeney's 5-Outfit Press Day Included a Breathtaking Red Ball Gown
Sydney Sweeney had a fashion marathon in New York City yesterday, stepping out in five different outfits to promote her upcoming psychological thriller Echo Valley. Stylist Molly Dickson put together the looks, which included a show-stopping ball gown and chic blazer minidress.
Sweeney started the day in a nautical-inspired look by Coperni. She wore a black vest with a structured sailor-style collar over a pleated white skirt. Black knee-high boots, a leather handbag, and oversize sunglasses completed the ensemble as she departed her hotel en route to Good Morning America.
The actress was then photographed leaving the studio in an archival Jean Paul Gaultier outfit from the brand's fall/winter 2005 collection. The chocolate-brown vintage look resembled a blazer minidress and included a matching necktie. Sweeney accessorized with pointed brown pumps, a compact handbag, and tinted sunglasses.
Her third appearance featured a plaid brown co-ord set from Oscar de la Renta's fall 2025 collection. The checked blouse and matching wide-leg trousers were styled with an ivory top-handle bag and powder-blue heels.
For the film's red carpet premiere that evening, Sweeney changed into a custom Vera Wang ball gown. The bright-red silk design featured a sculpted neckline and peplum waist, adding dramatic volume to the flared skirt. She completed the look with diamond studs from Kwiat.
Later that night, the actress made another outfit change, stepping out in an off-the-shoulder red cocktail dress with ruched detailing and a high slit, paired with matching pumps.
Outside of her acting work, Sweeney recently confirmed her split from former fiancé Jonathan Davino and spoke candidly about embracing single life. 'I'm learning a lot about myself, spending more time with my friends. And I'm loving it,' she told The Times.

Sydney Sweeney breaks silence on split from fiancé Jonathan Davino
Sydney Sweeney is feeling euphoric as a single woman. The actress, 27, has broken her silence following her split from fiancé Jonathan Davino, 41, after getting engaged in 2022. During an interview with The Times, Sweeney was asked by a reporter if she was currently planning her wedding, to which she stated: 'No.' When asked if she was single, the 'Anyone But You' alum replied, 'Yes.' 'I'm learning a lot about myself,' Sweeney expressed. 'Spending more time with my friends. And I'm loving it.' In March, an insider told People that the couple's relationship had been 'rocky for a long time.' The source added that Sweeney 'didn't feel right' about walking down the aisle with the businessman, which led her to break things off. 'She's exactly where she wants to be,' they continued. 'Most people would feel overwhelmed by her working schedule this year, but not Syd. She's all about working right now and very excited about all her projects.' The source noted that Sweeney is currently 'in the middle of this magical career that she could only dream of a few years ago' and that 'this is what she wants to focus on right now.' Although her workload didn't add extra pressure, the thought of following through with the wedding was weighing on the young starlet. 'What did make her overwhelmed though was her relationship and her wedding. She didn't feel right about it.' 'She's not ready to settle down,' the insider said. 'They only lasted for this long because it was hard for her to break it off. They didn't split because there is no love. They split because she just wants to focus on her career right now.' 'The White Lotus' actress and the film producer were first romantically linked in 2018 and four years later, in 2022, he popped the question. In October 2024, while speaking with Glamour magazine, Sweeney took a moment to gush over her then partner. 'We're in it together,' she confessed. 'And we want to see each other succeed.' As she put it, 'I'm a very successful, independent woman who's worked really hard. I've accomplished and bought everything myself, and I provide for myself and my family.' At the time, Sweeney shared insight into what makes their romance work, stating, 'You can be in a healthy relationship with someone and also be very successful without needing the man.' She dubbed herself and Davino 'teammates.' In April, the exes were spotted out to lunch in Los Angeles, with Davino walking their dog before sitting down to eat. A month later, Sweeney was seen hanging out with Machine Gun Kelly and Patrick Schwarzenegger while in Las Vegas. The trio partied together while at the grand opening of the Palm Tree Beach Club in Las Vegas. One shot posted to social media showed Sweeney flashing a dazzling smile as she stood in between the rocker, 35, and actor, 31. Along with having fun with friends, the actress is back to filming Season 3 of 'Euphoria' after years long delays. While Sweeney won't be walking down the aisle IRL anytime soon, her character on the HBO series, Cassie Howard, just might be. The blonde bombshell was spotted wearing a wedding dress while shooting earlier this year.

