TASTE OF THE DRAFT: THE ULTIMATE SUPPER CLUB EXPERIENCE TO HELP GENYOUTH TACKLE STUDENT HUNGER IN WISCONSIN

NEW YORK, March 20, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Prepare to experience the culinary magic of Wisconsin's legendary supper clubs while helping to tackle student food insecurity. The first-ever Taste of the Draft will showcase an extraordinary blend of iconic menu classics and nostalgic ambiance in a one-of-a-kind gathering of Wisconsin supper clubs. Presented by Schreiber Foods, Taste of the Draft is a new community impact initiative in collaboration with the Green Bay Packers to benefit GENYOUth's commitment to end student hunger in Wisconsin. It will be held on the evening before the NFL Draft – April 23, 2025, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. CDT, at Schreiber Foods headquarters, 400 N. Washington Street, in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
Inspired by and modeled after Taste of the NFL, the Super Bowl's largest philanthropic event most recently held at Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans, Taste of the Draft will be hosted by Andrew Zimmern, Emmy- and four-time James Beard Award-winning TV personality, chef, Taste of the NFL culinary host, and Goodwill Ambassador for the UN World Food Programme; Mark Bucher, co-founder of Medium Rare Restaurant Group, World Burger Champion, and Taste of the NFL chef; and Paul Bartolotta, owner and co-founder of The Bartolotta Restaurants and a two-time James Beard Award-winning chef.

From relish trays, popovers, and America's Dairyland delights, to meat and seafood specialties, and Fork Farms salad bar favorites, Taste of the Draft will feature flavorful supper club cuisine from across the state. And no Wisconsin supper club is complete without a showcase of local cheeses and other dairy favorites, as well as curated spirits and after-dinner dairy-delicious ice cream drinks including Grasshoppers and Pink Squirrels. In addition to tasting the favorite dishes of celebrity and locally loved chefs, guests will be able to mix and mingle with Green Bay Packers greats including LeRoy Butler, Jerry Kramer, James Lofton, Dave Robinson, and Ahman Green, as well as experience other surprise-and-delight moments including musical entertainment, a sleight-of-hand magician, a silent auction, an appearance by Miss America, and Taste of the Draft's very own beer garden.
Taste of the Draft will raise critical funds for GENYOUth's commitment to tackling student food insecurity in Wisconsin. Nutrition grants will be awarded to up to 90 schools, in celebration of the 90th NFL Draft, including Grab and Go school meal carts and milk coolers to increase access to and participation in healthy school meals. In addition, schools will receive NFL FLAG-In-School kits so children can enjoy the benefits of physical activity. Taste of the Draft is building upon a legacy of giving back to the Wisconsin community – to date, GENYOUth, in collaboration with the Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin, has awarded school nutrition grants to more than 500 schools in Wisconsin with a combined enrollment of 250,000 students, providing students with increased access to 35 million meals each year. Physical activity grants have also been awarded to over 650 Wisconsin schools.

