Meghan Markle Enjoys Beekeeping Activity With Daughter In Sweet Video
Meghan Markle never runs out of fun things to try with her kids!
The fun mom list gets longer as the Duchess of Sussex tries out a new hobby with her daughter, Lilibet, in a full beekeeper's regalia.
Meghan Markle's long-time love for keeping bees became public knowledge when she married into the British royal family. Coincidentally, a few royals, including Kate Middleton and the late Queen Elizabeth, also indulge in the hobby.
The Duchess of Sussex was more than excited to share a glimpse of her fun day out with her daughter Lilibet on her Instagram Story. The adorable duo appeared in the clip covered in full beekeepers' suits as they walked toward an apiary.
Meghan held the three-year-old tightly as she wobbled behind, pairing her suit with rainbow-colored boots. "Sugar Sugar" by The Archies played over the video.
When Meghan and her mini-me are not frolicking with the bees, they enjoy picking flowers out in the sun. Last month, she uploaded slides of her checking out cute flowers with Lilibet and her son, Archie.
While she refrained from showing her millions of followers their faces, the kids' beautiful ginger hairs were displayed, showing that they indeed favor their dad with their tresses. "Sunday kind of love… with my little loves," she wrote under the post.
The entrepreneur has openly expressed her intense passion for keeping bees on an episode of her hit Netflix series, "With Love, Meghan." As a testament to that, the duchess was spotted holding a live beehive in the show's first episode. (Meghan is also a staunch Beyoncé fan!)
In the episode, she expressed her positivity, sharing her thoughts on beekeeping, which brings her joy. She noted that engaging in that is a gentle reminder to embrace challenges that may be intimidating.
While pursuing this interest, she also emphasizes the importance of appreciating the beauty of feeling connected to something greater and remaining calm.
Meghan's estranged sister-in-law, Kate, in faraway England, also keeps bees in her Norfolk home. The Duchess of Wales shared that part of her with the world when she posted a picture of her taking care of her hive on World Bee Day two years ago.
The Queen also indulges in beekeeping at her country home in Ray Mill House. Queen Camilla reportedly takes it up a notch by making her honey right at home, per PEOPLE.
Meghan's hobby also earns her some cool wads! The fun mom sold an exclusive Wildflower Honey with Honeycomb from her As Ever brand.
The Duchess' lifestyle brand fans reportedly wasted no time in buying all her available honey. The quick sale also prompted an apology from the mother-of-two for customers who missed out.
In an email to her customers, she expressed her gratitude for their support, reflecting on the phenomenal patronage her brand received from buyers.
She excitedly mentioned that for the upcoming limited-edition honeycomb drop, her customers will not only be the first to know about it but will also receive a special gift in the mail without needing to place an order.
Meghan is not the only hands-on parent in Archie and Lilibet's lives. Shortly before his 40th birthday last year, Prince Harry also reminisced on the growth he has experienced since welcoming his two children. In his statement to BBC, the Duke of Sussex noted:
"Becoming a father of two incredibly kind and funny kids has given me a fresh perspective on life, as well as sharpening my focus in all my work."
He described becoming a father of two children as one of life's greatest joys that has only made him more driven and more committed to making the world less cruel.
Since leaving the United Kingdom with his wife and Archie in 2020, Harry has since settled into life in California while traveling the world for various humanitarian and philanthropic deeds.
She might pick flowers regularly with her two bundles of joy, but raising her two babies is no bed of roses. The 43-year-old spoke about what she had learned about her life, career, and journey since becoming a mother.
The Blast gathered her admissions from an episode of her new podcast "Confessions of a Female Founder." According to her, the original plan was to find a balance between motherhood and her demanding career.
"I will say, for myself, especially when they are baby babies and before I was a mom—I've always wanted to be a mom—I was like, 'Oh gosh, I'm going to give a speech with a baby on my hip. I had a whole vision," the mogul declared.
The mother-of-two continued that some non-ignorable external factors altered her experiences and expectations during pregnancy and the early phase of parenting her babies.
But the actress would not have it any other way as she emphasized the importance of her kids seeing her getting up and chasing her goals every day.
What motherhood hack will Meghan Markle be revealing next?

