The brash American made a cheeky remark about Jack P Shepherd and his manhood, which followed discussions about the Coronation Street star's figure by his Celebrity Big Brother co-stars.
Now 55 angry viewers have contacted the broadcasting watchdog to air their distaste at the scenes.
Ofcom told how the complaints "related to comments made by Tiffany Pollard about Jack Shepherd, and an audience member."
It centred on the 2016 CBB star remarks on April 16, where Tiffany made a saucy comment.
Referring to what she imagines his manhood might be like, the outregous star said: "I like a man with a thin c**k... as I don't want him to do much damage.
"I think that sums up Jack."
Host Will Best was left speechless and apologised to the audience for her wild remark.
It came after some fans slammed both Trisha Goddard and Patsy Palmer for making comments about Jack's body in the house.
One fan said: "Trish also made fun of Jack's size being small a few times and also when she was evicted.
"Jack has been open about struggling with an eating disorder in his life.

Another chimed in: "This also includes Patsy who said he looked like the joker and that was her sole reason for nominating him. So basically saying he looks like a scary, unhinged clown.
"She should NEVER have been allowed to use that as a nomination excuse."
SHOW BOOST
Meanwhile, despite fans calling out his being a victim of bodyshaming, David Platt actor Jack has been given a huge boost ahead of the CBB final.
The Manchester lad was up for the chop twice but he is now the new hot favourite to be crowed the champ.
His return to the head of the betting marks a remarkable turnaround.
After entering the Big Brother house as the favourite, he found himself as long as 20/1 during the show's first week. But after surviving two public votes, he's now the 7/4 favourite to win.
A housemate with contrasting fortunes is Love Island's Chris Hughes, who is now 16/1 having once been the 5/4 frontrunner.
Chris has sparked fan speculation that he's "playing a game" after latching onto US star JoJo Siwa in the house.

Bruce Springsteen joined by Paul McCartney at Liverpool concert

Singer Bruce Springsteen brought out a special guest at his show in Liverpool as he performed with local star Sir Paul McCartney. The American musician was joined on stage by the 82-year-old Beatles star during the second of two shows at Anfield stadium on Saturday, with Sir Paul then providing vocals as the pair played the band's Can't Buy Me Love. Springsteen, 75, and his E Street Band are in the UK as part of his Land of Hope and Dreams Tour, which kicked off with three shows in Manchester last month. Footage shared on social media showed the surprised crowd cheering loudly as Sir Paul was introduced, before he then playfully pointed at Springsteen and the pair shared an embrace. Before he left the stage after their performance, Sir Paul addressed the crowd and reportedly said: 'Thank you, Scousers.' The two men have previously performed together on several occasions, most notably when Sir Paul delivered a headline set at Glastonbury in 2022. Announced as a surprise all the way from the east coast of America, Springsteen joined Sir Paul, who became the festival's oldest solo headliner, as they played hits Glory Days and I Wanna Be Your Man on the Pyramid Stage. In 2012, Sir Paul had joined Springsteen on stage at the end of the singer's headline slot at Hard Rock Calling in Hyde Park, London, but both stars found their microphones cut off before they could address the crowds after exceeding the curfew. Beginning his career in the 1960s, Springsteen has gone on to have 12 UK top 10 albums and four UK top 10 singles and is best known for songs such as Born In The USA, Dancing In The Dark and Born To Run.
