Piers Morgan's wife, Celia Walden, has launched a scathing criticism of Meghan Markle, calling her "desperate" following the release of an unseen video by the Duchess.
Meghan Markle, 43, delighted supporters recently with the release of an intimate video where she and Prince Harry, 40, are seen celebrating in their Santa Barbara maternity ward as they anticipated the arrival of their daughter, Princess Lilibet. While the footage was met with enthusiasm by many for showcasing Meghan's playful side, not everyone was charmed, including Celia Walden.
Walden, who is married to Piers Morgan, made an appearance on ITV's Lorraine where she joined Ranvir Singh and Reverend Richard Coles to dissect the controversial dance video and express her disapproval of the former Suits star's actions.

"I think we're going to see more and more stuff offered up for public consumption," the broadcaster predicted before stating, "As she gets a bit more desperate to make people like her," only to be interrupted by Ranvir. The host questioned: "Is that what you think it is, rather than they're in that generation of oversharing is a thing everybody does anyway."
Walden doubled down on her stance, saying: "That is true, but I do feel with her, very, very little is not premeditated, I have to say. I'm not sure how much he has to do with the decision-making. I could be being very unfair, perhaps he's fully in charge in that relationship.", reports the Mirror.

Reverend Richard has commented on the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's need to fund a "very lavish life" noting: "The opportunities for earning that kind of money you'd need to keep that show on the road, are few and the pressure then is on if you're going to feed the beast, what's the next tip that you throw."
Reflecting on Meghan and Harry's choice to step down as senior working royals in January 2020 with the aim of achieving financial independence and more privacy, Celia remarked: "There's no judgement, but you can't have both."
While some have criticised the Duchess, Ranvir Singh defended the video shared by Meghan, saying, "I kind of love it because I think it's really funny and warm. It's impressive, isn't it? She's a great dancer – not too sure about Harry."
In celebration of little Lilibet's fourth birthday, the Duchess posted a video captioned: "Four years ago today, this also happened. Both of our children were a week past their due dates... so when spicy food, all that walking, and acupuncture didn't work - there was only one thing left to do!".
The clip showcases the Royal couple dancing to music in the maternity room at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital, following lyrics like "Been pregnant for way too long," with Meghan twerking energetically alongside Harry sporting his classic 'dad moves'.
Meghan proudly showcased her blossoming bump, dancing freely around the room with total abandon. One of the lyrics seemed a sly jab at her detractors, proclaiming: "I'm a baby momma, I can do what I want."

Sue Cleaver reflects on '25 years of laughs' after Coronation Street exit

Eileen Grimshaw had a special send-off during Friday's episode of the soap, where she was seen leaving for Thailand alongside her son Jason Grimshaw, played by Ryan Thomas. Simon Gregson's character Steve McDonald, Tony Maudsley's George Shuttleworth, and Eileen's son Todd, played by Gareth Pierce, all said goodbye to the matriarch before drivers from the local taxi firm honked their horns as she was driven off. In an Instagram post, Cleaver said: 'Well… that's a wrap. 25 years of laughs, tears, costumes, chaos — and one unforgettable journey. A post shared by Sue Cleaver (@officialsuecleaver) 'I'll miss this character like crazy, but what a ride it's been. Thank you for every moment.' Cleaver has played the outspoken and uncomplicated Eileen in the ITV show since 2000. Eileen came to Weatherfield to work at the local taxi firm, Streetcars, to provide for her two tearaway teenage children, Jason and Todd. She soon became friends with her boss Steve and came into conflict with Helen Worth's character Gail Rodwell (also known as Gail Platt). Cleaver took part in I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! in 2022, where she opened up about reconciling with her birth mother, and was eliminated third. She also said her family is 'bizarrely interconnected' to other Coronation Street stars, including Worth who is godmother to one of her half-sisters, while her other half-sister's husband, John Bowe, appeared on the cobbles as Duggie Ferguson. In 2024, she released a book A Work In Progress in which she discusses how she feels she is not past her prime. In recent years she has appeared as a panellist on ITV chat show Loose Women.

Meghan Markle shares video of her, Prince Harry and their kids at Disneyland

Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, continues to share sweet snippets of her family life with husband Prince Harry and their two kids, Archie and Lilibet. In her latest Instagram post, the former Meghan Markle shared a video collage filled with photos of their trip to Disneyland for their daughter's fourth birthday. 'Thank you @disneyland for giving our family two days of pure joy!' Meghan captioned her post Friday. The video, set to Peggy Lee's 'It's a Good Day,' shows Lilbet and Archie meeting Elsa and Anna from 'Frozen.' In all the pictures she included of their little ones, their faces are obscured or covered with a heart. The recap of their trip to the Happiest Place on Earth also includes the family on rides like Tiana's Bayou Adventure, Dumbo the Flying Elephant, Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, the Cars Land ride and many more. There's also a silly photo of Meghan and Harry screaming while on Space Mountain. The two are sitting front row with their mouths wide open — yet appearing like they're having fun. And the festivities continued for the family of four. Meghan also shows Lilibet's 'Little Mermaid' birthday cake, their Mickey and Minnie stuffed dolls, the corn dogs and pickles they munched on during their trip and several other family photos from the park. Among the cutest is one of all four posing together, in which Lilibet is barefoot and in a pink dress with bows. The latest look into Meghan's personal home life comes after she celebrated her daughter's birthday on June 4. The former 'Suits' star shared a number of photos of her little girl from when she was born to their most recent adventures together. There were also snaps of Harry and his 'favorite adventurer' holding hands. 'Happy birthday to our beautiful girl! Four years ago today she came into our lives — and each day is brighter and better because of it. Thanks to all of those sending love and celebrating her special day!' Meghan wrote in her first post. Additionally, she also posted a never-before-seen video of when she was pregnant with Lilibet and dancing with Harry at the hospital in hopes to induce labor. 'Four years ago today, this also happened. Both of our children were a week past their due dates… so when spicy food, all that walking, and acupuncture didn't work — there was only one thing left to do!' she captioned the fun and rare video of them. Meghan returned to Instagram on Jan. 1 after leaving the platform in early 2018 during her highly publicized engagement to Harry. Among her posts include family photos, outings and news about her podcast, Netflix projects and more.
