The 4 Signs Most Impacted by July's Powerful New Moon in Leo
Within astrology, each phase of the moon is a window for a different course of action. Full moons are times of release; new moons are times for planning.
This new moons are the opportune moment to set intentions for the month ahead, or for even longer. Read on for what makes July's new moon a chance for manifesting the future we want.
When is the New Moon in Leo?
This new moon falls on July 24 at 3:11 p.m. ET.
What Is the Astrological Meaning of July's New Moon?
The reason it's so powerful is because it'll be set off by Saturn, Neptune and Pluto retrograde.
Being that all three of these planets are moonwalking in the sky, we can expect to feel a longing for the past. Former relationships and friendships might be given a second chance, but not without tears or arguments.
The dream that Neptune retrograde in Aries wants us to connect with, combined with the commitment vibe of Saturn retrograde in Aries, offers us the opportunity to make things right, while Pluto retrograde in Aquarius tears our visions down to repair them. The silver lining is that we will be able to create a better dynamic going forward.
Which Signs Will Be Most Affected by July's New Moon?
The signs most affected by the new moon are Leo, Aquarius, Taurus and Scorpio, the fixed signs of the zodiac.
Read on for New Moon Horoscopes
Aries
You're taking advantage of the fiery action by allowing yourself to dream big. For the first time in a very long time, you can finally take matters into your own hands and use your passions to propel you forward into your newly found visions. Move towards greatness.
Taurus
Exciting work projects are coming to fruition, boosting your creative mindset. You can use your artistry to manifest your visions into reality now. The only setback is that you may second-guess yourself. Don't let fear or low confidence hold you back. Stand firm and in your power.
Gemini
No one knows better than you that words can hurt. But they can also heal. While there's a lot of drama in your orb, you're trying to mend fences with those you care about to take back the mean things you all said to each other.
Cancer
You should give attention to the people who have always been there for you. It is finally time you started thanking your ride or die besties, instead of taking them for granted.
Leo
One thing is certain: You've changed, and that's not necessarily a bad thing. However, your friends and family are taking notice of your evolution and finding it hard to relate to you. Don't feel bad for your growth and evolution. They will catch up with you when they're ready.
Virgo
Keep an open mind about your career's future. The direction you were headed in is changing, giving you different opportunities. Don't shut the door on them before finding out more. You'll want to transform your career and incorporate these ideas into your work.
Libra
Reality is making you check your ideals and forcing you to see matters clearly. You're also doubting long-term friendships that have lost their luster, due to many unsavory realizations about them. Oddly, you've outgrown some or are ready to evolve and deepen your relationships.
Scorpio
Your love life needs maintenance. Don't be upset or scared about your current romantic circumstances. We all need a little tune-up now and again. You only need a little one-on-one time with your SO to reignite the flame.
Sagittarius
You are setting boundaries with others, which is causing tension to rise within your relationships. Since you've only rarely implemented the healthy limits you badly crave, your friends are confused by your behavior. Please don't focus on their reactions; only give light and energy to what makes you happy.
Capricorn
The truth is uncomfortable at times, but it is necessary. The caveat to being honest 24/7 is that you don't want to step on anyone's toes or create drama with your squad. However, you must always keep it real with your friends to build trust with them.
Aquarius
Love is on your mind, making your heart soar and take flight. Your focus on romance may threaten your ability to keep up with mundane activities and chores. Don't live with your head in the clouds; come back to earth for a bit.
Pisces
Learning to be honest with yourself is extremely important. It will allow you to decide what you want and need from others. Then, you can focus on what you can give as well. Take a fresh look at your relationships to gain clarity or have truthful conversations about them.

