Known for his effortless charm and timeless fitness, Gaurav opened up about his diet, workout regime, and wellness mindset—proving that staying fit doesn't always require an intense routine or rigid restrictions.
Speaking about his eating habits, Gaurav revealed, 'I don't have a strict diet plan. I eat everything in moderation. Even when I have sweets, I make sure not to eat them for the next few days. I believe in giving my body all kinds of nutrition and don't deprive it of anything.'
On his workout schedule, he shared that it evolves with his roles. 'Right now, for Professor Rajveer Shastri, I don't need to be very muscular. I maintain a lean, healthy physique. I do yoga three times a week and go to the gym twice.'
Interestingly, Gaurav emphasized consistency over intensity. 'You don't need to go to the gym every day. You just need to stay active. Walk while talking, take the stairs—burn what you eat,' he advised.

He added that fitness should be seamlessly woven into daily life. 'Sometimes, I do 50 push-ups before leaving for a shoot. It's not about squeezing time, it's just a habit,' he said.
Gaurav further stated, 'Eat everything, stay active, sleep well, and avoid processed food. You can enjoy food and still stay in shape—just don't overdo or deprive.'
Surprisingly, Gaurav doesn't follow any fitness idols. 'I don't have a fitness inspiration. I've figured out what works for me over the years. I still wear the same jeans size I wore at 14—that's my benchmark,' he concluded with a smile.