Tom Cruise So Tired By One ‘Mission: Impossible' Stunt 'He Had To Be Carried Off The Plane'
Tom Cruise was so physically exhausted after a day of stunt work on his latest Mission: Impossible film he had to be carried by his crew. His longtime stunt coordinator and second unit director Wade Eastwood told The Times of London newspaper how drained the actor was by one particular stunt in the eighth (and apparently final) instalment of his hit franchise Mission: Impossible – Final Reckoning – one which involved him walking on the wing of a small biplane mid-air. More from Deadline Summer Bound For $4.2B After Record $326M+ Memorial Day Weekend: 'Lilo & Stitch' Dances To $183M Holiday High, 'Mission: Impossible 8' $77M+ - Monday Box Office Update 'Lilo & Stitch' Surfs To Galactic $341.7M Global Opening; 'Mission: Impossible - Final Reckoning' Lights The Fuse With Franchise-Best $204M WW Launch - International Box Office 'Mission: Impossible's Hayley Atwell Was 8 Months Pregnant During 'Final Reckoning' Fight Scene Eastwood said: 'It beat the hell out of him. The wind hitting him, and the blast of the propeller, particles hitting him. It was the hardest workout you could ever do, it was very dangerous and very exhausting for him. Many times we were carrying him off the wing because he was so tired. And he was flying all day.' Eastwood has worked alongside Cruise since 2013 when they met on the set of Edge of Tomorrow. Eastwood said of Cruise's appetite for risk and doing his own stunts: 'Tom doesn't show fear, Tom shows competence. He had fun during all his stunts, even when it was exhausting. He's always positive, he'll always put on a smile, and he genuinely enjoys it.' Eastwood has served as stunt coordinator on the last four Mission:Impossible films and recalls his favourite moment of all, which came in the seventh film Dead Reckoning Part One – Cruise rode off a cliff-edge on a motorbike. Eastwood revealed that the actor had trained for over a year in motocross and skydiving to perform the stunt, which involved more than 500 skydives and 13,000 motocross jumps. Asked if Cruise would soon retire from such physical demands, Eastwood demurred: 'No, no chance. He's a machine. He acts like a 20-year-old. And there's no magic there, it's just hard work and discipline with his food, nutrition and training.' ‘Ballerina' Hopes To Tiptoe Past $30M U.S., $60M WW As ‘Lilo & Stitch' Continues To Bigfoot
Whether or not Lionsgate's John Wick spinoff Ballerina clears or falls under $30M this weekend in U.S./Canada, consider the win in favor of exhibition, which will have that much more money in the marketplace. The Ana de Armas action movie from director Len Wiseman also is bowing in 82 countries in what's expected to be another $30M, for a global take around $60M. That offshore cash would be on par with the start of John Wick: Chapter 3 in 2019. Lionsgate is self-distributing in the UK and Latin America. More from Deadline 'From The World Of John Wick: Ballerina' Review: Ana De Armas Gives Spinoff A Fighting Chance 'Lilo & Stitch': All The Box Office Records Broken Ana De Armas Teases 'Deeper' With Tom Cruise & Reveals The Lessons 'Ballerina' Has Taught Her Largely funded from foreign sales, the $80M-$90M movie, which was delayed by a year for additional shooting (don't say reshoots — it's additional shooting, OK?) is expected to rank second during the first weekend of June. Disney's will threepeat at No. 1 with $35M, -43%. Flying past $300M this week, it still is the second-highest-grossing movie at the domestic box office YTD behind Warner Bros/Legendary's A Minecraft Movie ($423.1M). RELATED: Ballerina stars Armas as Eve Macarro, an orphan who is trained by the Ruska Roma, the Russian assassin school/ballet academy front, whose leader The Director (Anjelica Huston) also schooled John Wick (Keanu Reeves). As Eve becomes a gun for hire, she's ultimately hellbent to avenge the death of her father, the guy slain by The Chancellor (Gabriel Byrne). There's a slew of cameos from the John Wick gang along the way including Winston (Ian McShane) and Charon (the late Lance Reddick), the concierge at the Continental Hotel in New York, as well as Wick himself. Spinoffs rarely put up similar or better numbers than an original franchise's installments; 2023's John Wick: Chapter 4 the best bow in series at $73.8M. Sources advise not to comp Ballerina to any John Wick movies (this despite the fact that Reeves is in the marketing), rather the best comps are solo female action movies, i.e. Alita: Battle Angel ($28.5M in 2019), Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga ($26.3M, 2024) and Madame Web ($15.3M, 2024). We hear that Fandango presales for Ballerina are 32% ahead of Madame Web, but pacing 50% behind Furiosa. While we needed product in Q1 and Q2 of this year, Ballerina is opening at this point in time as Lionsgate had access to Reeves for the press tour (he introduced the movie Tuesday night at the Hollywood premiere with John Wick architect Chad Stahelski, who is a producer on the new film). One tracking service shows that first choice is best with men over 25, yet 40% behind Furiosa in the same demo. Lionsgate has a master plan, as unveiled at CinemaCon, to build out the John Wick franchise even more than it already is (an animated prequel, a Donnie Yen-directed movie about blind assassin Caine), with Ballerina being another cog in the wheel. There's already been the Peacock series The Continental. Critics generally love John Wick movies, with the pics ranging from 86% certified fresh on Rotten Tomatoes to Chapter 4's franchise high of 94% certified fresh. There are fan screenings today starting at 7 p.m. for the R-rated Ballerina, with more previews starting at 6 p.m. Thursday. What else is going on this weekend? With a continued grip on Imax, Paramount's Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning is eyeing around $15M in weekend 3, -45%. The running cume stands at $129.3M. Sony's second weekend of Karate Kid: Legends is eyeing around $10M, -51%. The movie through Tuesday counts $24.1M. RELATED: Focus Features is expanding Wes Anderson's The Phoenician Scheme from six theaters to 1,600 for a 3-day around $7M. Last weekend, the Cannes-debuting movie posted the best opening theater average of the year with $93,4K. By comparison, Asteroid City did $9M two Junes ago in its wide break second weekend on 1,675 theaters. No Rotten Tomatoes audience score yet. IFC has the Australian shark movie Dangerous Animals, which it world premiered in Directors' Fortnight at Cannes to 88% fresh on Rotten Tomatoes with film reviewers. The Sean Byrne-directed final-girl movie starring Jai Courtney and Yellowstone's Hassie Harrison follows a shark tour guide who feeds his passengers to the sharks. Booked at 1,600 theaters, expect a start in low-single-digit range. IFC's Clown in the Cornfield opened to $3.6M and currently counts $7.2M. Neon's acquisition , which won the People's Choice Award at TIFF, is going out in 16 theaters and eight markets. From writer-director Mike Flanagan and based on the short story by Stephen King, the pic follows three chapters in the life of an ordinary man named Charles Krantz, played by Tom Hiddleston. Rotten Tomatoes reviews stand at 88% fresh.
