Zoe Saldana brings her three sons to Elio premiere in rare sighting and reveals their summer plans

Daily Maila day ago

Zoe Saldaña brought all three of her sons to the world premiere of Elio, which was held at El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood on Tuesday.
The Oscar winner - turning 47 next week - dressed her 10-year-old twin sons Cy Aridio & Bowie Ezio and eight-year-old son Zen Anton Hilario in matching black blazers over white button-up shirts, blue jeans, and sneakers.
Zoe revealed her children specifically requested that the family spend this summer not far from their $17.5M five-bedroom Montecito mansion affectionately called 'Casa De Buena Vista' when they're not enjoying 'a lot of camp.'
'Usually our summers are always spent traveling and traveling around work and traveling in general. This summer, they were very adamant about staying home,' Saldaña told ET on the blue carpet.
'And now they're getting older and they're not just little briefcases that you can take around with you. They have their own opinions they make their own decisions and they are very much about, "This is what we want. We want soccer. We want music. We want playdates, but we want to be home." So we're going to do that.'
Noticeably missing from the family film festivities was the Emilia Pérez actress' husband of 12 years, Italian artist-filmmaker Marco Perego Saldaña.
Zoe (born Zoë Yadira Saldaña Nazario) was dressed conservatively in a rust-colored turtleneck blouse tucked into a mustard-colored pencil skirt and brown pointy-toed pumps selected by stylist Petra Flannery.
Hairstylist Mara Roszak coiffed Saldaña's tidy updo and make-up artist Vera Steimberg applied her wine-colored pout.
The half-Dominican, half-Puerto Rican triple threat made her Pixar debut voicing Olga Solis - whose nephew is abducted by aliens - in the animated sci-fi comedy Elio, which hits US/UK theaters June 20.
'I wanted to be able to be apart of great stories out there that my children can relate to from an early stage,' Zoe explained of her motivation.

Hear creepy audio of Diddy musing about 'crack pipe' girlfriend Jane: Live trial updates

Sean ' Diddy ' Combs' ex-girlfriend and accuser 'Jane' will return to the stand Thursday after his lawyers confronted her with loving and explicit messages they shared. In a shocking moment in court, the music mogul, 55, was heard on a voice note comparing the woman to a 'crack pipe' after one of the so-called freak offs and hotel nights. The second day of cross-examination by attorney Teny Geragos seemed aimed at supporting the defense position that the woman, who testified under a pseudonym, was a willing participant in the sometimes-weekly sex with male sex workers that Diddy directed and watched for hours. Prosecutors say they charged the rapper with sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy because he used threats, drugs and violence to force women into unwelcome sexual experiences and used his employees and associates to help him get what he wanted. Diddy has pleaded not guilty. If convicted, he faces 15 years to life in prison. LISTEN: Diddy call ex his 'crack pipe' after freak off In a newly-released voice note from played to the court on Tuesday, Diddy told Jane: 'Baby [I] had a great time. 'You are the crack pipe. That's my new name for you, or shall I call you CP.' When asked about the comment, Jane said it referenced addiction 'to her ex.' In a voice note from Jane to Diddy played to the court, she is heard telling him: 'Crack pipe is so real for both of us….definitely stay in the light, have a good celebration for you. 'I had so, so, so much fun with you. Turks was incredible, being close with you. I'm so happy. I'm definitely going to rest up...'
