Adani Green shares climb over 3 pc after Q1 earnings
The company's stock edged higher by 2.93 per cent to settle at Rs 1,004.55 on the BSE. During the day, it jumped 3.86 per cent to Rs 1,013.65.
At the NSE, shares of the firm climbed 3.39 per cent to Rs 1,009.
Adani Green Energy Ltd on Monday posted a 31 per cent year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 824 crore in the June quarter, driven by revenues from its core businesses.
AGEL, which is the green portfolio company of the Adani Group, had cloked a net profit of Rs 629 crore in the April-June period of the 2024-25 financial year.
The company's total income increased to Rs 4,006 crore in the June quarter from Rs 3,112 crore in the year-ago period.
A major share of Rs 3,312 crore and Rs 429 crore in revenues came from power supply and sale of goods/equipment, respectively. PTI SUM TRB

In a statement to ET, the company repeated the announcement in 2024 when it said a wholly owned subsidiary, ICT Service Management Solutions (India), intended to secure a land use right from the Karnataka Industrial Area Development Board for up to Rs 140 crore. That land is near the international airport in Bangalore, it said in the latest Karnataka State High Level Clearance Committee had in March last year approved ICT Service Management's Rs 1,450 crore investment proposal with a potential to create 2,500 jobs. In January last year, when the company and the state government signed a memorandum of understanding, minister Patil said that ICT Service Management had sought 32 acres for the proposed proposed unit with a fully automated facility would make laptops for all brands and over 50% of laptops made here would be exported, Patil had said. The plant would also produce IoT components and EV-related currently operates in India through three subsidiaries: ICT Service Management, Smartiply India and Wistron Automotive Electronics (India). While ICT Service Management focuses on import-export services and maintenance operations, Smartiply India develops internet platforms and IoT-related products. Wistron Automotive Electronics specialises in manufacturing, R&D and design of automotive electronics and related products.

Agritech DeHaat's FY25 revenue up 11% to Rs 3,000 crore
Synopsis Temasek-backed DeHaat clocked revenue of Rs 3,000 crore in FY25, an 11% increase from the prior year, and is currently operating at an annual revenue run rate of Rs 4,000 crore, said Shashank Kumar, who is also its chief executive. He did not provide the profit and revenue figures for the first quarter, or the bottom line for the last fiscal year. The company has yet to file the financial statements for FY25 with the Registrar of Companies.
