Elon Musk reportedly said he fathered a child with a Japanese pop star

Yahoo2 days ago

A Japanese pop star is among the many women Elon Musk has fathered children with, according to a wide-ranging report about the billionaire's role in the Trump administration.
The claim was made by Ashley St. Claire, a right-wing influencer who shares Musk's 14th known child, according to a paternity test she revealed.
St. Claire, 26, told The New York Times that Musk told her he had fathered children around the world, including one with a Japanese pop star. The musician was not named in the article.
She said Musk told her he would be willing to give his sperm to anyone who wanted to have a child.
'He made it seem like it was just his altruism, and he generally believed these people should just have children,' St. Clair said.
The Independent has contacted Musk's representatives for comment.
The news follows a Wall Street Journal exposé in April, which suggested that the actual number of Musk's children was much higher than what's publicly known.
According to text messages seen by the Journal in a 2023 meeting, Musk claimed that Japanese officials had asked him to be a sperm donor for a high-profile woman. 'They want me to be a sperm donor. No romance or anything, just sperm,' read the text message to St. Clair.
The outlet reported that Musk later told St. Clair that he had given his sperm to the person who asked for it, but did not name the woman.
The world's richest man, who is a vocal pro-natalist, has at least 14 children via four different women who are already publicly known, including the musician Grimes and Shivon Zilis, an executive at his brain-computer company Neuralink.
Elsewhere in The New York Times report, sources told the paper that Musk was using drugs 'intensely' and regularly during his work with Donald Trump's Department of Government Efficiency, including 'so much ketamine that it was affecting his bladder.'
He took Ecstasy and psychedelic mushrooms, and traveled with a daily medication box that held about 20 pills, the Times reported.
The Independent has requested comment from an attorney for Musk.
White House deputy chief of staff Stephen Miller said he doesn't have any concerns about the allegations.
'All I can say is that DOGE has done an extraordinary job rooting out systemic waste, graft, grift and corruption from the federal government, and you're going to hear from the president today his thanks to Elon Musk for leading that effort to save taxpayers billions of dollars,' he told CNN on Friday.

Joey Manu's appearance at Roosters game explained amid huge rumour around club great

Joey Manu's appearance at the Roosters' home game against Canberra on Sunday evening certainly raised eyebrows, but it doesn't appear that Trent Robinson's side will be making a sensational play to bring the club legend back this season. There has been speculation that Manu was considering a backflip on his decision to play French rugby, and the sight of the two-time NRL premiership winner at Allianz Stadium on Sunday night left many Roosters fans hoping for the best. Manu was seen signing autographs and posing for photos with fans before the Roosters' nail-biting 24-26 defeat to the Raiders in round 13. Cameras also captured the 28-year-old sitting amongst the Roosters section during the game as well, with many fans convinced it was a sign he could be on the verge of handing the Tri Colours a huge boost by rejoining the club this season. However, it appears those hopes have been dashed after it emerged that Manu had been invited back to train and use the club's gym facilities in preparation for his stint in French rugby. Manu left the Roosters at the end of last season to make a switch to the 15-a-side code, where he's been playing for Japanese side, Toyota Verblitz this year. But the former Golden Boot winner is set to link up with French rugby club Racing 92 from July, ahead of the domestic rugby season in France which kicks off in August. Reports earlier this year suggested Manu has had a change of heart and was understood to be angling for an NRL return on compassionate grounds. RELATED: NSW urged to backflip on Origin call amid injury fears for Blues star Madge in telling dressing room moment amid fresh Broncos disaster Kalyn Ponga farce adds to calls for NRL comp to be suspended However, Roosters coach Trent Robinson poured cold water on Manu's potential return in April after saying he'd been given no indication Manu was considering a backflip on his French rugby move. "I had no idea about it at all, so that's the first thing," Robinson said at the time. The Roosters coach has always maintained that Manu would be welcome back at the club but has distanced himself from speculation the 28-year-old was set to return. But the Roosters fuelled the latest fan frenzy around the club legend after posting a video of Manu at the game to their Instagram account, sparking a flood of messages from hopeful supporters. "Welcome back Manu, hope to see you back on the field... we love u," one commented. Another wrote: "OMG it's happening", while a third added: "Can someone please re-sign this man, amen." I just thought he was visiting the club, once a rooster, always a rooster — Glen Williams (@GlenWillia48787) June 1, 2025 I don't think any roosters fans would justify a spot for him if he came back, Smith & Toai are very capable in the centres. — RaMarcus Jussell (@JussellRamarcus) June 1, 2025 While Robinson has shot down suggestions of a return this season, he did leave the door open for Manu to potentially return in 2026 when speaking about the situation in April. "Joey, this is his home, it always has been. But I'm sure he's got a plan," the Roosters coach said at the time. "If he's asked for a release, then he'd have a plan on what he wants to do, and that's not going to be (with) us... "Naturally you would (welcome him back), but that's not our choice. Joey gets to make his choice. He doesn't owe us anything. We've spent a lot of time together. There's obviously a professional relationship with the Roosters and also a lot of care for his family. I don't know if it's true, I've heard it reported. But until Joey tells me, then I won't be interested in why he doesn't want to go to France."

Even Fox News isn't impressed with Musk dodging question over alleged drug use

A Fox News host called out Elon Musk's response to the New York Times report alleging drug use while the billionaire was working as Trump's senior adviser at the Department of Government Efficiency. The Times report alleged that Musk was frequently using magic mushrooms, ecstasy, Adderall, and ketamine in amounts that caused him bladder issues. When asked about the report during an Oval Office press briefing on Friday, Musk questioned the newspaper's credibility. 'Wait, wait, The New York Times, is that the same publication that got a Pulitzer Prize for false reporting on Russiagate? Is it the same organization?' Musk replied. 'Let's move on.' On Sunday, Fox News anchor Howard Kurtz called out Musk for refusing to answer the question directly, saying he 'decided to talk about something from five years ago involving the Pulitzers because he knew that he did not want to answer that question. That's my take.' "That's called deflection," Kurtz said. Musk has previously admitted to using a "small amount" of ketamine to treat depression. He made the admission in an interview with former CNN host Don Lemon in 2024. Critics of Musk on social media — including his own platform, X — have been quick to accuse him of being under the influence of drugs, generally in response to videos of him doing odd things. In a recent video in which Musk was recorded stacking spoons at a dinner, one X user accused him of "tripping on ketamine" while visiting Trump's Bedminster golf club. Musk replied to the accusation by saying, "I'm not on ketamine ffs." Another video of Musk's recent appearance in the Oval Office, which shows him lolling his head and rolling his eyes while Trump was speaking. His appearance — including a black eye he said he received while playing with his young son — was similarly lampooned on social media. Musk's latest visit to the Oval Office was something of a send off; his predetermined time serving as Trump's senior adviser at DOGE has expired, and he appears to be returning to the private sector to focus on his businesses, though the president insists that the world's richest man will still be hanging around DC.
