"We always have those killer bombshells to come in."
Not only can fans expect serious drama when old wounds are opened and perhaps spicy connections are revisited, but there promises to be some of the most X-rated scenes in years.
Bosses have decided they will show couples romping after five years of keeping the sex sessions off air.
Mike told The Mirror: 'If sex happens, we'll show it. The Hideaway will be open 24 hours.'

Sue Cleaver reflects on '25 years of laughs' after Coronation Street exit
Eileen Grimshaw had a special send-off during Friday's episode of the soap, where she was seen leaving for Thailand alongside her son Jason Grimshaw, played by Ryan Thomas. Simon Gregson's character Steve McDonald, Tony Maudsley's George Shuttleworth, and Eileen's son Todd, played by Gareth Pierce, all said goodbye to the matriarch before drivers from the local taxi firm honked their horns as she was driven off. In an Instagram post, Cleaver said: 'Well… that's a wrap. 25 years of laughs, tears, costumes, chaos — and one unforgettable journey. A post shared by Sue Cleaver (@officialsuecleaver) 'I'll miss this character like crazy, but what a ride it's been. Thank you for every moment.' Cleaver has played the outspoken and uncomplicated Eileen in the ITV show since 2000. Eileen came to Weatherfield to work at the local taxi firm, Streetcars, to provide for her two tearaway teenage children, Jason and Todd. She soon became friends with her boss Steve and came into conflict with Helen Worth's character Gail Rodwell (also known as Gail Platt). Cleaver took part in I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! in 2022, where she opened up about reconciling with her birth mother, and was eliminated third. She also said her family is 'bizarrely interconnected' to other Coronation Street stars, including Worth who is godmother to one of her half-sisters, while her other half-sister's husband, John Bowe, appeared on the cobbles as Duggie Ferguson. In 2024, she released a book A Work In Progress in which she discusses how she feels she is not past her prime. In recent years she has appeared as a panellist on ITV chat show Loose Women.

Love Island's Ronnie Vint 'moves on with influencer after flirty chats in Ibiza' following his split from Harriett Blackmore
Love Island's Ronnie Vint seems to have moved on from ex-girlfriend Harriett Blackmore already. The reality star, 28, has reportedly been getting to know social media influencer Lauren Watson - who boats 153k followers - after claims they were seen flirting in Ibiza earlier this week. Ronnie and Harriett - who initially met on Love Island - split for a second time on Thurday. Ronnie was at the launch of the Unexpected Hotel on the Spanish island on Tuesday, and he is said to have spent most of it 'flirting with Lauren.' It's thought that the pair already follow each other on social media. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new Showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. It's thought that the pair already follow each other on social media - with Lauren reportedly catching his attention during his trip A source told The Sun: 'Ronnie looked really into Lauren, and certainly wasn't spending his time pining over Harriett. 'He's always had an eye for the ladies, so it was no surprise that Lauren caught his attention.' Mail Online has reached out to Ronnie's rep for comment. Ronnie and Harriet have deleted all traces of each other from social media following their shock split. They met on Love Island last summer but struggled to make their relationship work outside of the villa. It wasn't until Harriett surprised Ronnie as a bombshell arrival on All Stars in January that the couple reconnected, hoping to commit to each other for the long term. But after fiery rows in Ibiza, they have called it quits, just months after failing to make the All Stars final. A source told MailOnline: 'It's true that Ronnie and Harriett have ended their romance, they have tried to make it work but the arguments between them made it difficult.' An insider added: 'There has been a lot of love between Ronnie and Harriett, but they have always been a fiery couple and in the end, they struggled to see eye to eye. 'On Wednesday night, they flew back from a trip to Ibiza and decided they are better off not together and right now, they're not even prepared to be friends. 'They have unfollowed each other on Instagram, which isn't the first time, but the feeling is it's over now for good.' Ronnie, who's close friends with former Love Island star Olivia Attwood and her husband Bradley Dack, met dancer Harriett on the ITV2 series last summer. But the pair's romance was short-lived after Ronnie strayed, leaving Harriett devastated.
