The host, 30, looked stunning in the floor-length dress, which put her assets on full display as she brought to an end yet another dramatic season in the villa.
Keeping it cool with an open-toed pair of black high heels, the Love Island host wore her hair down in subtle waves with a smokey makeup look.
The star revealed that she has taken inspiration from the 90s for her wardrobe on this season's Love Island after taking on the presenting role from Laura Whitmore in 2023.
She told The Sunday Times: 'It's a sexy show so we've always fed into that, but this year we've delved into some vintage designer archives, in particular preloved looks from the 1990s - a few Chanel pieces, some 1994 Versace - to elevate it a bit but keep it fun.'
While Maya was keen to show off her red dress on Instagram too, its designer is not currently known.

It is now thought the pair are taking the next step in their relationship as things are getting serious between the couple.
Maya believed to be eyeing up splitting her time between London and Manchester to spend more time with Ruben.

'Being honest and open about what he wants from their future was the secret weapon in securing a future with Maya.
'Maya's work, home and friends are in London so she doesn't want to leave there entirely, but is considering going between there and Manchester.'
Until now, Maya has been busy splitting her time between Mallorca and London as she hosts live from the Love Island villa and presents spin-off chat show Aftersun.

Last-chance display of giant Gromits to be held at Cribbs Causeway
Fans of Wallace & Gromit will be able to see 53 sculptures together before they go up for auction in October. Giant versions of Aardman characters Wallace, Gromit and Feathers McGraw, along with new character Norbot, the smart gnome – have been on display in a trail across Bristol since the end of will all be gathered outside The Mall at Cribbs Causeway from 13 September for two trail, called Gromit Unleashed, raises money for The Grand Appeal, which supports Bristol Children's Hospital by funding research, helping families and paying for life-saving equipment. It ends on 31 August. This is the third Gromit Unleashed trail – the first was unveiled in 2013. The trails have raised more than £20m for The Grand Appeal to date, thanks to auction sales and Masters, director of The Grand Appeal, said: "It's the one and only time to see all 53 large sculptures together before they go off to auction."She told BBC Radio Bristol that 100 Norbot sculptures painted by local pupils will also be displayed before returning to miniature Wallace, Gromit and Feathers McGraw artefacts, currently hidden within Bristol Museum & Art Gallery, will also be on display."People are being incredibly generous when they're out and about on the trail," Ms Masters said."It's for a really serious cause."

'It can take the weight of four, we've checked. It's all about keeping the show fresh and exciting. And that's what we've got.' The producers' desire for a threesome was fulfilled too, with at least one taking place and bombshell Yasmin Pettet, 24, openly suggesting the possibility upon her arrival.
