Gracie Abrams Cancels 2 More Shows due to Illness

Yara Sameh
Gracie Abrams has canceled two more shows as she continues to fight off an illness.
In another handwritten note posted to her Instagram Story, Abrams told fans that she would no longer be performing March 3 in Nottingham or March 4 in Leeds.
'I hate that I have to write this again so soon,' she penned of the two shows in England. 'Unfortunately, I am really still struggling with this illness and have been advised that I cannot perform these next two nights.'
'I can't tell you how much this breaks my heart,' continued the Grammy nominee. 'This tour is something I've been dreaming of since the album came out, and the shows we've played so far have meant more to me than I can tell you.'
Adding that her team would be in touch with ticketholders as soon as they had 'concrete details,' Abrams concluded, 'Please know I'd give anything to be able to be with you … I'm sending all my love and my deepest regrets.'
The 'That's So True' singer's latest update comes just a few days after she canceled her scheduled February 28 performance in Brussels. Abrams wrote at the time that her body was 'fighting off something gnarly,' and that 'all medical advice' she'd gotten up to that point had directed her to rest. 'At this point in time I can't give you the show you deserve and that breaks my heart, especially knowing all the travel and the planning and the care that you put into attending our show,' she added.
Abrams is currently midway through the European leg of her The Secret of Us Tour, which supports her album of the same name.
She first kicked off the trek in North America in 2024 and will eventually make her way through Asia and Australia before circling back through the U.S., Mexico and Canada this summer.
The 'Close to You' artist is next scheduled to perform March 6 in London at the O2 Arena.
Later this month, Adams will accept Songwriter of the Year at the 2025 Billboard Women in Music Awards, where she'll also perform alongside fellow honorees aespa, GloRilla, Tyla and more.

Jessie J Undergoing New Surgery amid Brutal Breast Cancer Recovery

Yara Sameh Jessie J is set to undergo another surgery this year amid her brutal recovery from her last breast cancer procedure. 'I'm just flowing with life. Learning about who I am in motherhood and when my health goes left unexpectedly,' the singer, 37, wrote in an emotional Instagram post Friday. 'I am 7 weeks post breast cancer surgery. I'm still in the thick of recovery and my body is still finding its way. But I LOVE music and I LOVE my life and I want to LIVE in the moment,' the mom of one added. Jessie J — born Jessica Cornish — noted that despite 'another surgery needed this year,' raising her young son, and releasing new music all while battling cancer, she is confident she can do it all. 'It will look different to what I had planned but that's life, things change and either we panic and get mad that it isn't what is was going to be, or we ADAPT. 🌱' The 'Price Tag' singer revealed her early breast cancer diagnosis in June in a heartfelt video, admitting that she wasn't 'processing it' and needed a hug. 'I also know how much sharing in the past has helped me with other people giving me their love and support and also their own stories,' she said, explaining the reason behind her choice to go public with the diagnosis. The pop star detailed her 'worst day so far' in her cancer journey later that month. 'Work. Toddler. Cancer. Life etc had my mind… Panic attacks/tears/big fears/anger/overwhelm/Bad,' she said on her Instagram Story at the time. The 'Bang Bang' hitmaker also urged her fans to 'acknowledge fear, anger, sadness, panic… and let it come up and come out.' She shared heartbreaking footage from the hospital after undergoing surgery on June 23. One heart-wrenching clip showed the musician explaining to her 2-year-old son, Sky, that the surgery involved her blood being drained from her breasts. 'So the water and the blood comes out of mommy's booby and comes out of the tube and into the bottle,' she told her toddler. It also saw Cornish's partner, Chanan Colman, comforting her and planting a kiss on her forehead as she awaited surgery. The couple were first linked in April 2022 when they were spotted together during an outing in LA. After having suffered a miscarriage in 2021, Jessie J welcomed her rainbow baby with the basketball player in May 2023. Last month, the Grammy nominee shared a positive health update that her cancer had not spread after the surgery in June, through a touching video showing her teaching her son to say, 'Mummy's gonna be okay.' Despite the hopeful news, she was hospitalized last week when she showed 'symptoms that pointed towards a blood clot on the lung.' 'Six weeks post-surgery, and I was back in the same ward I was after my surgery. Not expected or planned,' she wrote on her Instagram Stories, alongside a photo of her arm plugged into IVs. The London native shared that her doctors suspected that she had 'a little fluid' in her lungs and an unknown infection, but that she discharged herself from the hospital the same night because she 'hates' being there. 'I know many people who will have gone through this or similar may agree with me or not, and that's OK,' the 'Domino' singer wrote in a follow-up post, defending her decision to leave the hospital. 'I know, for me, the true hard journey of this whole thing physically was the day I went into surgery. The recovery, physically, is far from quick or easy.' read more New Tourism Route To Launch in Old Cairo Ahmed El Sakka-Led Play 'Sayidati Al Jamila' to Be Staged in KSA on Dec. 6 Mandy Moore Joins Season 2 of "Dr. Death" Anthology Series Don't Miss These Movies at 44th Cairo Int'l Film Festival Today Amr Diab to Headline KSA's MDLBEAST Soundstorm 2022 Festival Arts & Culture Mai Omar Stuns in Latest Instagram Photos Arts & Culture "The Flash" to End with Season 9 Arts & Culture Ministry of Culture Organizes four day Children's Film Festival Arts & Culture Canadian PM wishes Muslims Eid-al-Adha News Israeli-Linked Hadassah Clinic in Moscow Treats Wounded Iranian IRGC Fighters Arts & Culture "Jurassic World Rebirth" Gets Streaming Date News China Launches Largest Ever Aircraft Carrier News Ayat Khaddoura's Final Video Captures Bombardment of Beit Lahia Business Egyptian Pound Undervalued by 30%, Says Goldman Sachs Videos & Features Tragedy Overshadows MC Alger Championship Celebration: One Fan Dead, 11 Injured After Stadium Fall Lifestyle Get to Know 2025 Eid Al Adha Prayer Times in Egypt Arts & Culture South Korean Actress Kang Seo-ha Dies at 31 after Cancer Battle Arts & Culture Lebanese Media: Fayrouz Collapses after Death of Ziad Rahbani Sports Get to Know 2025 WWE Evolution Results

