Boden's biggest sale of the year with 60% off dresses and more

Daily Mirror14-05-2025
Just in time for summer dressing, high-street favourite Boden is offering massive discounts on more than 1,400 items - including heatwave-friendly dresses
Boden has just kicked off a huge sale, and the much-loved fashion retailer is slashing prices by up to 60% across womenswear, childrenswear, and more. Whether shoppers are in the market for new summer dresses or need a special outfit for an upcoming occasion, there are huge discounts that are too good to miss right now.
To make things easier for Boden fans, we've selected a range of deals across clothing and footwear, with a mix of price points starting at £31.50. It's worth pointing out that although the brand's sale is dubbed ' Up To 60% Off ', there are bigger savings to be had.
One of the biggest offers we spotted is 65% off the Joanna Cap Sleeve Wrap Dress, now £31.50 (was £90). Ideal for occasions, this stunning yellow midi comes in petite, regular, and long lengths. A wrap dress is a timeless style that effortlessly complements any figure, so it's no wonder Boden shoppers are calling this piece 'very flattering'.
While most reviews of the Joanna dress are positive, some buyers did mention issues. One person said: "The color/pattern is great and the dress does give a slimming effect but that's where it ends for me. Fabric is very thin. Not the quality I was expecting."
Boden isn't the only retailer helping shoppers look stylish this summer for less. Eco-conscious brand Nobody's Child has up to 30% off blouses, tops and more, but our top pick is the Black Floral Adrian Midi Dress - now £53 (was £65). The square neck on this summery frock is sure to keep the wearer cool, while its semi-fitted silhouette flatters any shape.
Elsewhere, Roman also has a sale section with heaps of chic bargains, such as the Blue Floral Print Double Layer Shift Dress. It's reduced to £26 from £36, saving customers 27% off. One delighted shopper said: "Lovely summer dress, perfect fit, perfect length, very comfortable, very pretty."
For those in need of new footwear, these Iris Snaffle Heeled Clogs are also in the Boden sale - now 65% off. Now £40.25 (was £115), these popular shoes are made from supple leather, with a wooden platform sole and a horse-bit snaffle on the front.
One reviewer said: "I love them. So comfortable and stylish. Look great with summer maxi dresses and wide jeans." Someone else added: "I will be wearing these throughout summer and into autumn I am sure with maxi dresses and linen trousers - I wanted something a bit different to standout from the standard Birkenstock clogs."
However, a third shopper said the Boden clogs weren't what they hoped for. Their three-star review reads: "I had to return these as they were far too big. A disappointment as they could have been really comfortable." But they still added: "A lovely colour too which would go with many things."
Another dress we love from the Boden sale is this Sofia Trim Jersey Midi, which has been reduced to £68.60, down from £98. The dress comes in regular or petite sizes from four to 22, but it's already selling out in some lengths. With a detachable fabric belt at the waist, the fit of the dress can be easily adjusted by the wearer.
In a glowing review, one person wrote: "Did I just find the perfect Boden dress? I think I did. Flattering, great length (I am 6 feet tall), Pockets! I'll be ordering more colours for sure."
A second added: "The fabric is lovely - cotton rich so comfortable to wear and has a decent weight to it. It is a flattering shape and I also like the trim detailing."
But it's not all positive in reviews for the Sofia dress, with one shopper saying: "The material was not what I was expecting. It didn't look nearly as expensive as it does online."
T-shirts are essential for any wardrobe as the weather heats up, and we've spotted the perfect option for savvy shoppers. Boden's Short Sleeve Smocked Cuff Top has been reduced to £22.40 (was £32) in the 'Tickled Pink' colourway. Made from 100% cotton, it's a great piece for pairing with jeans and trainers, promising to skim over the body's natural curves.
One delighted fan said of the item: "Great fit and love the sleeves. Perfect for all occasions," but a less pleased customer added: "Poor quality fabric." Shoppers can browse more deals in Boden's up to 60% off sale here.

