Visually impaired voters sue New Hampshire over changes to absentee ballot access

Enter Email Sign Up Under the existing law, a voter who is already registered can fill out an absentee ballot The plaintiffs, who are already registered to vote, contend that people with disabilities are especially likely to rely on absentee voting, and the newly added logistical hurdles in the absentee process will effectively deter those who are blind or have severe vision impairment from participating in the democratic process at all, even after they have successfully registered.
