Cameron Bain, Auburn Riverside baseball — Junior right-hander threw five shutout innings in Thursday's 7-4 win over Stadium, surrendering three hits with one walk and three strikeouts. Went 3-for-4 at the plate with a double, run and two RBI.
Andrew Baisler, Central Kitsap baseball — Left fielder doubled and tripled (2-for-4) with two RBI in Tuesday's 7-3 win over Bellarmine Prep.
Lincoln Berg, Olympia baseball — Lefty threw a five-inning complete game in Wednesday's 10-0 win over Yelm, allowing one hit with no walks and 10 strikeouts.
Quentin Bockhorn, Gig Harbor baseball — Junior tossed five shutout innings in Wednesday's 3-0 win over Silas, surrendering three hits and two walks with four strikeouts.
Jake Cuda, Gig Harbor baseball — Junior right-hander threw five scoreless frames in Tuesday's 4-0 win over Silas, allowing four hits with one walk and seven strikeouts.
Nate Gilmore, Decatur baseball — Junior first baseman homered in the first inning of Monday's 10-0 win over Thomas Jefferson and finished 3-for-3 with a run and four RBI.
Jaxon Harpel, Franklin Pierce baseball — Junior went five innings on the mound in Wednesday's 27-0 win over Foss, allowing one hit and two walks with 12 strikeouts. Went 4-for-4 at the plate with two doubles, four RBI and a walk.
Max Heinze, Stadium baseball — In two games against Auburn Riverside, the senior center fielder went 5-for-6 with a double, triple, four RBI and five stolen bases. He reached safely seven times.
Santiago Herrera, South Kitsap baseball — Senior right-hander was everywhere for the Wolves in Friday's 10-0 win over Bethel, delivering six shutout innings on the mound with one hit, two walks and 11 strikeouts. At the plate, went 2-for-3 with a walk, two doubles and four RBI.
Landon Hill, White River baseball — Senior first baseman went 3-for-5 with four RBI and a double in Thursday's 19-1 win over Todd Beamer.
Jason Hugo, Steilacoom baseball — Junior tossed a complete game in Wednesday's 3-1 win over Fife, allowing seven hits and one earned run with six walks and a strikeout. Went 1-for-3 at the plate with an RBI.
Jacob Kerwood, Mount Tahoma baseball — Junior right-hander delivered 6 ⅓ innings in Wednesday's 6-3 win over rival Lincoln, allowing eight hits and three runs (two earned) with one walk and 10 strikeouts. Finished 2-for-3 with a walk at the plate.
Cooper Markham, Enumclaw baseball — Senior right-hander struck out 19 batters across 6 ⅔ no-hit innings, walking two in Monday's 1-0 win over Kentlake. Enumclaw's Carter Grant entered for the final out and completed the combined no-hit effort.
Tyler Maurer, Kentwood baseball — Senior delivered seven frames for a complete game in Tuesday's 3-2 win over Mount Rainier, allowing four hits and two earned runs with no walks and five strikeouts. Singled at the plate and finished 1-for-3.
Kaeden Morgan, Auburn Riverside baseball — Junior left-hander shut down Stadium across seven innings (five hits, one earned run) with no walks and five strikeouts in Tuesday's 2-1 win.
Gavin Murphy, Bonney Lake soccer — Junior midfielder notched a hat trick (three goals) in Thursday's 5-0 shutout of South Kitsap.
Mason Pike, Sumner baseball — Senior right-hander went six scoreless in Tuesday's 4-0 win over Emerald Ridge, surrendering four hits and two walks with 12 strikeouts. At the plate, went 1-for-3 with a walk and RBI single in the first inning.
Wyatt Plyler, Sumner baseball — Sophomore right-hander tossed five shutout innings in Tuesday's 9-0 win over South Kitsap, allowing three hits and three walks with nine strikeouts. At the plate, went 3-for-4 with a run in Friday's 2-1 win over Olympia.
Riley Sanoy, Puyallup baseball — Senior outfielder finished a single shy of the cycle with a double, triple and home run in Friday's 9-1 win over Bonney Lake. Finished 3-for-4 with three runs and three RBI.
Dustin Wallace, Franklin Pierce baseball — Senior right-hander completed a five-inning no-hitter in Tuesday's 35-0 win over Foss, walking two with 13 strikeouts. Reached (and scored) five times at the plate, going 2-for-2 with a double, three walks and four RBI.
Drew Wicklander, Sumner baseball — Junior infielder lifted a walk-off sacrifice fly to center field in Friday's 2-1 win over Olympia.
Orlando Young, Federal Way baseball — Senior right-hander threw five innings in Monday's 12-1 win over Kent-Meridian, allowing three hits and one earned run with one walk and 11 strikeouts. At the plate, went 1-for-3 with an RBI double in the third inning.

The founder of Morningstar Inc. and owner of Chicago Fire FC said Tuesday he will personally fund a $650 million stadium to be built at a 62-acre development south of downtown called The 78. Chicago Fire reveal plans for new stadium in Chicago's South Loop
The Chicago Fire have announced plans to build a brand-new stadium. This will be a soccer-specific stadium, in the long-vacant plot of land in the South Sloop, known as "The 78." The team says it will be privately funded. It is estimated that it will house 22,000 fans. Construction will begin as soon as this fall and be finished in time for the 2028 Major League Soccer season.