Adam Sandler Pays Tribute To Late Co-Star With Subtle Easter Egg In ‘Happy Gilmore 2'
Adam Sandler paid tribute to his former on-screen son, the late Cameron Boyce, in his new movie 'Happy Gilmore 2' six years after Boyce died. After the comedy sequel released on Netflix Friday, eagle-eyed fans noticed that Boyce, who starred as Sandler's son in 'Grown Ups,' appeared on a TV in the background of one scene. The footage playing on the TV during the scene was seemingly from an episode of Disney Channel's 'Jessie,' which Boyce starred in from 2011 to 2015. Boyce died in his sleep at age 20 in 2019, according to a statement from his family. An autopsy later revealed that the young actor died as a result of an ongoing epileptic condition. Social media users on X, formerly Twitter, gushed over Sandler's touching easter egg dedicated to the late Disney star. Reps for Sandler and Netflix didn't immediately respond to HuffPost's requests for comment. Sandler also honored Boyce in the 2020 Netflix comedy 'Hubie Halloween.' Boyce was set to star in the film before he died. 'In loving memory of CAMERON BOYCE,' the on-screen tribute shown during the film's credits read alongside a photo of Boyce. 'Gone way too soon and one of the kindest, coolest, funniest, and most talented kids we knew. You live on forever in our hearts and are truly missed every day.' Following Boyce's death in 2019, Sandler reportedly remembered the young actor as 'the nicest, most talented, and most decent kid around' in a post on X. 'Loved that kid. Cared so much about his family. Cared so much about the world,' the director added. 'Thank you, Cameron, for all you gave to us. So much more was on the way. All our hearts are broken. Thinking of your amazing family and sending our deepest condolences.' Related... Ichiro cracks jokes, shares wisdom and calls out lone voter in National Baseball Hall of Fame speech
All-Star right fielder and Seattle Mariners legend Ichiro Suzuki was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame as part of the Class of 2025. But even as Ichiro was awarded the honor alongside CC Sabathia and Billy Wagner, it was his speech that stole the show. Ichiro, who typically gave interviews in his native Japanese throughout his career, opted to speak in English when addressing the crowd in Cooperstown. In his speech, the outfielder shared some wisdom, and dropped plenty of jokes. One of the best parts of Ichiro's speech was a reference to the lone Hall of Fame voter who kept him from being a unanimous selection. At the time, Ichiro joked that he wanted to invite that writer over to "have a drink together" and "a good chat." [Join or create a Yahoo Fantasy Football league for the 2025 NFL season] On Sunday, Ichiro listed out some of his impressive statistics, saying that the achievements were "recognized by the writers." "Well, all but of one of you," he added, referencing the voter, whose identity is still unknown. "And by the way, the offer for that writer to have dinner at my home has now expired." During the speech Ichiro referred to himself as a "rookie" for third time in his career, noting his origins with the Orix Buffaloes in Japan and Mariners, with whom he made his MLB debut at age 27. The outfielder mentioned some of the Hall of Famers gathered on stage for the ceremony — 52 in total. "I am 51 years old, so easy on the hazing," he joked to those Hall of Famers. The humor continued, as Ichiro also got in a good dig at the Miami Marlins, who he played for from 2015-2017. "Honestly, when you guys called to offer me a contract for 2015, I had never heard of your team," Ichiro said, earning a hearty laugh from the crowd. Later, Ichiro got in a stellar, full-throttled impression of Mariners broadcast Rick Rizzs. But much of the outfielder's speech was very heartfelt. In between jokes, Ichiro thanked the Mariners for bringing him to the league, and thanked former pitcher Hideo Nomo, the first Japanese player to relocate to MLB, for his "courage" and for paving the way. Ichiro also offered some advice, speaking about his own mentality heading into the league, and learning to focus on your best self. "If you consistently do the little things, there's no limit to what you can achieve," Ichiro said. "Look at me. I'm 5'11, and 170 pounds. When I came to America, many people said I was too skinny to compete with bigger major leaguers. ... But I knew that if I stuck to my beliefs about preparation, I could overcome the doubts, even my own. "I have been asked, 'what is the best thing you can do for your team?' My answer is, taking responsibility for yourself," he added. "When you go home at night and wonder why you didn't get a hit, or you didn't make a catch, the honest answer is not because a great pitcher beat you, or the sun was in your eyes. It's because there was something you could have done better." Ichiro finished the speech by saying that he had not heard of Cooperstown until he visited for the first time in 2001, and began to understand the scope of the honor. "Being here today sure is like a fantastic dream," Ichiro said, in conclusion. Ichiro, Sabathia and Wagner will now be enshrined in Cooperstown, as well as Dick Allen and Dave Parker, who were voted in by the Classic Baseball Era committee.
