Tarik Skubal pitched seven shutout innings, Parker Meadows hit a three-run homer, and the Detroit Tigers beat the Baltimore Orioles 4-1 Thursday night. Even if you'd told me that three weeks ago, I still would've said that it would be the Stallions or the Battlehawks. But here we are. And of these last two worthy squads, I'm going to back the Defenders to at least keep it close. Prediction: D.C.
