González Wharton said one of the tires in the front of the plane broke off and caught fire.
'For a few minutes, I thought it was the end of our story here on earth. We were landing, and the landing was very bad, aggressive, and at high speed … It all happened right at my window,' González Wharton wrote on Facebook.
González Wharton's video showed the plane's left front wheel missing after the landing.
A spokesperson from Frontier told WFLA.com that the aircraft landed safely and no one was hurt.
The incident is under investigation.
