ICC Prosecutors Reject Israeli Entity's Request to Revoke Arrest Warrants for Netanyahu, Gallant

The Office of the Prosecutor at the International Criminal Court (ICC) has asked the court to reject Israel's request to cancel arrest warrants issued for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant.
In a ten-page document published late Wednesday, the prosecutors also urged the court to dismiss Israel's request to suspend investigations into the situation in the occupied Palestinian territories.
The arrest warrants, issued in November 2024, accuse Netanyahu and Gallant of committing war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.
The prosecutors stated that Israel's request, filed on May 9, 2025, lacks any legal basis, and insisted that the investigation must continue without delay.

A statement issued during the events declared that the principle of Wilayah is the cornerstone preserving the Ummah's dignity, independence, and unity. Abandoning it, the statement warned, leads to subjugation and violation by enemies. It highlighted the urgent need to understand Wilayah through the Quran and the Prophet's (PBUH) guidance, especially in an era of rampant corruption and deception. The statement clarified that the Declaration of Ghadeer is not merely a historical event but a divine proclamation vital to the Ummah's revival and adherence to Islam. Russian Defense Ministry Announces Strike on Ukrainian Command Center 'Luhansk'
Moscow – SABA: The Russian Ministry of Defense announced on Sunday that a crew operating the Russian 'Iskander' missile system targeted and hit the command center of the Ukrainian operational-tactical group 'Luhansk' near the town of Druzhkivka in the Donetsk People's Republic. In a statement, the ministry said the Iskander missile system successfully struck the command center of the Ukrainian 'Luhansk' operational-tactical group located in the village area of Druzhkivka, Donetsk. The ministry also released footage showing the Iskander tactical missile system striking the Ukrainian Armed Forces' command post of the 'Luhansk' group in Druzhkivka. In addition, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced on Sunday that units from its 'Center' group had liberated the town of Ulyanovka in the Donetsk People's Republic. According to the statement: 'As a result of persistent and decisive operations by units of the Center Forces Group, the town of Ulyanovka in the Donetsk People's Republic has been liberated.' Gaza – Saba: The Martyr Omar Al-Qassam Forces, the military wing of the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine (DFLP), announced on Sunday that their fighters detonated an explosive device targeting a Zionist tank south of Khan Younis in the Gaza Strip. In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (SABA), the Al-Qassam Forces stated: "Upon their return from the frontlines, our fighters confirmed the successful detonation of an explosive device on a Zionist 'Merkava' tank near the College of Science and Technology in the Qizan al-Najjar area, south of Khan Younis, on June 12."
