Once again, Sharvari stepped out with one thing constant in her mind— owning the style game and that too, while staying true to her comfort. The actress was snapped at an event in the midi-dress that felt just right for the occasion. It was equal parts elegant and modern, ensuring she didn't push herself too hard. Excited to know the details? Then let's dive into it!
Keeping her look as elegant as ever, Sharvari took a fresh approach to blending knit and denim. She wore a classy knit and denim midi dress from Sandro Paris, it comes with a retail price of Rs 28,622. It had a round neckline with a subtle V-cut in the center and short sleeves. Against the navy blue backdrop, the ensemble had light blue borders of the neckline, sleeves, and pockets with a golden button at the center.
Giving her look a feminine charm, the outfit had a close-fitting waist with the flaring design at the bottom, ensuring she screams nothing but elegance.
Not compromising with her style and giving equal attention to details, the Munjya actress accessorized it with round stud earrings. Adding just the much-needed glam to not appear overdone, she opted for a cute hairstyle. The Alpha actress let her hair open in the middle partition. In loose, soft waves, her tresses looked gorgeous and smooth.
Now, let's move towards our favorite part of her look. Her makeup was so flawless and radiant, perfect to complement her elegant vibe. The right shade base enhanced Sharvari's skin glow. The shine on her cheekbones was achieved with the blush, soft-toned eyeshadow, curled eyelashes, and glossy lipstick, giving a hydrating finish. The Bunty Aur Babli 2 fame completed her look with the strappy black heels.
The ensemble worn by Sharvari was perfect on its own. With the knit and denim fabric, it can be the perfect summer fit to make an elegant appearance and manage to turn heads instantly. Don't forget to take styling notes!

Karate Kid Legends Day 2 India Box Office: Jackie Chan-Ralph Macchio's martial arts drama sees healthy Saturday rise, nets Rs 1.30 crore

Karate Kid: Legends, the sixth installment in the long-running martial arts franchise, demonstrated some momentum at the Indian box office on day 2, today, collecting Rs 1.30 crore net. This marks a healthy 75 percent jump from its opening day figure of Rs 75 lakh, bringing the two-day total to Rs 2.05 crore net. Though the performance is not poor by any means, the film could have fared better given the strength of the brand and the presence of global icons like Jackie Chan and Ralph Macchio. The film has generated curiosity among long-time fans of both the original franchise and the Cobra Kai series. However, the Indian market has been busy with alternative Hollywood offerings like Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning and Final Destination: Bloodlines. Perhaps, the martial arts genre endeavor should have marketed itself better in the region, especially in metro cities where financially secure audiences often explore diverse theatrical options. Directed by Jonathan Entwistle, Karate Kid: Legends serves as a direct continuation of both the 2010 Karate Kid reboot and the Cobra Kai series. Alongside franchise veterans Chan and Macchio, the film introduces Ben Wang in the lead role, supported by Joshua Jackson, Sadie Stanley, and Ming-Na Wen. The film is also the first in the franchise not produced by Jerry Weintraub, who passed away in 2015. Development on the project began in September 2022, with Entwistle coming on board to direct the Rob Lieber script and screenplay. The casting process ran from late 2023 to early 2024, with principal photography wrapping up by June 2024. The film had its world premiere in Mexico City at Cinépolis Mitikah on May 7, before releasing worldwide on May 30. While early reviews have been mixed, the nostalgia factor and multigenerational appeal are expected to work in the film's favour in the long run. Whether Karate Kid: Legends can press the accelerator soon remains to be seen, both in India and elsewhere. As of now, the film's performance is modest, with room to grow depending on word of mouth and family audience support amid Lilo & Stitch.

