You know what they say: One man's trash is another crab's treasure, or something like that. Microsoft brought this game to Game Pass Ultimate subscribers in April 2024, and now the company is bringing it to Game Pass Standard subscribers. This game is like a cross between Elden Ring and the classic game Ecco the Dolphin. You play as a hermit crab who sets off on a quest to buy back your repossessed shell. You'll have to use the trash of the ocean to protect yourself against huge enemies, and you'll also learn why the ocean is so polluted with garbage to begin with. And who knows, maybe you'll see Ariel with her collection of thingamabobs down there.
Available now.
If you're a Game Pass Standard subscriber, get ready to gather your friends and allies for this action JRPG. You have to create a party of six heroes out of over 100 -- it's in the name, after all -- as you set off on an adventure across the war-torn continent of Allraan. You can also manage a small town and play mini-games along the way.
Available now.
Game Pass Standard subscribers can explore this expansive sci-fi RPG from the same studio that made The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and Fallout 4. You play as a miner who finds an alien artifact, and this sets off a chain reaction across the stars. While the main story follows you as you try to unlock the secrets of this artifact, you can go off and explore more than 1,000 planets, interact with colonies and outposts, and create your own story.
Available now.
Microsoft removed this game from Game Pass a few years ago, and now the company is bringing it back to the service. In this 2D adventure strategy game, you have to build up your kingdom during the day to secure it from a threat called the Greed that attacks at night. You'll then conquer far-off lands in order to put a stop to the Greed threat once and for all.
Available: Feb. 18
From the developers of Fallout: New Vegas and The Outer Worlds comes a new adventure in a place called the Living Lands. A mysterious plague is creeping throughout the land and spreading chaos. You're sent to investigate, and what unfolds is a tale riddled with war, intrigue and ancient mysteries. Wield magic and steel as you carve your own destiny and uncover the truth.

While Microsoft is adding those six games to different tiers of Xbox Game Pass, the company is also removing seven other games from the service on Feb. 15. So you still have some time to finish your campaign and any side quests in these games before you have to buy them separately.

Josh Allen Catches Stray In Eagles Legend's Tirade

Josh Allen Catches Stray In Eagles Legend's Tirade originally appeared on Athlon Sports. Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen is the reigning league MVP and one of the best quarterbacks in football. No one can truly deny that. Advertisement What they can argue, though, is his placement among the best quarterbacks in the league. Just ask recently retired two-time Super Bowl champion Brandon Graham. Graham took offense to Pro Football Focus' latest quarterback rankings that had Philadelphia Eagles Super Bowl MVP Jalen Hurts fifth, and Allen at second behind Patrick Mahomes. And Graham spoke on WIP to make sure his voice was heard. "You've got Josh Allen who's been to the (AFC Championship) every year but just can't seem to beat Mahomes," Graham said. "You know what I'm saying? He can't seem to beat Mahomes. But, that boy Jalen had been to the Super Bowl. Advertisement "That boy Jalen Hurts came back and went to the Super Bowl again when Josh Allen definitely hasn't even been able to sniff it and it's like okay. They just like who they like, man." Allen catching a stray from Graham is quite funny. The longest-tenured Eagle in franchise history is one of the only players in franchise history to win multiple titles. His latest came in Super Bowl LIX - a game that Hurts outplayed Mahomes to win MVP. Is that enough to knock off Allen in the case of Hurts? Most analysts will say no. But it is hard to argue with his results in the regular season. If Hurts can keep winning Super Bowls over players like Allen, then Graham's remarks won't just be an outlier, they will be the normal way of thinking. Eagles Have One Question After Saquon Barkley Named Madden Cover Player

Eagles Have One Question After Saquon Barkley Named Madden Cover Player originally appeared on Athlon Sports. Throughout the 2024 regular season, the Philadelphia Eagles had one of the most explosive offenses, finishing the year ranked seventh in points per game (27.2) and eighth in total yards per game (367.2). Advertisement Of course, football is a team sport, but there's no doubt that much of their success was because of running back Saquon Barkley, who was eventually named the Offensive Player of the Year and finished third in MVP voting. After helping his team win the Super Bowl, his performance on the field was impossible to ignore and on Monday, EA Sports revealed that Barkley was named the cover athlete for Madden NFL 26, set to release on Aug. 14. The big announcement eventually drew a reaction from the Eagles, who asked, "Who else but @saquon?" via a social media post. It's a valid question, and after finishing the regular season with 2,005 rushing yards, 13 touchdowns and 33 receptions for two touchdowns, it would be hard to find a good answer. Advertisement Of course, those impressive numbers also led him to earn a two-year, $41.2 million extension with the Eagles, which makes him the highest-paid running back in NFL history in yearly salary ($20.6 million), per Spotrac. Philadelphia Eagles running back Saquon Hartline-Imagn Images This is also the second straight year that a running back has been featured as the video game's cover athlete, as San Francisco 49ers' Christian McCaffrey earned the honors for Madden NFL 25. Now, it will remain to be seen if Barkley and the Eagles can continue being dominant and live up to the hype in 2025, as ESPN BET ties them as the Kansas City Chiefs for the best odds (+600) to win the Super Bowl.
