ICC Prosecutors Reject Israeli Entity's Request to Revoke Arrest Warrants for Netanyahu, Gallant
The Office of the Prosecutor at the International Criminal Court (ICC) has asked the court to reject Israel's request to cancel arrest warrants issued for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant.
In a ten-page document published late Wednesday, the prosecutors also urged the court to dismiss Israel's request to suspend investigations into the situation in the occupied Palestinian territories.
The arrest warrants, issued in November 2024, accuse Netanyahu and Gallant of committing war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.
The prosecutors stated that Israel's request, filed on May 9, 2025, lacks any legal basis, and insisted that the investigation must continue without delay.

Gaza Media: Only 266 trucks let into Gaza in 3 days
Gaza - Saba: The Government Media Office in Gaza stated that only 266 aid trucks entered the Gaza Strip over the past three days (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) out of an expected 1,800. Most of these trucks were looted and robbed amid deliberate security chaos created by the Israeli enemy as part of its policy of "engineering starvation and chaos," aimed at undermining the resilience of the Palestinian people. In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) on Monday, it said the total number of aid trucks that entered the Gaza Strip over the course of 22 days amounted to only 1,937 out of the 13,200 intended for entry. This represents less than 15% of the actual needs. These quantities were looted and stolen, as the enemy prevents the entry of sufficient aid trucks, continues to prevent the securing of the trucks that do enter, continues to close the crossings, and undermines the work of humanitarian organizations. The office confirmed that the Gaza Strip needs more than 600 different aid trucks daily to meet the minimum needs of 2.4 million people, amid the near-total collapse of infrastructure due to the ongoing war and genocide. The office held the enemy and its allies fully responsible for the humanitarian catastrophe, calling on the United Nations, Arab and Islamic countries, and the international community to take serious action to open the crossings and ensure the flow of aid, especially food, baby formula, and life-saving medicines, and to hold the enemy accountable for its crimes against civilians. The office published statistics on the number of trucks that have entered the Gaza Strip since the enemy announced the entry of aid, starting on Sunday, July 27, 2025, as follows: 1. Sunday, July 27, 2025: (73 trucks) 2. Monday, July 28, 2025: (87 trucks) 3. Tuesday, July 29, 2025: (109 trucks) 4. Wednesday, July 30, 2025: (112 trucks) 5. Thursday, July 31, 2025: (104 trucks) 6. Friday, August 1, 2025: (73 trucks) 7. Saturday, August 2, 2025: (36 trucks) 8. Sunday, August 3, 2025: (80 trucks) 9. Monday, August 4, 2025: (95 trucks) 10. Tuesday, August 5, 2025: (84 trucks) 11. Wednesday, August 6, 2025: (92 trucks) 12. Thursday, August 7, 2025: (87 trucks) 13. Friday, August 8, 2025: (83 trucks) 14. Saturday, August 9, 2025: (95 trucks) 15. Sunday, August 10, 2025: (124 trucks) 16. Monday, August 11, 2025: (103 trucks) 17. Tuesday, August 12, 2025: (98 trucks) 18. Wednesday, August 13, 2025: (76 trucks) 19. Thursday, August 14, 2025: (60 trucks) 20. Friday, August 15, 2025: (85 trucks) 21. Saturday, August 16, 2025: (92 trucks) 22. Sunday, August 17, 2025: (89 trucks)

Al-Quds Brigades strike Be'eri & Shokidah settlements , Israeli soldiers & equipment
Gaza – Saba: Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, announced today, Sunday, that it had targeted the Be'eri and Shokidah settlements in the Gaza envelope and struck Israeli soldiers and military equipment north of Khan Younis in southern Gaza. In two separate statements received by the Yemen News Agency (Saba), the Brigades said: 'We shelled the Be'eri and Shokidah settlements in the Gaza envelope with several rockets in response to the crimes of the Israeli enemy against our people.' They added: 'This afternoon, we fired mortar shells (60mm caliber) at concentrations of Israeli soldiers and equipment advancing along Street 5, north of Khan Younis.' This action comes as part of the Palestinian resistance factions' response to what they describe as the Israeli enemy's acts of mass killing against the residents of Gaza, supported by the United States, since October 7, 2023. These acts include killing, starvation, destruction, and forced displacement, disregarding international appeals and orders from the International Court of Justice to halt them.
