Littler celebrates with the trophy and his girlfriend Faith Millar
Littler, 18, had to recover from another slow start at 5-0 down to reel in The Machine to win the £200,000 jackpot.
The Nuke becomes only the fifth player to achieve the coveted triple of World Championship, Premier League and Matchplay.
Only Phil Taylor, Michael van Gerwen, Gary Anderson and Luke Humphries have achieved it before with The Nuke now the youngest.
Littler also shattered more records with 64 180s, the most ever in the tournament, breaking Adrian Lewis' previous total of 56.

Littler, the youngest-ever Matchplay winner, said: 'It means absolutely everything.
Taylor has won it 16 times but now my name is on the list. I can say that I've completed the triple crown.
'I was 5-0 down once again. I said to myself 'you've been here before'.

'James began to drop off a bit and I started to find my best darts.
'The past week has really shown me as a player. I can come back from 5-0 and 7-3 down.
'Last year I lost in the first round, people might think I'd do the same again.
'Since I won my tour card I said to myself, as long as I win one of every major, I'll be happy. I've only got a few left to tick off.'
Wade came roaring out the blocks to lead 5-0 before the first break. But it was short-lived as Littler turned the tables to real off five legs to level it up.
Wade started tactics to try and slow the game down but Littler led 8-7 at the third break.
Yet again both players seemed to be affected by a whistler in the crowd.
Despite the disruptions, Littler continued to take control and gained some breathing space to lead 14-11 and averaging a whopping 106.
Plucky Wade rallied to trail by just one at 15-14 but Littler soon wrapped it up.

Bruno Guimaraes puts hands around Cristian Romero's THROAT as pair clash during friendly
Tottenham took on Premier League rivals Newcastle in a pre-season friendly in Seoul on Sunday and there were a few dramatic incidents between the two teams including between Cristian Romero and Bruno Guimaraes Bruno Guimaraes and Cristian Romero clashed in Seoul with the Newcastle man putting his hands around the Tottenham star's throat. The two Premier League rivals clashed in Seoul on Sunday as part of their pre-season preparations. And it was a dramatic affair between the two sides, with the game finishing in a 1-1 draw - the goals coming via Brennan Johnson and Harvey Barnes. And there was even more drama before half-time between Brazilian midfielder Guimaraes and Argentine defender Romero. The Newcastle man had managed to evade a wild challenge from the defender just outside of the penalty area. The Brazilian was then shoved to the floor by Romero when trying to make space. Guimaraes reacted angrily to that push as he jumped up and put his hands around Romero's neck. The Brazilian was probably fortunate to escape further punishment but given the pre-season nature of the game, that might explain why. The flashpoint between the pair was not the only incident during the game. The match potentially represents Son Heung-min 's final game for the North London side. He was withdrawn just after the hour mark to great acclaim from supporters within the stadium. Meanwhile, midfielder James Maddison appeared to pick up what was a serious injury and had to be stretchered off of the pitch in the closing stages. Speaking after the game, Spurs boss Thomas Frank said: 'I think sometimes in life and football things can be both beautiful and brutal. That's what we got today. It looks like with Madders a bad injury and then on the other side unbelievable scenes for Son from his team-mates and the respect from the Newcastle players. 'First we had the walkaround and then the team-mates gathered around and he was emotional. In the changing room it was more of the same. "I just said a few things but not much because it's about Sonny and then he said a few things. It was beautiful." Spurs now have just under two weeks left to go until their first Premier League match of the season against newly-promoted Burnley. Before that, they take on Bayern Munich in their final pre-season game. Spurs also take on French giants Paris Saint-Germain in the UEFA Super Cup. Elsewhere, Newcastle take on Aston Villa in their Premier League opener.

He is also accused of sexually assaulting a third woman. Partey – who denies all the charges – was first arrested in July 2022 but not named while continuing to play for the club as investigations were ongoing. The 23-year-old is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates Court on Tuesday, August 5. And now the ex-Premier League star is reportedly on the verge of joining Villarreal, according to The Athletic. He has undergone a medical and is expected to sign a two-year deal with the Spanish club until 2027. Partey is a free agent after his Arsenal deal ended on June 30 and was not renewed. The former Atletico Madrid star was in talks over possibly extending his career in North London but an agreement could not be reached. Boss Mikel Arteta said he was '100 per cent' confident that Arsenal followed the correct processes regarding the club's handling of Partey. Defence Lawyer Jenny Wiltshire said: 'Thomas Partey denies all the charges against him. "He has fully cooperated with the police and CPS throughout their three-year investigation. He now welcomes the opportunity to finally clear his name. "Given that there are now ongoing legal proceedings, my client is unable to comment further' 2 A probe into the defensive midfielder was launched in February 2022 after officers first received a report of rape. The Crown Prosecution Service said the charge came after it "carefully reviewed a comprehensive file of evidence". Partey remained an important part of Arteta's side during 2024-25, accumulating 52 appearances in all competitions. As well as his usual defensive midfield role, Partey started at right-back during the Gunners' defensive woes last season. He scored nine goals and provided seven assists in 167 appearances since joining in 2020.
