US Open tee times: Full schedule for final round at Oakmont
Sam Burns takes a one-shot lead into the final round of the US Open at Oakmont in pursuit of his first major, with the likes of Adam Scott, JJ Spaun and Viktor Hovland on his tail.
Burns sits at four-under for the tournament and will form a final pairing with veteran Scott, who rolled back the years on Saturday in search of a first major victory in 12 years, firing a three-under-par 67 to be tied for second with Spaun at three-under.
Hovland is the only other man in the red at one-under, while Englishman Tyrrell Hatton impressed with a third-round 68 to surge up the leaderboard to one-over – five strokes behind Burns.
It is as you were for world No 1 Scottie Scheffler, who carded an even-par 70 to remain at four-over-par and is out of contention barring a miraculous round. Meanwhile, defending US Open champion Bryson DeChambeau and record six-times runner-up Phil Mickelson were among the high-profile players to miss the halfway cut earlier in a brutal week.

Report: Bengals restart talks with star DE Trey Hendrickson
June 15 - The Cincinnati Bengals and star defensive end Trey Hendrickson have reportedly resumed contract discussions. The NFL sack leader has been at odds with the franchise over the lack of a contract extension, but ESPN reported Sunday that dialogue has picked up. Hendrickson, 30, skipped last week's mandatory three-day mini-camp and is reportedly subject to $105,000 in fines. Hendrickson is slated to earn $15.8 million in base salary in 2025. That pales in comparison to the recent $40 million average deal Cleveland Browns star Myles Garrett signed in the offseason. Hendrickson has indicated he won't play without a bump in pay and expressed disappointment in the process in mid-May. "When there's a lack of communication in any relationship, where it's a business or personal relationship, lack of communication leads to animosity, and that leaves my narrative only to me with no clear direction," Hendrickson said May 13 when asked about whether he wants to remain with the Bengals. Hendrickson had 17.5 sacks in each of the past two seasons with that output being the best in the league in 2024. He has 57 total sacks in his four seasons with Cincinnati and has made the Pro Bowl on each occasion. Overall, Hendrickson has 77 career sacks in 110 games (81 starts), divided equally between the New Orleans Saints (2017-20) and Bengals. Angel Reese becomes second-youngest WNBA player to record triple-double
Angel Reese recorded her first triple double, Hailey Van Lith led a dominant performance by the Chicago bench with a career-high 16 points and the Sky pulled away from the Connecticut Sun for a 78-66 win on Sunday. Reese, at the age of 23, became the second-youngest WNBA player in history with a triple double. Only Caitlin Clark had a triple double at a younger age; she had two while she was 22. Fueled by Reese's 11 assists – more than double her previous career high – Chicago put five players in double figures. The Sky bench outscored the Sun reserves 36-2 in the Commissioner's Cup game. Reese also had 11 points and 13 rebounds for Chicago (3-7). Kia Nurse had 11 points on 4-of-4 shooting with three threes, and Kamilla Cardoso and Ariel Atkins both had 10 points.
