IT'S officially all systems to go for the new American-led era at Rangers.
That's after the Ibrox club's new US owners' immediate plans were rubber-stamped at an EGM.

It was just a few weeks ago when the American consortium comprised of health insurance tycoon Andrew Cavenagh and 49ers Enterprises sealed the deal to take over Rangers.
After months of talks, the Gers announced at the end of May that it had all gone through, heralding the start of a new era for the Light Blues.
Cavenagh was immediately installed as the club's new chairman with 49ers chief Paraag Marathe - who's also the Leeds United chairman - taking up the position of vice-chairman.
The big changes continued with Kevin Thelwell quickly beginning work as sporting director before Russell Martin arrived as head coach the week after the takeover was officially done.
Martin is working with the Gers squad for the first time today with the players back for pre-season training.
With plenty of change in and around the club, fans are now keen to see new players come in the door sooner rather than later.
And now, a big step forward to that becoming a reality has been confirmed.
For the first time since taking the helm, Cavenagh and Marathe are in Scotland.
They've headed for Glasgow where Rangers have been holding an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) this morning at the Double Tree by Hilton hotel in the city centre.
The meeting saw several key resolutions voted on by the club's shareholders.

The biggest of those was to ratify the proposed £20million injection into the club.
Immediately after the takeover was sealed, the new owners stated their intention to invest the £20m immediately and launch a new share issue - subject to shareholder approval.
Top of the agenda, the resolution has been passed, alongside a second resolution that was directly linked to it.
It means new boss Martin will now have the funds available to add to his squad.
Time is of the essence in terms of squad strengthening with the Champions League qualifiers getting underway in a month's time.
Rangers will take on Panathiniakos in the second qualifying round.
The rubber-stamping of the investment wasn't the only thing on the agenda, however.
One of the other resolutions voted on was to ratify Rangers' switch from PLC (public limited company) to a private limited company (LTD).
Since 2012, the club have been operating as 'The Rangers International Football Club PLC.'
Going forward, it will now be known as 'Rangers International Football Club Limited.'
The shift to a limited company sees a change in the business structure and essentially gives the new owners an additional layer of control.
It also means that any new shares cannot be offered publicly going forward.
All resolutons passed with over 98% approval.

Klopp's 'incredible player' leaves Liverpool to take summer departures to 12
Liverpool have seen something of an exodus this season with a 12th player now joining the list of stars to head through the exit door so far in this transfer window Liverpool's summer departures are set to be taken up to 12, with Nat Phillips closing in on a move to West Brom. Phillips broke through from the Reds' academy to become a key man in the 2020/2021 campaign. His performances with Virgil van Dijk, Joel Matip and Joe Gomez all sidelined helped Liverpool secure qualification to the Champions League. They would then reach the final of that competition a year later. Despite those displays, Phillips has struggled for gametime at the Premier League champions ever since. The centre-back was instead sent out on loan to Stuttgart, Bournemouth, Celtic, Cardiff City and Derby County. His final appearance for Liverpool came against Wolverhampton Wanderers way back in January 2023. Trent Alexander-Arnold, Caoimhín Kelleher, Jakub Ojrzyński, Dominic Corness, Reece Trueman, Lee Jonas, Louis Enahoro-Marcus, Harry Evers, Jacob Poytress, Harvey Davies and Vitezslav Jaros have all already departed Anfield this summer. Phillips is now set to become the latest man to join that exodus after finally securing a permanent move away. That deal for him to move to the Hawthorns is gathering pace. According to The Athletic, Phillips is undergoing a medical on Monday with the Baggies. He has one year remaining on his contract with the Reds and had attracted interest from several Championship clubs. But it is the Midlands side who have won the race, to leave new boss Ryan Mason delighted. It is expected that Phillips will join his new club in time to link up with the Baggies for the start of pre-season later this week. The 28-year-old made 33 appearances for Derby as they secured survival in the second tier. Meanwhile, West Brom endured a disappointing season to only finish ninth, four points adrift of a play-off place. Phillps' move ends a mixed time on Merseyside for the centre-back. He made his debut against Everton in the FA Cup in January 2020, and received major praise from Klopp for his role in securing Champions League qualification a year later. 'I messaged Rhys Williams and Nat Phillips because we wouldn't be there without them," Klopp told Sky Sports News in 2022. 'I remember the final game of last season and they left the pitch with a bandage around the head, cuts on their faces, and that was really a symbol for the whole period. "We went through on one leg, with one eye… it was incredible. It was such a tough season. Hopefully nobody forgot how hard we fought to get here. We had no centre-halves, had to play midfielders in the last line, then had to use other players in midfield and nothing worked really. 'In the end, we played with two incredible players – Rhys and Nat – but we couldn't use them earlier because they needed time to adapt. Katie Boulter looking ahead to Wimbledon after Nottingham exit
Katie Boulter decided to focus on the positives despite seeing her quest for a third straight title at the LTA's Lexus Nottingham Open end in the quarter-final. Boulter battled bravely but lost out to American McCartney Kessler 6-3 3-6 6-4 at centre court, ending not only Boulter's hopes of a hat-trick of successes but snapping her 12-match winning streak in Nottingham. Yet despite defeat in the last eight, Boulter believes her performance provided plenty to take heart from. 'I felt like I played some really good tennis,' said Boulter. 'It's unfortunate that I lost today but I actually think that was one of my better matches here. 'It's pretty ironic but it is what it is. I thought there some really good positives to take from it. 'I'm allowed to be beaten on the day and I felt like she [McCartney] did that. She's a very good player and I'm positive her ranking will go higher and higher for the rest of the year. Boulter departs the Midlands less than a week away from the LTA's Lexus Eastbourne Open but she has already ruled out competing there. Instead, Boulter has decided to switch her focus to ensuring that she heads to the lawns of SW19 at her absolute best physically and mentally. She added: 'I haven't thought too much about it yet but I'm not playing next week. If I was chasing points and rankings I would be but my plan is not to because I want to prioritise Wimbledon and that's something I've never done before and I'd like to try something different. 'The odd match here and there would have been but I don't think that'll make a difference when I step out to Wimbledon. It's now about getting work done in the next week and continuing to work on my physical game. 'It makes a massive difference and something I've never done before so I'd like to try it. 'I've always focused on getting a lot of matches before Wimbledon and getting as much time as I got on the grass and I don't think that's helped me a lot as I ran into Wimbledon on fumes mentally.' Boulter's battle with Kessler headlined an action-packed programme at Nottingham. Earlier, Ukraine's Dayana Yastremska was the first player to reach the final four after taking down fifth seed and last year's Eastbourne runner-up Leylah Fernandez 6-3 7-6 (6). And sixth seed Magda Linette held off second seed Clara Tauson 6-2 7-5 to reach a career-first semi-final on grass. Linette hardly broke a sweat in the first set but found herself fighting off a ferocious fightback from her opponent, who surged to a 5-2 lead in the second. The Pole proved herself more than up to the challenge, halting Tauson in her tracks by taking the last five games to advance. Top seeds Shuai Zhang and Su-Wei Hsieh advanced to the semi-final in women's doubles after defeating Eri Hozumi and Aldila Sutjiadi 6-4 6-3. They next face fourth seeds Ena Shibahara and Anna Danilina, who eliminated Anastasia Detiuc and Bibiane Schoofs 7-6 (5) 6-3.
