Two dead in 11-rider British Supersport crash at Oulton Park
Tom Tunstall, 47, was in hospital with significant back and abdominal injuries and a further five riders were taken to the medical centre with minor injuries at the circuit in northern England.
The race was stopped immediately after the chain-reaction crash at the exit to turn one on the opening lap, with the British Superbike championship event then cancelled.
MSV said British rider Jenner was treated trackside initially but died from a catastrophic head injury after being taken to the circuit medical centre.
New Zealander Richardson was also treated trackside and then at the medical centre but died with severe chest injuries prior to arrival at Royal Stoke University Hospital.
MSV said it and the Motorcycle Circuit Racing Control Board were investigating along with the coroner and police. REUTERS

Sheehan is set to be ruled out of his club Leinster's pre-season game with Cardiff and their United Rugby Championship matches against Stormers and Sharks in September and October. He will also miss the game against Munster on October 18 if he fails to successfully complete the coaching intervention. Lynagh had failed a head injury assessment and was unable to continue after an apparent hit from Sheehan's elbow, as the Lions suffered their only loss of the nine-match tour of Australia on Saturday. Sheehan, who had initially denied any foul play, has accepted the suspension given to him by an independent foul play review committee, World Rugby said in a statement. "In determining foul play, the committee found that Sheehan's actions were reckless. The committee found that he made head contact with the Australian player, that his action amounted to a high degree of danger and that no mitigation applied," World Rugby added. REUTERS

Hutchins, 40, played for Britain at the Olympics and Davis Cup and later served as a tournament director. He is currently the ATP Chief Sporting Officer and brings vast experience from his roles in tennis and management. "In recent years, the ITF has built strong momentum across key areas, from digital innovation and the restructuring of our tours to the introduction of a balanced calendar, and the continued growth of wheelchair tennis," ITF President David Haggerty said. "Ross brings the leadership, vision, and experience to the ITF that will help us deliver on our mission for the benefit of players, fans, and nations around the world. "I would like to thank Kelly for his nine years of service and for his assistance with the transition process." As CEO, Hutchins will also lead the growth of the Davis Cup and the Billie Jean King Cup, as well as the ITF's management of tennis and wheelchair tennis at the Olympics and Paralympics and the qualification pathways for both events. Swindon coach Holloway vows to hunt down fan who threw seat at Walsall player
Swindon Town manager Ian Holloway was left seething after a fan reportedly threw a seat at Walsall goalkeeper Myles Roberts in a League Two match, urging the club to identify and reveal the name of the supporter involved in the incident. British media reported that an object was thrown from the crowd towards Roberts in the final minutes of Walsall's 2-1 win over Swindon on Saturday. The object did not hit Roberts but landed near him, with Holloway saying in an interview with club media that it had been part of a stadium seat. "I'm disgusted by whoever that person was. Whoever you are, you're not a Swindon fan. I'm not having you and I hope you get caught. That is absolutely horrific," said the 62-year-old Englishman. "How dare you put our club in the situation that you've just done. You think that's in our name. It's not in my name. It's not in this badge's name. And we don't want you in football. That's how I feel. "So let's find them, whoever it is. Give us a name ... If you've ripped a seat out and you've thrown it at somebody, I just can't stand you, whoever you are. And I will find you. I want us to find that person and shame them." In a statement, Swindon said they were working with Walsall and local authorities to identify those responsible. "Let us be clear: any individuals found to have engaged in such actions will face the strictest possible sanctions, including banning orders and legal action where appropriate," the club added.
