Brighton assistant head coach Chris Roberts says the side are determined to close out the season at home with the "best possible home record" ahead of the visit of Arsenal this week.
The Seagulls have won four, drawn four and lost just two of their previous home matches so far this term, although those defeats came in their last two home outings against Man City and Liverpool.
"We've had an excellent record at home this year, it's been a real fortress for us," said Roberts. "We want to make sure that we give the fans the best possible final home game of the season and finish with the best possible home record."
Brighton sit in fifth spot ahead of the final two games of the campaign with Liverpool, West Ham and Everton close behind.
Roberts added: "There's a pack of five or six teams that are all in contention for fifth place. Our journey this season has been process driven, about setting standards on and off the pitch, but we want to finish as high as we possibly can."

PSG urged to sign £65m Arsenal star and Liverpool transfer flop

PSG have been told to raid Arsenal and Liverpool to strengthen a squad that just lifted the Champions League trophy. Paris Saint-German enjoyed a spectacular season under Luis Enrique, finally succeeding in their quest to become European champions while continuing to dominate in Ligue 1. Given PSG's young and incredibly dynamic squad, areas of improvement are not obvious but Marcel Desailly has named two players he would 'like' to see arrive at the Parc des Princes this summer. Football icon Desailly somewhat surprisingly believes Arsenal forward Kai Havertz should be PSG's No. 1 transfer target, citing his versatility as the main reason he would be of use to Enrique. Signed from Chelsea for £65m in 2023, Havertz has endured a mixed spell at the Emirates Stadium but was badly missed last season as Mikel Arteta had to deal with an injury crisis. Wake up to find news on your club in your inbox every morning with Metro's Football Newsletter. Havertz's status as Arsenal's first-choice striker looks set to end this summer as Arteta targets a new No. 9 with Benjamin Sesko and Viktor Gyokeres heavily linked with moves to north London. Desailly believes Havertz would be the 'best transfer option' for PSG and has also urged the Champions League holders to rescue Darwin Nunez from Liverpool. The Uruguayan is expected to move on this summer following a largely underwhelming spell at Anfield and Desailly reckons he can revive his career in Paris. Like Arsenal, Liverpool are also interested in signing a new striker to strengthen Arne Slot's Premier League champions and are open to offers for Nunez. 'There are two players I'd like to see at PSG and one is Kai Havertz from Arsenal,' France World Cup winner Desailly told Oddspedia. 'Havertz is the best option because he can play as a midfielder but also as a point of reference up front as a striker. 'For me Havertz would be the best signing for PSG and the other is Darwin Nunez from Liverpool. 'Nunez is a point of reference and has great movement, he has been unlucky in front of goal but I think he'd do well in a back-up role for PSG. 'Those are the two players I'd like to see join PSG this summer.' While PSG look to strengthen Enrique's squad, a number of players have been linked with moves away from the French capital. More Trending Manchester United have reportedly been offered the chance to sign Portugal striker Goncalo Ramos while Gianluigi Donnarumma has also emerged as a target for the Red Devils. PSG beat United to the signing of Ramos two years ago but the 23-year-old has struggled for starts since arriving from Benfica. Donnarumma, meanwhile, has entered the final 12 months of his contract with Paris Saint-Germain and is believed to be interested in a move to the Premier League. The 26-year-old Italian reminded fans why he is rated as one of the best goalkeepers in the world during PSG's brilliant Champions League run. For more stories like this, check our sport page. Full confirmed list of Liverpool summer transfers after third signing confirmed

Liverpool look set for a busy summer transfer window ahead of Arne Slot's second season in charge with Germany star Florian Wirtz proving to be a key target for the Dutch coach Liverpool have already secured three incoming transfers this summer and are still working hard to add Florian Wirtz to that mix. The Reds are set to launch their final bid, a club-record fee, to land the German international having seen other offers rejected. Arne Slot's team are expected to make a fourth to Bayer Leverkusen after being locked in talks with the German club. The Anfield side's previous bid saw an offer of £100million plus £13m in add-ons but Leverkusen have been holding out for £126.4m. ‌ Wirtz has not see Liverpool's business falter elsewhere however. The Reds quickly snapped up his team-mate Jeremie Frimpong to replace Trent Alexander-Arnold before the window was even officially open. ‌ Since then, the club have also added Armin Pecsi from Puskas Akademia. The 20-year-old goalkeeper put pen to paper on Saturday and was among the nominees for the2025 Golden Boy award. And the arrival of Giorgi Mamardashvili is imminent too with Liverpool having agreed a transfer with Valencia almost 12 months ago. The Georgian's pending arrival appears to have given the club confidence to finally part ways with Caoimhin Kelleher, who joined Brentford in an 18m deal. The summer is certainly set up for Slot to see more signings than last summer and a few more exits may be antipated now he's had time to assess his squad. Cody Gakpo has played down talk of a move to Bayern Munich, while the likes of Harvey Elliott and Darwin Nunez have uncertain futures. Andy Robertson will soon discover whether he faces competition from Bournemouth full-back Milos Kerkez too. Liverpool are expected to get a deal over the line for the Scotland international's successor. Federico Chiesa's future is also likely on the agenda after the Italian revealed he expected discussions following an underwhelming first season. The Italian could yet stay however. ‌ Mirror Football will keep you updated on Liverpool's transfers as the summer progresses.
