'He had some issues,' Quivers added. 'He announced an illness.'
'He does have issues,' Stern responded. 'But he even said to me, so I'm not saying anything crazy. He said, yeah, you can tell people I'm, you know, I'm not dying. 'I'm sure that made him happy,' Quivers remarked.
'It did. He lit up. 'Cause that's what he's into,' Stern responded.
'But not only that, he knows that classical music is the basis of everything. Yeah. And people, you know, don't appreciate it very much,' Quivers added.

Jonathan Bailey says Wicked sequel is ‘darker' and will ‘go there politically'

Actor Jonathan Bailey has said the Wicked sequel is 'darker' and is 'going to go there politically as well'. The Bridgerton star, 37, plays Prince Fiyero in the films, also starring Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande, which are adapted from the musical of the same name. 'Being slightly off the M1 in Munchkinland, with Ari singing a beautiful mezzo soprano, and then seeing cars pulling up on the hard shoulder trying to record it, and then seeing men in the sky, (which) turned out to be microlights and drones, it was like Independence Day,' he told British GQ. View this post on Instagram A post shared by British GQ (@britishgq) He added: 'I remember having four hours to learn how to do a dance move. I did it with Ari, headbutted her, and was like, 'Gotta go!'. 'I think she might have even headbutted me, but it was a meeting of minds, literally.' Wicked's next instalment will arrive in cinemas in the UK and Ireland from November 21 and will cover the years after Elphaba, played by Erivo, parted ways with her friend Glinda (Grande). Wicked: For Good will also show Elphaba being demonised by those in Oz, and transformed into The Wicked Witch Of The West. The films have been adapted from the musical, which was based on Gregory Maguire's 1995 novel – which was in turn inspired by the story first told in L Frank Baum's 1900 children's novel, later adapted into the 1939 film starring Judy Garland as Dorothy Gale. Bailey said: 'It's darker, and I've got a sense it's going to go there politically as well. 'Fiyero's arc really kicks off and he literally is transformed by the end.' Other stars of Wicked include Malaysian actress Michelle Yeoh as Madame Morrible, and US actor Jeff Goldblum as the Wizard. View this post on Instagram A post shared by British GQ (@britishgq) Both Bailey and Goldblum are part of the Jurassic Park franchise. Goldblum played Dr Ian Malcolm in the original 1993 adventure/sci-fi while Bailey stars as Dr Henry Loomis in Jurassic World: Rebirth, which is yet to be released. 'We'll see how it goes, but there might be a few films down the line where me and him can appear in Jurassic together,' Bailey said. He added: 'Dr Ian Malcolm and Dr Henry Loomis on a night out.' Bailey stars on the cover of the summer Heroes issue of British GQ and will be speaking at the GQ Heroes conference, taking place at Soho Farmhouse, Oxfordshire from July 2 to 4. The Heroes Issue of British GQ is available via digital download and on newsstands on June 10.

