The weather will be fair to partly cloudy at times on Thursday, UAE's National Centre of Meteorology said.
Light to moderate winds will blow, freshening at times, with a speed of 10-25 reaching 35 kmph.
Temperatures will hit 41°C in Abu Dhabi and 39°C in Dubai, they will see a high of 46°C in internal areas. The highest temperature on Wednesday of 47.4°C was recorded at 3.30pm in Mezaira.
Meanwhile, the mercury will dip to 31°C in Abu Dhabi and 32°C in Dubai. The country will see a low of 30°C in some areas likeAl Ruwais and Mezaira
It will be humid by night and Friday morning, with a probability of mist formation over some coastal areas.
Conditions at sea will be slight in the Arabian Gulf and in the Oman Sea.

Temperatures for August are expected to be around the monthly average of 35.7°C.

UAE weather on Friday, August 15 will be dusty and partly cloudy at times. The National Center of Meterology of the country sent out an alert, alerting residents to be aware of dusty conditions between 8am and 5pm. The met department also said there is a probability of some convective cloud Eastward by afternoon, and becoming cloudy by night over Eastern and Southern areas, with an increase in temperatures. Extreme temperatures continue in the country, with the mercury rising to 48°C in internal areas. Temperatures in Dubai will range from 34°C to 44°C, while that of Abu Dhabi will remain between 33°C and 47°C. Sharjah will see a high of 45°C and a low of 33°C. The highest temperature recorded over the country on Thursday was 48.5°C in Al Jazeera B.G (Al Dhafra Region) at 3:30pm. The NCM also warned of foggy conditions ion Friday morning, urging residents to exercise caution while stepping out. There will be light to moderate winds, freshening at times, causing blowing dust and sand, reducing horizontal visibility especially Eastward and Northward. The sea will be moderate and might become rough at times in the offshore of the Arabian Gulf and slight to moderate in Oman Sea.
