Anger out of control? Try these Tuesday Mars dosh remedies

If you find yourself snapping over small things or struggling to stay calm in tense situations, it may not just be stress. In Vedic astrology, unchecked anger is often linked to an imbalanced Mars, known as Mangal or Kuja. When Mars is afflicted in your birth chart, it can lead to impulsive decisions, frequent arguments, and a restless mind. This is referred to as Mars Dosh. Why Tuesday Matters Tuesday is ruled by Mars. Hence, this day is considered the most powerful for balancing its fiery energy. Let's find out the spiritual and lifestyle rituals that you can perform on this day to gradually reduce the negative influence of Mars and feel more grounded in life - Simple Yet Effective Tuesday Rituals Offer prayers to Lord Hanuman Begin your day by visiting a Hanuman temple or setting up a small altar at home. Recite the Hanuman Chalisa with devotion, focusing on each verse to channel positive energy. If time is short, even five minutes of sincere chanting can make a difference. Wear red coral for balance Red coral, Mars' gemstone, is a potent tool for grounding fiery emotions. Consult an astrologer to ensure it suits your birth chart, then wear a red coral ring or pendant on Tuesdays. It absorbs negative energy, promoting calm and clarity. Practice charity with intention Mars responds to acts of kindness. On Tuesdays, donate red lentils, red cloth, or copper items to those in need. This simple gesture aligns with Mars' energy, reducing its harsh effects. Charity with a pure heart amplifies the remedy's impact, soothing anger over time. Fast with purpose A Tuesday fast dedicated to Mars can work wonders. Stick to a simple diet of fruits, milk, or light meals, avoiding non-vegetarian food. This discipline helps tame aggression and strengthens self-control. Break the fast after sunset with a mindful prayer. Way to go… Balancing Mars doesn't just help with anger—it improves relationships, decision-making, and emotional strength. If anger has become a pattern you can't shake off, tuning into Mars's rhythm each Tuesday may be the first step towards regaining control without force, just with quiet discipline.
