The Sun Wharf will be at 50 Tooley Street in Southwark and is set to open on Tuesday September 2, 2025.
Anyone seeking a scare at London Dungeon would visit the railway arches on Tooley Street from 1974 until 2013 until it moved.
It will be a very sleek looking place to grab a pint, with a curved entryway underneath the arches.
Inside, there's plenty of exposed brickwork and high ceilings.
Along the walls are vintage portraits, which is a classic Wetherspoons calling card.
There's a heavily patterned carpet, but very modern light fittings, tables and chairs and cosy booths as well.
The pub will be open seven days a week from 6.30am to 12.30am every day.
Tooley Street is right outside London Bridge station where there are lots of eateries and places to drink, incluing the famous Borough Market, The Shard, Coal Drop Yard and Hay's Galleria.
50 Tooley Street was the former location of the London Dungeon attraction.

It opened in 1974 and inside you'd find historical waxworks.
Later on, it turned into theatrical shows and events like Fire of London and Jack the Ripper.
Now, London Dungeon is on Westminster Bridge Road and tickets start from £27 per person.
As for Wetherspoons, there's one which fans of the pub need to visit as it's the biggest in the world.
Deputy Travel Editor Kara Godfrey visited the biggest of the chain in Ramsgate which on a sunny day feels more like being in Ibiza.
For more Wetherspoons, here's the award-winning pub that has huge rooftop beer garden is right by the beach.

Celtic hero Neil Lennon spotted singing and dancing to Oasis song at Murrayfield gig The South American new boy previously played for homeland sides Melgar and Binacional and has been capped once for the country's under-23s. He joined the Blades last year and only featured for the U21 side, being named in his first senior squad in April but not appearing. And Caceres wasn't the only player Dunfermline signed yesterday, as they picked up Rangers kid Robbie Fraser on a three-year deal. The full-back impressed on loan at Livingston last season as they got promoted via the playoffs, beating Ross County in the final. The 22-year-old said to the club: 'I'm at a stage in my career where I've come out of that younger phase. I want to get games, I want to show that I'm more than capable of holding my own. "I want to do my absolute best for this football club, I want to get us back to the top league, where they should be.' Meanwhile off the pitch, gaffer Lennon was spotted enjoying himself at Murrayfield as he took in one of Oasis' reunion gigs. The Hoops legend's son, Gallagher, is named after the iconic band's brothers Liam and Noel. Keep up to date with ALL the latest news and transfers at the Scottish Sun football page
