(NYSE: NABL), a global software company delivering a unified cyber resiliency platform, today announced Vikram Ramesh has been appointed Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). With more than two decades of cybersecurity marketing and business leadership, Ramesh will be instrumental in accelerating the company's growth and evolution into a globally recognized leader of cybersecurity solutions.
Ramesh previously served as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at N-able, where he architected the strategic vision that is now driving the company's security transformation and prior to that, as CMO of Adlumin, he spearheaded efforts to transform the company's messaging and market positioning, leading to its successful acquisition by N-able in November 2024. Before that, he served as Head of Global Marketing at Google Cloud Security, following Google's $5.4 billion acquisition of Mandiant, where he built the global marketing organization from the ground up as CMO.

Cathie Wood's ARK Invest trimmed its holdings on its sizable Circle (CRCL) position Monday, selling $51.8 million worth of shares, as the stablecoin issuer's stock extended its rally. ARK sold a total of 342,658 shares across three of its actively managed exchange-traded funds (ETFs), according to a daily email. The ARK Innovation ETF (ARKK) offloaded 196,367 shares, ARKW sold 92,310 and ARKF trimmed 53,981. Circle, the issuer of the USDC stablecoin, rose 13% on the day, closing Monday in New York at $151.06. It has gained every day but two since it listed on June 5. The shares have climbed almost fivefold from their IPO price of $31. ARK bought $373 million worth of Circle on its first day of trading on the NYSE. Wood's fund also recently trimmed positions in other crypto-linked firms like Coinbase (COIN) and Robinhood (HOOD). PARIS, June 17, 2025--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TotalEnergies (Paris:TTE) (LSE:TTE) (NYSE:TTE), as a shareholder of North Sea OFW One GmbH, has been awarded the N-9.4 offshore concession by the Federal Network Agency. Located in the North Sea, approximately 150 kilometers northwest of the German island of Heligoland, the N-9.4 concession covers an area of around 141 square kilometers and will enable the development of 1GW of offshore wind capacity. The concession is granted for a period of 25 years, extendable to 35 years. This N-9.4 concession is located in very close proximity to the N-9.1 and N-9.2 sites, jointly owned by RWE and TotalEnergies, TotalEnergies' intending to prioritize the development of this cluster and leverage synergies to optimize construction and operating costs for the benefit of its customers. As part of this award, Offshore Wind One GmbH will pay €18 million to the German federal government in 2026, which will be allocated to marine conservation and the promotion of environmentally friendly fishing practices. In addition, an annual contribution of €8.1 million will be paid for 20 years to the electricity transmission system operator responsible for connecting the project, starting from the commissioning of the site.