Boden shoppers swap trainers for new 'favourite pair of shoes' now £78 off

The Boden sale is treating fashion fans to a fruity pair of shoes that are perfect for summer Shoppers looking for an alternative shoe to a classic trainer have found a stylish option from Boden - and they're on sale. Saving fashion fans £78, these loafers have been hailed by Boden for being 'as comfortable as slippers', but with a chic and smart look. Originally £130, the loafers have been reduced to better than half price, now retailing for £52. Boasting a cute and quirky embroidered cherry print, the shoes tap into this season's fruity trend. They're ideal for summer and can be worn with everything from jeans to dresses and skirts. These loafers are an easy way to give a vibrant finishing touch to an otherwise simple outfit. They could be styled and worn to work with a pair of tailored trousers, or on a day off with more casual attire. Currently available in UK sizes 3.5 to 8.5, the shoes are made from a combination of suede, textile and leather. Cherries are taking over the accessory collections of other retailers, too. At ASOS shoppers can get this River Island Cherry Embossed Tote Bag for £42. It has a similar look to this £275 designer Coach bag. Part of the Next Cath Kidston range, this Cherry Stripe Large Market Tote Bag is also £42. One customer gave it five stars, writing: "Perfect bag for traveling with kids. Large enough to fit all our stuffs for beach trip." Cherries Slipper Cut Loafer £130 £52 Boden Shop deal Product Description Boden have thousands of items on sale at the moment, but if it's the cherry print loafers that are top of the list, shoppers can take a closer look here. They've been highly rated by customers, with people calling them 'gorgeous' and commenting that they've had 'endless compliments' since getting their hands on them. A new customer to Boden has now been converted to the brand, writing: "So cute! Great quality and so adorable. I will be coming back to Boden!" And a loyal fan shared: "Perfection! Bought my usual size 41 which are usually fine in Boden shoes, of which I own many. They are so comfortable. Very elegant and eye-catching." Someone else left a review that reads: "I've bought a lot of shoes in my life, but these loafers are very special. As soon as I unpacked it, I was impressed by the high-quality workmanship and the lovely design. The combination of classic style and modern twist with the cherry detail makes it a real eye-catcher - perfect for any occasion, whether in the office or when going out. But what impresses me the most is the comfort. "These loafers fit like a glove and feel like they were made just for me. The soft interior and flexible sole mean I can be on my feet all day without feeling tired or uncomfortable. I've received so many compliments on these shoes that I don't even want to take them off! They're the perfect mix of style and comfort, and the heart motif gives them a charming, playful touch that simply puts you in a good mood." However, the sizing was a little off for some people. Despite being pleased with the shoes, it has been noted by a few that they come up large. One consumer said 'very cute - a bit on the large side' and another shared 'lovely, just a lot bigger than expected'. Those looking to switch up their wardrobe might want to consider the Boden loafers. This is exactly what this customer thought, explaining: "I was trying to add some fun loafers to my mostly sneaker wardrobe. Quality is lovely and the shoe has enough give. These are quickly becoming my favorite pair of shoes." It has also been said that the loafers are 'beautiful, high quality, and super comfortable.' As well as someone else pointing out: "Great pattern and fit! Really enjoying my new loafers."

The statement Mary Jane shoes are ideal for adding a pop of colour to any outfit Fashion fans who love bold prints and are looking to add to their summer footwear collection are sure to fall head over heels with Boden's leopard print Flexi Mary Janes. The classic shoe has been given a modern twist with a vibrant animal pattern edged with soft pink. Available in sizes 36 (UK 3.5) to 42 (UK 8.5), the footwear usually retails at £55, however shoppers can get 15% off for a limited time with the discount code W7CX. This brings the price of the statement shoes down to £46.75. The Flexi Mary Janes are ideal for adding a pop of colour to any outfit, whether it's a pair of jeans and a T-shirt, or a smock dress. Boden says the shoes will 'raise a smile' whenever the wearer looks down at their feet. For shoppers who prefer a plain shoe, Boden also sells the footwear in plain red with the same soft pink edging. It's worth noting, however, that this colour option is currently sold out in a few sizes, highlighting the popularity of the Mary Janes. Boden isn't the only retailer selling quirky leopard print footwear at a discounted price. Clarks is offering the Emelina Gem Leopard Print ballet pumps on sale for £26, reduced from £40. These are available in sizes 3 to 8 and have a delicate buckle strap. Next is selling leopard print Forever Comfort Ballerinas Shoes in standard and wide fits for £22. They come in sizes three to nine and have built-in padding and memory foam, offering 'endless comfort'. One delighted shopper who has already added Boden's Flexi Mary Janes to their footwear collection shared: "Gorgeous shoes, super comfy even walking quite long distances. They make an everyday outfit feel that little bit special." "These are cute, comfortable fabric shoes," wrote another happy buyer. "Great to have a soft, light shoe for summer. I love Mary Janes and find sandals don't work for me." However, they did go on to note: "I am usually a size 40, so bought that. Even looking at these shoes, they seem more like a 39." Someone else found the leopard print Flexi Mary Janes to be 'not true to size', as they explained: "Pretty, nice shoes but unfortunately having to return these… I'm usually a 39/40, I ordered the 40 but they pinch across the top of my foot and are rubbing at the back. I may order a 41 if there's another sale on." In contrast, a five-star review reads: "Very cool shoe. So comfortable and snazzy."