Ed Sheeran Reunites with Doppelgänger Rupert Grint for New Music Video, 14 Years after "Lego House"

Yara Sameh Ed Sheeran fans are in for a double treat once again. Fourteen years after the pop star first tapped Rupert Grint to play his stalker/doppelgänger in the 2011 ' Lego House ' music video, the two ginger have teamed up once again for a new music video arriving very soon. Releasing Thursday alongside a new song titled 'A Little More,' the video will feature the Harry Potter star seemingly reprising his role from the 'Lego House' visual. In a clip posted by Sheeran on Monday, Grint steps out of a prison — where he appears to have spent the past decade and a half in custody — and starts walking as the memories of his past crimes flash through his mind. The montage that plays features clips from 'Lego House,' showing Grint getting tackled after he sneaks into a concert venue and pretends to be the Grammy winner onstage. '14 years later me and @rupertgrint are reunited,' Sheeran captioned the footage. 'I had this wild idea after writing the song, and thankfully rupert was up for it. It's an utterly bonkers video for a very upbeat, fun, but angry song.' The musician also confirmed that 'A Little More' will appear on his upcoming album Play, noting that he thinks it'll be 'a lot of people's fav song' on the September-slated project. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Ed Sheeran (@teddysphotos) Shortly prior to the official song announcement, Sheeran posted a funny clip of himself and Grint singing along to the lyrics. The two men have been poking fun at their similarities as fellow red-headed English stars for years. After Grint played Sheeran's obsessive fan in 'Lego House,' the Knock at the Cabin actor joked on an MTV News comedy skit that Sheeran was never a real person, but instead a character he made up. 'After Potter, all I wanted to do was stretch myself, create some real magic, so I created a character,' he said in the sketch. 'He'd have the voice of an angel, impossibly wispy facial hair. So I bought a guitar and a bunch of flannel, and I called him Ed — Ed Sheeran.' read more New Tourism Route To Launch in Old Cairo Ahmed El Sakka-Led Play 'Sayidati Al Jamila' to Be Staged in KSA on Dec. 6 Mandy Moore Joins Season 2 of "Dr. Death" Anthology Series Don't Miss These Movies at 44th Cairo Int'l Film Festival Today Amr Diab to Headline KSA's MDLBEAST Soundstorm 2022 Festival Arts & Culture Mai Omar Stuns in Latest Instagram Photos Arts & Culture "The Flash" to End with Season 9 Arts & Culture Ministry of Culture Organizes four day Children's Film Festival Arts & Culture Canadian PM wishes Muslims Eid-al-Adha News Israeli-Linked Hadassah Clinic in Moscow Treats Wounded Iranian IRGC Fighters Arts & Culture "Jurassic World Rebirth" Gets Streaming Date News China Launches Largest Ever Aircraft Carrier News Ayat Khaddoura's Final Video Captures Bombardment of Beit Lahia Business Egyptian Pound Undervalued by 30%, Says Goldman Sachs Videos & Features Tragedy Overshadows MC Alger Championship Celebration: One Fan Dead, 11 Injured After Stadium Fall Lifestyle Get to Know 2025 Eid Al Adha Prayer Times in Egypt Arts & Culture South Korean Actress Kang Seo-ha Dies at 31 after Cancer Battle Arts & Culture Lebanese Media: Fayrouz Collapses after Death of Ziad Rahbani Sports Get to Know 2025 WWE Evolution Results