‘Psychotic' Sydney Sweeney admits she's ‘really vicious' on set, feels ‘bad' for her co-stars
Don't let her sweet personality fool you. Sydney Sweeney recently revealed that she is 'kind of psychotic' on set and feels 'bad' for her co-stars while filming certain projects. The 'Euphoria' actress, 27, opened up about her surprising acting process during an appearance on 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon' Thursday night to promote her upcoming Apple TV+ movie, 'Echo Valley.' 'I, like, jump in and out,' Sweeney revealed after Fallon, 50, asked how she prepares for her roles. 'It's kind of psychotic.' 'Like, you're happy and fun, and then…' the late-night host said, to which Sweeney added, 'And then they say, 'Action!' and then I'm screaming and crying. And then they call, 'Cut!' and I go, 'What's wrong?'' 'Echo Valley,' which hits the popular streamer on Friday, June 13, stars the 'Immaculate' actress as Claire, the troubled daughter of Julianne Moore's character Kate. But while Sweeney praised Moore, 64, as 'the most incredible human being,' she also admitted that she was 'vicious' when the script called for the two actresses to argue with one another. 'She's so kind and fun, and just amazing to work with,' the 'Anyone But You' starlet said of her co-star. 'I felt so bad,' she added. 'I did. 'Cause I am. I'm vicious. I'm really vicious.' Elsewhere during her appearance on 'The Tonight Show' this week, Sweeney shared some updates regarding her 'Euphoria' character, Cassie, ahead of the show's upcoming third season. 'Cassie is crazy,' she told Fallon. 'It's the favorite version of her. She's even worse, she's even worse.' Sweeney also teased the series of behind-the-scenes photos that were allegedly leaked from the set of 'Euphoria' Season 3 back in April. The pics showed the actress' character walking down the aisle in a wedding dress, and Sweeney stayed hush-hush regarding whether the photos were real or fake. 'I can't confirm or deny,' she said. 'That could be AI!' 'No, it can't,' Fallon fired back. 'Nice try!' One subject Sweeney did not discuss during her appearance on 'The Tonight Show' on Thursday was her recent split from fiancé Jonathan Davino. Although the pair got engaged in 2022, the 'Madame Web' actress reportedly broke things off in March. She then broke her silence on the split for the first time during an interview with The Times published on May 31. 'No,' Sweeney said when asked if she was currently planning her wedding. 'Yes,' she added when asked whether she is single. 'I'm learning a lot about myself,' Sweeney continued at the time. 'Spending more time with my friends. And I'm loving it.' The actress' remarks came after an insider told People in March that the former couple's relationship had been 'rocky for a long time' and Sweeney 'didn't feel right' about tying the knot with the 41-year-old businessman and film producer. 'She's exactly where she wants to be,' the source told the outlet. 'Most people would feel overwhelmed by her working schedule this year, but not Syd.' 'She's all about working right now and very excited about all her projects,' they added. 'This is what she wants to focus on right now.'

Sydney Sweeney Admits Putting Her Bath Water In A Bar Soap Was Her Idea: 'I Pitched It'
Sydney Sweeney is relishing the internet buzz surrounding her recent collaboration with men's grooming brand Dr. Squatch, which features a limited-edition soap named "Sydney's Bathwater Bliss." The actress has numerous projects in the pipeline and is set to release her latest film, "Echo Valley," in which she plays the daughter of Julianne Moore, as they strive to keep a dark secret hidden. Two months after her split from ex-partner Jonathan Davino, Sydney Sweeney broke her silence on her relationship status, confirming she's single. Sydney Sweeney has reacted to her bath water, causing massive buzz on social media after it was featured in her collaboration with Dr. Squatch. The "Anyone But You" star made waves when she announced a new partnership with the men's grooming brand for a limited-edition line of bar soaps that include an unusual key ingredient: her actual bath water. Following an initial Dr. Squatch commercial, where Sweeney appeared in a bubble bath, several fans humorously took to social media to demand that her bath water be featured in the soap, and the brand heeded their call, which has now resulted in a teal-colored bar of soap called Sydney's Bathwater Bliss. "You kept asking about my bathwater after the @drsquatch ad…" she captioned a recent post. "So we kept it." During a recent appearance at the New York premiere of her latest film, "Echo Valley," Sweeney shared more details on the origins of the viral soap. When asked about the unique product, she told E! News, "I pitched it!" Addressing the online chatter, Sweeney commented, "I think it's more fun to see everyone else talk about it." The "White Lotus" star has been busy working on several new projects, as her new Apple TV+ film, "Echo Valley," is set to hit the streaming platform on June 13th. In the film, Sweeney plays the daughter of Julianne Moore as the two battle to keep a dark secret hidden. According to E! News, she noted that the project gave her "so many reasons" to say yes. "The character, Claire, is such a multi-layered, troubled young woman," she explained. "And being able to explore a character that has so many dimensional relationships with their mother, it's fun." Also, she admitted that working opposite the legendary Moore was "such a dream" for her; hence, she couldn't say no. "She is beyond kind," Sweeney gushed. "Like one of the kindest human beings I've ever met." Meanwhile, Sweeney has had to deal with a sad situation in her personal life after calling it quits with her partner of 7 years, Jonathan Davino. The pair began dating in 2018 and got engaged in 2022. In a recent interview with the Sunday Times, she confirmed that she's single again, months after multiple outlets previously reported that they'd called off their engagement and ended their relationship. "I'm learning a lot about myself, spending more time with my friends," she added. "And I'm loving it." People Magazine confirmed that Sweeney called off her wedding to Davino after weeks of speculation about the state of their relationship. A source close to the situation told the news outlet that the actress did not feel "right" about marrying Davino. The source also noted that, unlike some people, Sweeney was not being "overwhelmed" by her busy work schedule, but was instead stressed out about a potential wedding to her then-fiancé. "She's exactly where she wants to be. Most people would feel overwhelmed by her working schedule this year, but not Syd. She's all about working right now and very excited about all her projects," the source said. "What did make her overwhelmed, though, was her relationship and her wedding. She didn't feel right about it," they added. Sweeney opened up about her surprising acting process during an appearance on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" on Thursday to promote her upcoming movie "Echo Valley." While chatting with Fallon, she admitted that she's "kind of psychotic" on set and feels "bad" for her costars while filming specific projects, per the New York Post. "I, like, jump in and out," Sweeney told Fallon after he asked how she prepares for her roles. "It's kind of psychotic." "Like, you're happy and fun, and then…" the late-night host said, to which Sweeney added, "And then they say, 'Action!' and then I'm screaming and crying. And then they call, 'Cut!' and I go, 'What's wrong?'" Elsewhere in her chat with Fallon, Sweeney shared some updates about her "Euphoria" character, Cassie, ahead of the show's upcoming third season. "Cassie is crazy," she told Fallon. "It's the favorite version of her. She's even worse, she's even worse."
