Impacted products have a sell-by date of August 20. Shoppers who bought the product can return the pasta dish to the grocer for a refund.
No injuries or sickness have been reported from the mislabeled product.
Consumers with wheat intolerance can experience a wide range of digestive issues if they accidentally consume the product, including stomach pain, difficulty with bowel movements, and skin rashes.
Hans Kissle didn't immediately respond to the Daily Mail's request for comment. The federal Food Safety Service says shoppers who have accidentally brought home improperly labeled food should wash all utensils, surfaces, and refrigerators that have come into contact with the recalled food.
Hans Kissle's mischaracterized pasta salad joins a list of other grocery products that are under urgent recall.
Last week, Ada Valley Meat Company recalled 1,065 pounds of frozen ground beef after discovering foreign materials in the product mix.
The beef was shipped to restaurants in California, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. No injuries have been reported.
On Monday, the FDA escalated its warning on Bunge North America's on-Hydrogenated European Style Butter Blend.
The dairy product is also facing a labeling issue, as it doesn't tell allergic Americans about its use of milk.

Vinay Prasad returns to FDA days after leaving under pressure from Laura Loomer
Vinay Prasad is returning to his role overseeing vaccine, gene therapy and blood product regulation at the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) a little more than a week after he left the agency. The FDA-approved therapy played a role in the death of two teens who had advanced DMD. After a third death in a separate experimental gene therapy from the company, the FDA asked Sarepta on 18 July to stop all shipments of the approved DMD therapy, saying it had safety concerns. The FDA changed course on Sarepta on 28 July and said shipments to the main group of patients for the drug could restart. Laura Loomer, a far-right influencer and conspiracy theorist with outsized sway over Donald Trump, had called Prasad a 'progressive leftist saboteur' who was undermining the agency's work. Two days before Prasad stepped down last month, Loomer had released misleadingly edited audio to suggest that that Prasad had admitted sticking pins in a Trump voodoo doll, when the full audio made it clear that he was talking about the kind of thing an imagined liberal Trump-hater would do. Loomer reacted to the news of Prasad's return on Saturday by renewing her attacks on him in a social media post in which she promised to produce 'exposes of officials within HHS and FDA' in the weeks ahead. 'There are several Senate Confirmation hearings coming up and I have multiple oppo books ready for distribution!' she wrote. Prasad was a physician who joined the agency from the University of California, San Francisco. He has had stints at the National Cancer Institute and the National Institutes of Health. The FDA and other health agencies have seen multiple shake-ups in recent months under the leadership of health secretary Robert F Kennedy Jr.

Major supermarket urgently recalls pork pies over ‘health risk' as customers urged to ‘dispose of product'
A MAJOR supermarket has urgently recalled its pork pies over a concerning health risk. Co-op shoppers are being urged to immediately dispose of the pastries and return them to a local store for a full refund. 2 2 The Food Standards Agency (FSA) announced the recall which applies to four-pack Mini Pork and Pickle Pies found at Co-op stores. The reason is because they contain milk which isn't mentioned on the label. Shoppers with an allergy or intolerance to milk or milk constituents will be at risk should they eat the pies, the FSA has warned. The 200g packs which should be checked will have a use by date of either August 13, August 14 or August 15. Co-op has been advised to contact the relevant allergy support organisations. The company has also issued a point-of-sale notice to its customers titled "dispose of product". They say shoppers can return the pork pies to a Co-op store and receive either a full refund or a replacement which suits their health needs. If purchased online, a refund can be processed by phoning 0330 041 7737. Alternatively, call or email Co-op's contact teams for further help. It comes as Lidl customers have been warned not to eat a popular dinner item as it could be lethal.