Wynn Debuts Sartiano's Steakhouse, a New York Social Hotspot for the Strip
Wynn Las Vegas is bringing a double dose of New York influence to the Strip this winter. The resort already announced an outpost of Zero Bond, the exclusive Manhattan members club known for its buzzy guest list and low-key power plays. Alongside it comes Sartiano's Italian Steakhouse, a refined spin on the classic steakhouse from Bond Hospitality and Scott Sartiano, with a kitchen helmed by three-time James Beard Award winner Alfred Portale. Together, Sartiano's and Zero Bond mark a high-profile pairing of hospitality heavyweights — and a notable expansion of NYC's social scene into Las Vegas. When it opens at the Wynn this winter, Sartiano's will infuse the Wynn with a dose of New York cool, one that will likely play nicely with Zero Bond — or at least with the customers that pay the four-digit annual dues to frequent it (Sartiano's will be open to the public). Chef Portale is widely considered one of New York's most influential chefs, credited with shaping the 'big food' movement and mentoring a generation of culinary stars during his decades at Gotham Bar and Grill. At Sartiano's in New York — located inside the Mercer Hotel in SoHo — the vibe is sceney, with a menu that balances luxury and modern flash. Dishes include $48 caviar cannoli with crisp pastry shells filled with whipped mascarpone, rolled in black fish roe and chives. In Las Vegas, Portale will serve as culinary director, with day-to-day operations led by Las Vegas native Michael Rubinstein, whose résumé includes stints at Momofuku and Vetri Cucina. The Las Vegas menu will carry over highlights from the New York original while introducing new dishes exclusive to the Strip. Among the standouts are baked clams with pancetta and smoked bacon, lasagna with wild mushrooms and black truffle, and large servings of paccheri pasta with herbed ricotta and 'Sunday sauce.' A selection of prime bistecca cuts features prized American and Japanese wagyu, including a 40-ounce Double R Ranch dry-aged bistecca alla Fiorentina, carved tableside and served with Brunello beef jus and salsa verde. And yes, Portale is importing those caviar cannoli from New York. The restaurant's design will lean mid-century modern, with bold, geometric patterns meant to echo Las Vegas style from the 1950s, according to the Wynn. Expect an arched ceiling and a distinctive terrazzo floor. It will be tucked into an alcove overlooking the Wynn Golf Club, with a bar, lounge, outdoor dining, and a private dining room, and will sit adjacent to Zero Bond. New York's Zero Bond draws a high-profile crowd, including Taylor Swift, Leonardo DiCaprio, Kim Kardashian, and — notably — Mayor Eric Adams. The club has recently made headlines over a rumored potential acquisition by billionaire Tilman Fertitta, a Trump ally and U.S. ambassador to Italy, who has recently vowed to divest from his empire of over 600 restaurants. Fertitta also owns the Golden Nugget and is the largest individual shareholder of Wynn Resorts. Meanwhile, Sartiano's in New York is known both as a hotspot for Italian steakhouse fare and an influencer magnet. A new Sabrina Carpenter album is on the way. The Grammy Award-winning singer announced on Wednesday that her new album, titled "Man's Best Friend," will arrive Aug. 29. Carpenter shared the news on Instagram along with an image of the cover art. "My new album, 'Man's Best Friend' 🐾 is out on August 29, 2025," she captioned the post. "i can't wait for it to be yours x. Pre-order now." Carpenter's new single, " Manchild" will be included on "Man's Best Friend." The song, which was released last week, quickly rose to No. 1 on the Spotify U.S. and Spotify Global charts. The accompanying music video already has more than 17 million views on YouTube. "Man's Best Friend" will be Carpenter's seventh studio album. It follows her album "Short n' Sweet," which was released in August 2024. Earlier this year, Carpenter won two Grammys for "Short n' Sweet": best pop vocal album and best pop solo performance for the album's lead single, "Espresso." Following the release of "Man's Best Friend," she'll embark on the second sold-out North American leg of her Short n' Sweet Tour, which kicks off Oct. 23. Joe Flacco talks about 'embarrassing' TikTok dances: 'Be an adult'
Joe Flacco is the elder statesman of the Cleveland Browns quarterback room. Having just turned 40 in January, Flacco has morphed into the "back in my day guy" and is now just one step away from telling the young whippersnappers to get off his lawn. Flacco has embraced that youthful energy in the twilight of his NFL career, taking the opportunity to pose for a fun photo at media day with rookie, Dillon Gabriel. Advertisement Regardless, he continued to provide plenty of entertainment for the media following Wednesday's minicamp practices, turning the session into a chat about social media, TikTok and posting dancing videos online. Flacco began discussing Twitter, now known as X, as it has evolved into a primary source of news. "The difference now is, everybody's getting their stuff from there, and it's treated a little bit more seriously because that is the main news source," Flacco said, via 92.3 The Fan's Daryl Ruiter. "You still have the same thing you always had, which is a million different opinions, but it kind of blends your actual news source with a bunch of other stuff." The quarterback went on to say that Instagram is the only social media platform he's used and made one thing clear –don't expect him to show up in a TikTok dancing video anytime soon.
