Tributes to 'loving young man' killed in crash
The family of a 19-year-old who died in a motorcycle crash have paid tribute to the "kind, caring, loving young man".
Harvey Nye, from Plymouth, made everyone laugh, the family said in a statement.
Mr Nye died on 14 February at the scene of the collision between his black Yamaha MT-125 motorcycle and a red Manitou telehandler.
An investigation into the crash on the A386 in Roborough near Plymouth is ongoing and police have asked any witnesses to contact them.
Mr Nye's family said he loved his bikes as much as his friends and family.
"He made an impact of laughter on everyone he met," his family said.
"He passed away riding his favourite MT-125cc.
"As a family we are extremely devastated and will never come to terms with what's happened."

Attempted murder arrest after hit-and-run
A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, causing serious injury by dangerous driving and assault following a hit-and-run crash in Surrey. The 37-year-old man from Horley - currently in police custody - was arrested after a silver Mercedes collided with a pedestrian around 17:45 BST on Hornbeam Road in Reigate on 5 June. The pedestrian, a man in his 20s, remains in hospital in a "serious condition", according to Surrey Police. The driver of the car left the scene after the crash, though the vehicle was found by officers later that evening, police said. Surrey Police said they arrested the suspect in London on 8 June. The pair are thought to know each other, the force added. "We understand this was a distressing incident," said Det Insp Gavin Dublin-Cumberbatch, detailing there had been a "significant emergency services presence" on the night of the crash. Coroner to examine emergency service policies
A coroner is to consider the policies of emergency services as part of an inquest into the death of a 39 year-old man. Paramedic John Sutherland and technician Tom Le Sauteur were found guilty of failing to take reasonable care of Frazer Irvine, whose March 2022 death is the subject of an inquest due to start on Tuesday. Speaking at a pre-inquest hearing on Monday, Bridget Dolan KC said the inquiry would look at the broad context and systems in which the police officers and ambulance staff present at Mr Irvine's death were operating. She made it clear the inquest would be "a wholly separate process to the criminal trial". Ms Dolan said it was going to be an Article 2 inquest - a broader type of hearing where there is potential an official or state body is in part responsible for the death. She said the hearing would not challenge the trial's findings but it would address relevant matters that weren't dealt with in the criminal process, or weren't dealt with in sufficient depth. She said the trial never focused on what caused Mr Irvine's death so that would be for the inquest to determine, adding it was unusual for an inquest to happen after criminal proceedings. In setting out the scope of the inquest, Ms Dolan said she would consider whether there were any shortcomings in ambulance and police policies, guidance and procedures that were relevant to Mr Irvine's death. ambulance service to have an external investigation completed. Ms Dolan reassured Mr Irvine's parents, who were present at the hearing, their interests were integral to the process, acknowledging it had been "a long road" for them. The inquest will hear evidence from Mr Sutherland and Mr Le Sauteur, as well as from two police officers present at Mr Irvine's death. It is expected to conclude on Friday. Driver held after man hit by car at McDonald's
A driver has been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent after a man was struck by a car in a McDonald's car park. Police said the 21-year-old suffered a broken leg and will require ongoing medical treatment after being hit by a black Fiat Abarth outside an outlet off Bellfield Street, Ilkeston, Derbyshire shortly after 10:30 BST on Saturday.
