INITIAL STORY: Police find 2 shot outside Millsboro-area home; a third man shot inside house dies
According to police, the three men and 25-year-old Marcus Harris were at the home with a woman who knew both Harris and Mosley. At some point, Mosley and the woman began arguing, with the woman telling Mosley she didn't want him or his friends at her house, police said.
A "physical altercation then occurred between Harris" and Mosley, during which Harris shot Mosley, police said. Harris then shot the other two men, according to police.
The woman was not injured.
Harris was arrested and charged with murder, two counts of attempted murder and three gun offenses. He's being held in prison on $480,000 cash bond.
Mosley, a football player at Cape Henlopen, had just graduated.
On June 15, the school emailed families saying it was "reaching out tonight with a heavy heart."
While the email didn't name Mosley directly, it noted that a class of 2025 graduate had recently died and support would be available at the school on June 16 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
It also said it would have resources on June 17 at Slaughter Neck Community Center from 1 to 4 p.m. as part of its Pathways Program.
Students or community members needing "immediate support" were also directed to the state's 24/7 crisis hotline at 1-800-969-4357 (HELP) or text DE to 741741.

Police find 2 shot outside Millsboro-area home; a third man shot inside house dies

A 25-year-old man has been charged in connection with a Millsboro-area shooting that left one teen dead and two others injured in the early hours of June 14. Marcus Harris has been charged with murder and two counts of attempted murder, Delaware State Police said. Harris was in a house located in the 24000 block of Rivers Edge Drive near Millsboro. Also in the house were a 19-year-old man and two other men. Harris and the teen were acquaintances of a woman who lives in the house. While in the house, police said, the teen got into an argument with the woman, who no longer wanted him or the other two men in the home. A fight began between Harris and the 19-year-old about 2 a.m., police said. It was during the fight that Harris shot the teen and the two other men. The woman was not injured during the shooting. Officers found two men outside the home suffering from gunshot wounds. The teen, who was inside the home, was provided first aid, but he died at the scene. The two other men were taken to an area hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries. Harris was found inside the house and taken into custody without incident, police said. After being charged, Harris was committed to the Delaware Department of Correction after failing to post $480,000 cash bail. The Millsboro-area shooting was the second fatal one that morning in Kent County in which there were multiple victims. Five men were shot, one fatally, earlier that morning in Dover, police said. That shooting left a 22-year-old man dead. Paedophile from Wolverhampton jailed for child rapes dating back nearly 50 years

A child rapist from the Black Country has been put behind bars for a string of sickening sex offences almost 50 years after they were committed. John Harris, aged 64, from Wolverhampton has finally faced justice for eight counts of rape and one of sexual intercourse with a girl under 13. The offences date back to 1976 and were investigated after his victim came forward when she felt ready to talk about the abuse she had suffered as a child. He was jailed for 12 years at Wolverhampton Crown Court on Friday, June 13. In addition to the jail sentence, Harris was also put on the Sex Offenders Register for life. Anyone affected by the story who wants some support or advice can find more on the police's dedicated sexual offences page. Detective Inspector Emma Jobson, from the force's dedicated non-recent rape and serious sexual offences team, said: "All our cases start with the person who suffered the abuse. 'And it was this woman's strength and fortitude which has meant Harris has now been convicted of crimes carried out many, many years ago. 'Despite the passing of time, we have the commitment and expertise to help identify and then trace crucial evidence which has seen this perpetrator being successfully prosecuted.' 'But that does not prevent us from being able to develop an investigation which sees offenders convicted years after the abuse.'