Mission Impossible – The Final Reckoning Day 15 India Box Office: Tom Cruise starrer sees weekend boost with Rs 3 crore earnings

Tom Cruise's latest Mission: Impossible film, The Final Reckoning, maintained a steady pace at the Indian box office today. On its 15th day, the film netted an estimated Rs 3 crore, reflecting a sharp 75 percent jump from Friday's figure of Rs 1.75 crore. It was obviously the weekend holiday that drove the film's domestic total to a decent Rs 82.40 crore. The title opened with strong numbers, clocking Rs 15.50 crore on day 1 and Rs 15.75 crore on day 2 before witnessing the expected weekday dip. Sadly, the film could not make a comeback even during its second weekend, during which it earned a collective Rs 14 crore. The start of the third weekend frame, as discussed earlier, isn't groundbreaking either. Here's a day-wise breakdown of The Final Reckoning's India box office collection so far: Day Collection (Rs net) Day 1 Rs 15.50 crore Day 2 Rs 15.75 crore Day 3 Rs 5.75 crore Day 4 Rs 5.50 crore Day 5 Rs 4.00 crore Day 6 Rs 4.00 crore Day 7 Rs 4.00 crore Day 8 Rs 7.00 crore Day 9 Rs 7.00 crore Day 10 Rs 2.50 crore Day 11 Rs 2.50 crore Day 12 Rs 2.15 crore Day 13 Rs 2.00 crore Day 14 Rs 1.75 crore Day 15 Rs 3.00 crore Total Rs 82.40 crore Directed by Christopher McQuarrie, Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning is the eighth installment in the long-running franchise and a direct sequel to Dead Reckoning Part One (2023). The film continues the story of Ethan Hunt, who, along with his IMF team, is tasked with stopping a rogue AI known as the Entity from wreaking global chaos. Boasting a massive estimated budget of USD 300–400 million, the film is one of the most expensive ever made. It stars Cruise alongside Hayley Atwell, Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg, Henry Czerny, and Angela Bassett. The film premiered in Tokyo on May 5 and screened out of competition at Cannes on May 14 before hitting global theaters on May 23. In India, makers decided to launch the sequel a week earlier on May 17, giving more time for audiences to engage with it. However, the move hasn't paid off the way the MI team had hoped. With current trends, it seems Dead Reckoning will continue to hold the crown as the best-performing endeavor of the franchise with its Rs 106 crore net total in the region.

'She had no...': Mumtaz reveals Meena Kumari sold her Mumbai bungalow due to...

Bollywood industry will forever be incomplete without its beautiful diva actresses. Whether it is Madhubala, Mumtaz, Rekha, or Zeenat Aman, Sridevi, all these actresses across generations have given superhit films and also changed the winds in the industry. One among these famous actresses was Meena Kumari. Meena was among the top actresses of her time. Every director wanted to cast her. The legendary actress did some of the iconic movies including Pakeezah, Sahib Bibi Aur Ghulam, Baiju Bawra and more. Meena Kumari shared a very close relationship with actress Mumtaz. Recently, Mumtaz opened up about the rumour of Meena Kumari going bankrupt and that's why she sold her bungalow to her. In 1972, Meena Kumari was a part of producer Saawan Kumar Tak's new project Gomti Ke Kinare. However, during that time, the actress was battling with alcoholism and her health had taken a hit. Because of Meena's deteriorating health, the shoot of the film was extended, giving a financial dent to the producer. In order to help Saawan, Meena decided to sell her Bandra bungalow, and it was bought by none other than Mumtaz. However, as soon as the news went out, people started assuming that Meena Kumari went bankrupt. In an interview with Radio Nasha, Mumtaz shed light on the matter and said, 'There are a lot of misconceptions about this incident.' Explaining what happened, the veteran actress said, 'Saawan Kumar Tak was her good friend. While making the film, the project faced some financial issues. There was a shortage of funds.' Mumtaz was yet to get her remuneration for the film. Mumtaz said, 'During those days, I used to charge Rs 7.5 lakh per film. I was the highest-paid actress. They were yet to pay me about Rs 5 lakh. It was during this time, when an extremely sick Meena Kumari asked, 'Mumtaz, would you mind if I give you my bungalow instead of your due payment?' At first, I hesitated, because it was a home she had built for herself, but she kept saying that she wouldn't be around for much longer due to her illness. I eventually took it.' Mumtaz added, 'All the news which claims she went bankrupt and that is why she sold her bungalow are false. She just knew she doesn't have any family, so she thought she better give away that bungalow to me than leaving it abandoned. I guess that house was quite lucky for me. I did well in my career after moving in.'
