PLAYER RATINGS: Super-charged debutants lead the way for Springboks
South Africa put in a ruthless display to wear down the spirited Lelos on their way to a commanding 45-point win. The result sees South Africa maintain their perfect start to the Test season with a third consecutive victory and also keep their 100% record in Mbombela in tact.
So as the Springbok juggernaut rolls on, here are some key player ratings based on today's individual performances:
All scores out of 10
Marnus van der Merwe 9
What a debut for the Scarlets-based No 2. The hooker earned his first Springbok cap today and he made the most of the opportunity. The 28-year-old bagged two tries from the back of the maul in front of his home crowd to make his Test debut even more memorable.
Boan Venter 8
Another one of the three debutants today, who didn't look an inch out of place. The prop was solid across the park. And while the Springboks' front row did concede a couple of penalties with him on the field, that was to be expected against the Georgians.
Ruan Nortje 8/10
Nortje was voted as the official Man of the Match and deservedly so. He went to the trenches today and covered almost every blade of grass on that field. World class performance from the Bulls man.
Handre Pollard 8
With Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu struggling through the game, Pollard came on and showed once again why he is the Springboks' first-choice flyhalf. The two-time World Cup winner knocked over all his kicks at goal and capped off another fine outing with a try and a try-assist.
Edwill van der Merwe 7
The winger just continues to try-scoring exploits at the highest level. He crossed for two touchdowns against the Lelos to make it five tries in three Test starts for the Springboks.
Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu 5
It wasn't exactly a disaster-class, but the young playmaker must do better if he wants to usurp Pollard at No 10. Feinberg-Mngomezulu had a couple of fine touches in open play, showing glimpses of his attacking prowess. But his inaccurate goal-kicking left much to be desired.

Siya Kolisi gears up for 100th Bok cap as he shows no signs of slowing down
Siya Kolisi made a triumphant return to the international stage in the Springboks' 55-10 victory over Georgia in Mbombela on Saturday — his first Test appearance since November 23 last year. Despite the lengthy absence through injury, the 34-year-old flanker delivered a typically high-octane performance earning his 93rd Test cap. He missed the Springboks' recent outings against the Barbarians and Italy with a niggling setback, but showed no signs of rust in his comeback. Kolisi is closing in on a major career milestone, with only seven more appearances needed to join Willie le Roux — who reached his 100th cap in the second Test against Italy — in the exclusive Bok centurion club. With 10 more Tests on the calendar this year, including six Rugby Championship fixtures, South Africa's inspirational skipper is on course to hit triple figures during the end-of-year tour to Europe. 'My body feels good and I am trying not to think about the 100 Tests because that will be a huge honour,' Kolisi said.

SA Rugby pay tribute to oldest living Springbok who has died at 96
The former flanker turned out for Rhodesia, which qualified him to play for the Boks. Des van Jaarsveldt in 2013 at the opening of the Springbok Experience museum at the Cape Town Waterfront. Picture: Carl Fourie / Gallo Images The oldest living Springbok rugby player, Des van Jaarsveldt, has died, at the age of 96. Van Jaarsveldt played in one Test match for South Africa, against Scotland on 30 April 1960, scoring a try in the 18-10 victory at the old Boet Erasmus Stadium in Gqeberha. He also captained the team. Born on 31 March 1929 in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, Van Jaarsveldt played for the Springboks from Rhodesia, as the country was known at the time. Van Jaarsveldt, who made more than 60 provincial appearances for Rhodesia from 1947 to 1962 and captained them in the Currie Cup, remained involved in rugby after hanging up his boots as a coach and administrator, and he was also involved with the South African Rugby Legends Association (SARLA). SA Rugby, via president Mark Alexander, paid tribute to the former flanker, who passed away on Monday. 'Deep love for the game' 'Des will not only be remembered as the oldest living Springbok in the last number of years, but he was a leader with a deep love for the game who leaves behind a wonderful legacy,' said Alexander. 'He will not only be remembered for his achievements on the rugby field, but Des was also an accomplished boxer and athlete, and was devoted to assisting and giving back to sport in his native Zimbabwe. 'On behalf of the South African rugby family, I would like to honour his legacy as a former national captain and someone who ploughed back into our beloved game, and I would like to express our heartfelt condolences to his family, friends and loved ones in this very sad and difficult time.'