Meghan Markle's 'Baby Mama Dance' Video Sparks Debate

Based on facts, either observed and verified firsthand by the reporter, or reported and verified from knowledgeable sources. Newsweek AI is in beta. Translations may contain inaccuracies—please refer to the original content. Meghan Markle doing the "baby mama dance" to try to trigger labor while heavily pregnant with Princess Lilibet sparked both praise and criticism on social media. The Duchess of Sussex marked her daughter's fourth birthday by posting a never-before-seen video of herself dancing in a hospital room to "Baby Mama" by Starrkeisha. The clip quickly went viral and was praised by some, while the Daily Mail, for instance, referred to her as the "Queen of Cringe" in a headline on its homepage. Meghan Markle's Delivery Room Twerking Video Meghan Markle posted the footage on Instagram with the message: "Four years ago today, this also happened. Both of our children were a week past their due when spicy food, all that walking, and acupuncture didn't work - there was only one thing left to do!" Her Instagram reel was viewed around 21.6 million times in almost 24 hours after it was posted. Meghan Markle twerks while heavily pregnant with Princess Lilibet in a hospital room in 2021 alongside Prince Harry, who also dances. Duchess of Sussex/Instagram Harry also wrote about the moment in his book Spare: "We drove calmly, sanely to the hospital, where our bodyguards once again fed us. "This time they brought burgers and fries from In-N-Out. And fajitas from a local Mexican restaurant for Meg. We ate and ate and then did the Baby Mama dance around the hospital room. "Nothing but joy and love in that room. Still, after many hours Meg asked the doctor: 'When?' 'Soon. We're close.'" What Supporters Say Christopher Bouzy, founder of social media analysis company Bot Sentinel, wrote on X (formerly Twitter): "Meghan dropped this video, and the haters and conspiracy theorists are spiraling like they just found out their tinfoil hats don't get Wi-Fi. Y'all crashing out over a pregnant woman dancing is why y'all are not serious people." Derek Guy, a prominent menswear journalist, on X: "Every whiny criticism of Meghan Markle has sounded totally idiotic. don't like something, stop watching. good lord." Dr. Shola Mos-Shogbamimu, on X: "I totally relate with Meghan here! By 40 weeks of pregnancy I was a menace & wanted the babies out! I did everything possible to 'encourage' them out and I mean EVERYTHING! If I told you all the antics I got up to it would make you blush." What Detractors Say Piers Morgan wrote on X: "We're about 2 months away from the sex tape..." Columnist Amanda Platell wrote in the Daily Mail: "Surely this is one of the most sacred and private times in a couple's relationship? What possibly made them think it a good idea to blaze it across social media? "And having set the pattern, how many more such moments do they have stocked away to release in the days and months to come, in a pathetic, desperate bid for attention? "Well, I'm sorry to break this to you but the video just made this couple who purport to be fiercely private a laughing stock across the world. Again." Journalist and broadcaster Camilla Tominey wrote in The Daily Telegraph: "When I was a week overdue with my second child (ironically named Harry), I did sort of go mad. Not Meghan-twerking-in-a-hospital-room crazy, but bonkers nonetheless." "It was undoubtedly the hardest seven days of all three pregnancies—including having to be induced with my third, another daughter," she continued. "So like many mothers, I watched Meghan and Harry's latest Instagram video with a mixture of genuine empathy and gobsmacked astonishment. "On one hand, I understand the sheer lunacy that can accompany being overdue. On the other, I'm not sure even in my wildest moments I would have chosen to 'twerk' my way through it. "I mean, I'm not sure twerking would even feature on the bingo card of 'things you do while in labour': gas and air? Check. Epidural? Check. Lash out at husband? Check. Perform a sexy slut drop, while lip-syncing, to the camera? Probably not, no." Author Oli London wrote on X: "Meghan Markle branded 'cringe' after sharing bizarre dance video throwback with Prince Harry while 9 months pregnant with Lillibet." Robert De Niro makes rare comment about transgender daughter Airyn

Robert De Niro showed continued support for his transgender daughter Airyn, 29, in an interview with Entertainment Tonight on Wednesday. 'As long as they're not hurting themselves, doing anything that's destructive or anything like that, you have to support them. Period,' the actor said. 8 Robert De Niro at the opening dinner of the 78th annual Cannes Film Festival on May 13, 2025. 'I think a big part of [my transition] is also the influence Black women have had on me,' she explained. 'I think stepping into this new identity, while also being more proud of my Blackness, makes me feel closer to them in some way.' Regarding her mom and dad, Airyn said, 'Obviously, no parent is perfect, but I am grateful that both my parents agreed to keep me out of the limelight. They wanted it very private; they have told me they wanted me to have as much of a normal childhood as possible.' 8 Airyn De Niro came out as a transgender woman in April 2025. voiceofairyn/Instagram De Niro's support for Airyn wasn't surprising considering his late father, painter Robert De Niro Sr., lived as an openly gay man after struggling with his sexuality, which reportedly caused the end of his marriage. 8 Robert De Niro at his master class during the 2025 Cannes Film Festival.
