Channel 10 has unveiled the first look at 10 News+, its new show which will air in place of The Project when it wraps up at end of the month after 16 years.
The glossy promo, which Network 10 shared across social media and its main channels, features the program's two hosts, journalists Denham Hitchcock and Amelia Brace, reeling off their credentials to prospective new viewers in a bid to showcase the show's dedication to hard-hitting news.
The pair, who both recently jumped ship from the troubled Seven Network, reveal they have 'been on the road' and 'travelled to every corner of the globe' while promising to deliver the 'truth first'.
With the show less than two weeks away from launching, Channel 10 are ramping up the promotion in a bid to entice viewers to take a gamble with the new show.

However, the exact format of the show still remains relatively unclear, despite the promo push from the network, which could be a critical error in their hopes of persuading viewers to switch over from the more familiar news bulletin offerings on Seven and Nine.

It was confirmed last week that current affairs and entertainment panel program The Project was wrapping up at the end of this month after 16 years on air, with hosts Waleed Aly, Sarah Harris and Hamish Macdonald all leaving the network.
Another of its departing regular panellists, comedian Sam Taunton, broke his silence on the show's axing during his latest stand-up routine, joking about his family's reaction to the news.
'It's just like everyone f**king knows you've lost your job and it's crazy,' said the comedian.
'My dad rang me and said: 'Look, if I'm honest, the show wasn't for me. I prefer real news.''
He continued: 'My girlfriend just sent me a Google Docs spreadsheet that said 'Chores now that Sam's unemployed.''
Taunton also revealed during his set that co-star Aly had warned him about the attention they would be receiving after the news was announced to the world that the show was coming to an end.'It's weird losing your job very publicly. Waleed, you might know that guy. He texted me on Wednesday and he goes, he goes, I'm so sorry, Sam. Get prepared. I just got papped by the paparazzi outside Chemist Warehouse near the studio.'

Adrian Portelli is selling off his entire Block compound at Phillip Island months after snapping up all five homes on the hit renovation show. The billionaire businessman posted on Instagram, begging fans to take all the properties off his hands, The Herald Sun reports. 'For Sale. EOI. The Phillip Island Block Resort. Selling complex complete. Everything included. Will not sell houses separately,' he posted. Portelli put out a call for expressions of interest in making the multimillion-dollar purchase. The businessman announced he was done with The Block and would not be in the market for Block properties in 2025. Back in December, Portelli put the entire Phillip Island complex up as a prize in a mega-giveaway. In Australia's most lucrative giveaway outside of lotteries, the richlister offered up a choice of either all five Phillip Island homes from last season's The Block, or a substantial cash prize of $8 million. Ballarat resident and healthcare worker Holly won the sweepstakes and ended up pocketing the money, he revealed. Portelli said the cash prize had already cleared into her account and they were sending her a cheque as well. He added that his shopping platform, LMCT+, was not going to be running another giveaway of the properties as a promotion of that scale was costly. 'I've purchased (the homes) twice now,' he said. 'I think everyone forgets that the resort is one half of the cost. So to run a promotion like that costs double the amount we have paid for it in marketing expenses and running it and permits. 'It's really difficult to try chase the money back for it.' Victoria's Esoteric Festival in voluntary administration owing millions in debt
The future of troubled Esoteric Festival in country Victoria is uncertain unless someone volunteers to buy its parent business, along with millions of dollars of debt. The multi-day electronic music, arts and lifestyle event, outside tiny Wimmera town Donald, about 290 kilometres north-west of Melbourne, was cancelled in March this year the day before it was to start. About 11,000 festival goers — including 3,000 volunteers given free tickets — were locked out just before the Labour Day weekend when Buloke Shire Council officers recommended the event's permit be denied due to health and safety concerns. Now the company behind the eight-year-old event, Esoteric Festival Pty Ltd, has gone into administration owing ticketholders, creditors and employees more than $2.8 million, Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) documents show. Worrells Solvency and Forensic Accountants (Worrells) has been appointed as the company administrator. A Worrells spokesperson said in a statement the company entered voluntary administration on June 11 as a result of this year's festival cancellation. They say administrators gathering information about the company's financial position are asking creditors for "patience as we work through the next steps". In a statement to creditors, the administrators say that, unless there is an offer from another party to "restructure the company or purchase the business, [it] will not be in a position to hold further festivals." ASIC documents show Esoteric Festival Pty Ltd owes employees, ticketholders and contractors more than $2.8 million. About 8,000 ticket holders who paid between $355 and $375 each are owed a combined total of more than $2.2 million. Other creditors, including an excavation company, food producers, audio technicians, a lighting company and a carpenter are $540,000 out of pocket. And the company owes more than $100,000 to its employees in wages and entitlements. ASIC documents show Esoteric's debts far outweigh its assets. The company has listed its largest assets as $55,000 in cash in a bank account and a $20,000 lawn mower. Festival director Sam Goldsmith was contacted for comment. Brisbane-based DJ Renan Inal, also known as mlDium, was set to play at this year's festival. He learned of the cancellation when he arrived at the venue. Mr Inal said he had decided to forfeit his artist fee to support the festival. "[I'm] noticing a pattern of loss of quality cultural events and feeling for the people who have a stake and have been working with these events, from traveller to local artists. "[It's a] tragedy to see it all laid to waste from bureaucratic red tape."
