‘Avihitham': Filmmaker Senna Hegde announces his next
Screenplay is by Senna and Ambareesh Kalathera and the story is by the latter. Cinematographer Sreeraj Raveendran, a regular in Senna's movies, is the creative director, and has handled camera with Ramesh Mathews. Music is by Sreerag Saji.
Senna, who made his debut with the docu-drama 0-41 and later directed the Kannada movie Katheyondu Shuruvagide, rose to fame with the breezy Malayalam entertainer Thinkalazhcha Nishchayam, which won the National Award for Best Malayalam Film in 2020. His other films are 1744 White Alto (2022) and Padmini (2023). He made his acting debut in Aashiq Abu's Rifle Club(2024).

The teaser shows that Kalyani Priyadarshan's character Chandra has superhero powers and that her powers are legendary. Some of her superpowers include being able to rise up in air and move faster than a fired bullet. Written and directed by Dominic Arun, the film has cinematography by Nimish Raviand and editing by Chaman Chakko. Music for the film is by music composer Jakes Bejoy . The film will have action sequences choreographed by one of the best in the world, Yannick Ben . Additional Screenplay and dramaturgy for the film have been done by Santhy Balachandran , while art direction for the film is by Jithu Sebastian. Mahavatar Narsimha Box Office Collection Day 25: Ashwin Kumar's animated mythological epic Mahavatar Narsimha's earnings declines on the 25th day at the box office on Monday. According to trade industry tracker Sacnilk, Mahavatar Narsimha minted an estimated ₹ 1.41 crore India net on its twenty-fifth day for all languages. Mahavatar Narsimha had an overall 9.76% Hindi (2D) occupancy on Sunday, 24.59% Telugu (2D) occupancy and 13.34% Hindi occupancy in 3D. Sacnilk reported that Mahavatar Narsimha earned a total of ₹ 267 crore worldwide till Sunday, Day 24. This includes ₹ 210.5 crore India net and ₹ 16.25 crore worldwide. Language-wise, Mahavatar Narsimha earned a total of ₹ 6.83 crore in Tamil, ₹ 41.05 crore in Telegu, ₹ 159.6 in Hindi, ₹ 2.51 crore in Tamil, and ₹ 51 lakh in Malayalam. The speculation is based on previous collaborations between the platform and the production house. Previously, Hindi-dubbed versions of big titles such as 'Salaar' and 'Raajakumara' were released on the same platform. The Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada versions of the Sandalwood film, 'Mahavatar Narasimha', might be released on different regional platforms, according to sources.
