The day's escalating attacks included multiple deadly strikes on residential buildings, shelters, and public spaces, bringing the total death toll to 53 by midday, with the number rising throughout the afternoon.
In one of the deadliest incidents, at least 14 Palestinians were killed when Israeli warplanes bombed a five-storey residential building in the Al-Rizqa area, northeast of Gaza City.
Another 10 people lost their lives, and 25 were injured in an airstrike that hit a home south of Gaza City.
Elsewhere, at least 10 Palestinians were killed and many others wounded in a strike on a residential building in the Tel al-Hawa neighborhood, southwest Gaza City. In Deir al-Balah, central Gaza, an Israeli bombing of the Abu Issa café left at least three civilians dead and several others injured.
In Al-Bureij refugee camp, five civilians were killed and four injured in another airstrike. Meanwhile, in Mawasi, Khan Younis, a drone attack on a tent sheltering displaced families killed five Palestinians, including children, and injured at least 17.
Graphic footage from the GHF aid center in Rafah circulated online showing American and Israeli forces reportedly opening fire on starving civilians waiting for food parcels in the Al-Shakoush area. Since the U.S.-supported aid operation began in May, over 600 Palestinians have been killed while attempting to access food, according to local sources.

These attacks have reportedly killed more than 700 people—most of them children, in 112 separate strikes.
Meanwhile, Israeli Energy Minister Eli Cohen stirred international outrage by declaring that Gaza 'should remain destroyed for decades,' and that Israel has no intention of contributing to the territory's reconstruction following the war.
Commenting on the deteriorating situation, UN Secretary-General António Guterres stated that a ceasefire in Gaza would not be sufficient, calling instead for a long-overdue political solution that grants Palestinians the right to an independent state alongside Israel.

Martyrs and Missing Under Rubble in Israeli Airstrike on Gaza - Jordan News
Israeli occupation forces continued their bloody aggression against the Gaza Strip on Tuesday, targeting civilians' homes and displaced persons' shelters, resulting in martyrs and injuries, including children. اضافة اعلان Paramedics from the Palestinian Red Crescent reported the martyrdom of five Palestinians, injuries to others, and a number of people missing under the rubble of a home belonging to the Nassar family near Martyrs' Square in the Al-Shati refugee camp west of Gaza City, following an airstrike by occupation warplanes. The martyrs and wounded were transferred to Al-Shifa Hospital in the west of the city. In another field development, Israeli warplanes bombed Al-Awda Tower (2) located near Al-Quds Hospital in the Tel al-Hawa neighborhood in the southwest of the city after a prior warning, causing panic among patients, medical teams, and displaced persons in the surrounding area. Several Palestinians, including children, were also martyred or injured in shelling targeting tents of displaced families in the Al-Rimal neighborhood west of Gaza, where dozens of families had sought refuge from continuous raids. Since October 7, 2023, the occupation forces have carried out a continuous aggression on the Gaza Strip, which has so far resulted in the martyrdom of 58,386 Palestinians, mostly women and children, and injuries to 139,077 others. These figures are still not final. Many victims remain under rubble and on the streets, as ambulance and civil defense teams are unable to reach them due to ongoing bombing and infrastructure destruction.

UNRWA warns of Israeli plan to create 'mass internment camps' in southern Gaza
Ammon News - Adnan Abu Hasna, media advisor to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) in Gaza, has raised alarm over Israel's reported plans to establish what it calls a "humanitarian city" in southern Gaza, warning that the initiative is essentially a blueprint for mass internment camps. In a press statement, Abu Hasna said Israel has long been laying the groundwork for such a plan through the establishment of aid distribution points in southern Gaza. 'Now, they are openly declaring their intent to forcibly displace the population of Gaza into collective detention camps in Rafah, as a prelude to their expulsion from Palestinian land,' he stated. He warned that this development signals Israel's continued commitment to the forced transfer of Gaza's population, expressing deep concern over the extreme pressure being applied to Palestinians. 'The total collapse of the healthcare system, absence of aid, and depletion of fuel are all being weaponized to coerce the population into voluntary displacement,' Abu Hasna said. He further cautioned that the so-called humanitarian zone is incapable of hosting Gaza's 2 million residents within just 60 square kilometers of devastated land, describing the area as uninhabitable and void of any semblance of life or future. Abu Hasna urged the international community to intervene immediately to halt what he described as a dangerous and deliberate attempt to forcibly displace Palestinians under the guise of humanitarian relief. UNRWA: The So-Called "Humanitarian City" in Southern Gaza Would Be a Mass Detention Camp for Palestinians
UNRWA: The So-Called "Humanitarian City" in Southern Gaza Would Be a Mass Detention Camp for Palestinians The media advisor for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) in Gaza, Adnan Abu Hasna, has warned against Israeli plans to establish what is being referred to as a "humanitarian city" in southern Gaza, stating that such a project would effectively serve as mass detention camps for Palestinians. اضافة اعلان According to Palestinian media outlets, Abu Hasna said in a press statement: 'The occupation has been working toward this goal since setting up aid distribution points in southern Gaza. This time, however, it has openly announced its intent to forcibly transfer Gaza's population into mass detention camps in Rafah as a precursor to expelling Palestinians from their land.' He stressed that this plan underscores Israel's continued push to forcibly displace Gaza's residents, expressing deep concern over the intense pressure being exerted on the Palestinian population amid a collapse of the healthcare system, fuel shortages, and a severe lack of humanitarian aid, which he says is part of a deliberate effort to drive Palestinians into leaving voluntarily. Abu Hasna also warned of the catastrophic consequences of implementing such a plan, which would force Palestinians into a completely destroyed area that cannot accommodate 2 million people within just 60 square kilometers—an area that offers no livable conditions or future prospects. Earlier, Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant stated that he had instructed the military to prepare a plan to establish what he called a "humanitarian city" consisting of tent camps on the ruins of Rafah, aimed at relocating 600,000 Palestinians in a first phase, after subjecting them to strict security screenings. He added that those moved would not be allowed to leave afterward. — (Petra)
