Reeves has been a long-time motorcycle enthusiast and the 'Sonic' star even started his own motorcycle line in 2011, that included a limited-edition sport bike based on a Harley-styled chassis. The actor and his Arch Motorcycle co-founder Gard Hollinger now star in the Roku Channel docuseries, 'Visionaries,' which follows the two as they travel the world to meet with innovators and inspiring creatives (stream the series online through any Roku device).
As for Harley-Davidson, the new CVO Road Glide RR model offers a mix of contemporary styling and performance. The bike's graphics are inspired by the livery created for the 2025 Harley-Davidson Factory Racing Team, with sleek leather trim, a dark carbon fiber weave, Hog Black engine and components, and 'Racing Orange' highlights on the lifter tubes and rocker boxes. The wheels are finished with a subtle red 'CVO RR' logo laser-etched into the rim. Slick and aerodynamic, the bike is paired with a new Screamin' Eagle 131 V-Twin engine for peak torque and horsepower.
The CVO Road Glide RR model also features the debut of a new premium audio system powered by Rockford Fosgate. Officially dubbed the 'Harley-Davidson Audio powered by Rockford Fosgate Stage III' system, the setup includes a pair of three-way, 6.5-inch speakers with up to 250 watts of power. The bike also features a 12.3-inch 'infotainment' screen that allows easy pairing with Apple CarPlay and music apps over WiFi or Bluetooth. The CVO Road Glide RR ships with a wireless headset so you can still hear your tunes and content while you're on the road.
Only 131 units were released for the Harley-Davidson CVO Road Glide RR, with a retail price of $110,000. No word on whether Reeves actually scored one of these bikes for himself but interested customers can get more details on the Harley website.

BBC Studios, Blink Industries Team Up for New Animated Martial Arts Series, ‘Children Vs Battle SuperStars'

BBC Studios Kids & Family is developing a new animated series aimed at 8 to 12-year-olds, in collaboration with Blink Industries. 'Children Vs Battle SuperStars' (working title) will be the first project under a two-year first-look deal between the two companies, which are will share early details about the title with potential clients at this week's Annecy Animation Festival. The 22-episode series follows a martial arts tournament in a fantastical, modern-day world. It focuses on ordinary children facing off against larger-than-life 'Battle SuperStars.' The show's creators, Remus Buznea and Kyriaki Kyriakou (known professionally as Kiki), are known for their work on 'Rick and Morty' bumpers, 'Primal' and the award-winning short 'Dateless.' 'Through a 'tournament' narrative, we wanted to explore the competitive spirit and humorously deconstruct the tropes of the martial arts genre.' Grainne McNamara, VP of development for live action and animation at BBC Studios Kids & Family, described the show as 'comedic and quirky, combining the ordinary with the bizarre.' She added, 'It has the most brilliant characters – from the central trio of friends battling the Super Stars to a mystery fighter which no tournament would be complete without.' Blink Industries, which has won Emmy, Annie and BAFTA awards, will produce the series. Benjamin Lole, Head of Animation and Executive Producer at Blink, praised the creative team behind the project. 'Remus and Kiki's specific brand of humor and standout visual style has created such a unique take on the tournament genre,' said Lole. 'We can't wait to throw our hat in the ring and create something that will compete with anime greats like 'Naruto,' 'Dragon Ball,' and 'Pokémon.'' ‘Days of Our Lives' cast shot funeral for Drake Hogestyn's character while actor was dying of cancer

When life imitates art. While Drake Hogestyn was dying of pancreatic cancer last year, the 'Days of Our Lives' cast and crew filmed his character John Black's funeral as they prepared to also say goodbye to the actor himself. Hogestyn's family, according to Variety, agreed to executive producer Ken Corday's plan for the actor's on-screen send-off. Advertisement 8 Drake Hogestyn in 'Days of Our Lives.' Peacock 'Drake, as the consummate storyteller that he is, said, 'Absolutely. You gotta tell the story,'' Eric Martsoff, who played Hogestyn's son Brady, told the outlet in an interview published Monday. 'Drake knew what he was facing,' Martsoff, 53, continued. 'He understood that this is a story fans would want to be told. So Drake graciously said, 'Yes, let's do it.' But knowing that this man was on the planet, and we were literally taping his funeral and his death, that was hard. It was really hard.' Black's funeral scenes airing this week were shot over three days in September. The following weekend, Hogestyn passed away at age 70. 'There was literally zero acting going on during those three days,' Martsoff said. 'Everyone was holding hands to the point where our hands were getting white.' He later flatlined in a hospital with his wife, Dr. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), close by his side. Black's body was completely covered in gauze to sidestep the fact that the character was no longer being played by Hogestyn. 8 John Black's death scene in 'Days of Our Lives.' Peacock Advertisement Martha Madison, who played Black's daughter, Bella, told Variety the 'Days' team felt a 'responsibility' to honor the character the right way. 'The fact that we were losing Drake at the same time, it was very hard on us emotionally, as we're losing someone we really love,' the 47-year-old actress explained. 'We didn't really have to perform. It wasn't like we were having to dig for anything. It was just all right there.' Madison also noted that shooting Black's funeral scenes was the cast's way of saying goodbye to Hogestyn. 8 The cast of 'Days of Our Lives.' 8 Mary Beth Evans and Drake Hogestyn at the 50th Daytime Emmy Awards in 2023. 'And I thought it was so beautifully written — all of the flashbacks and really honoring his whole 40-year career on that show,' Madison added. 'It was all just very special.' 8 Drake Hogestyn, Deidre Hall in 'Days of Our Lives.' ©NBC/Courtesy Everett Collection Advertisement The show's official Instagram page announced Hogestyn's heartbreaking passing on September 28, just one day before his 71st birthday. 'It's with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Drake Hogestyn,' the statement read. 'He was thrown the curveball of his life when he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, but he faced the challenge with incredible strength and determination.' Hogestyn joined 'Days of Our Lives' in 1986. He appeared on the hit soap opera for 38 years and filmed over 4,200 episodes.

REVIEW: ‘Ballerina,' is a violent dance for revenge

Opinions are the author's alone and not endorsed by 2 NEWS and/or Nexstar Media Group. DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — Given that its a spinoff in the world of the ever-popular John Wick franchise, 'Ballerina' lives up to expectations. That's the review. Rating: R – for reasons obvious to most, but just in case, strong violence and language. Runtime: 2 hours, 4 minutes. Still here? Well, thanks, I'll expound a little bit. If you're a fan of John Wick, then you'll be pleased with this effort here by the spinoff. Ana de Armas is a convincing assassin 'From the World of John Wick,' and the action set pieces structured around her character's revenge tour are well executed. The story and character development are each as thin as a veil, but that's the standard for these movies. John Wick got back into the business after his dog was killed; Eve Macarro (Armas) becomes an assassin to avenge her father. Once the revenge plot is set in motion in these movies, they really move from point A to Z at the speed of a thumping heartbeat. For reference, 'Ballerina' takes place between John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum and John Wick: Chapter 4. Wick does appear in the film (which is revealed in the trailer), and he is as cool as usual. Keanu Reeves can probably play this character in his sleep at this point. To say more on the action pieces, they are elaborate and ever-present. While stuntman/filmmaker Chad Stahelski did not direct 'Ballerina,' the action here gives fans what they're looking for. Personally though, the John Wick movies aren't my thing because of how much violence they contain, combined with bare story elements that make the characters doing the violence harder to care about.
