Homeless Derbyshire woman attacked friend who caught her having sex in her bed
The 24-year-old then went to her family home that she'd been banished from and burnt the internet cables and kicked a gas meter after her sister refused to let her in or hand over money.
Handing her a seven month jail term, suspended for two years, Recorder Helen Malcolm KC said: 'You committed these offences in February and April of this year and certainly in relation to the April offences you were the subject of a suspended sentence order.

"One set of offences was on a friend who had shown you great kindness and you acted in a wholly unacceptable way.'
Georgina Miller, prosecuting said the first set of offences took place in Elmsleigh Drive, Midway, in February this year.
She said the defendant went out and returned home with a man known only as 'Shorty' who she had been drinking with.
The prosecutor said they went upstairs and her friend followed them only to find them having sex. She asked them both to leave.
Miss Miller said: 'Shorty left but the defendant became aggressive, throwing vases and ashtrays around. She then picked up a white box and hit (the victim) over the head with it and bit her arm.'
The prosecutor said after being arrested and bailed, Parker then turned up at her former family home in Brookdale Road, Swadlincote, demanding money from her sister.
She said: 'There had been significant issues which had led her to being kicked out, she demanded the money which her sister refused so she started kicking the front door.
'She then used a lighter to damage the Wifi cable and kicked the gas box. The police arrived and she was sitting on the doorstep having said to her sister 'give me some money or I will set fire to the house'.
'When she was arrested she lashed out and struck a police officer with her arm to the face.'
Parker, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to charges of assault occasioning actual bodily harm, criminal damage and assaulting an emergency worker.
She has 10 previous court appearances for 25 offences, Miss Miller told the court.
David Watts, mitigating, said: "The right place to start is Miss Parker's apology to all involved.
'She is in a much better place now and recognises the harm she caused, expressing her regret. Her friend had provided her with somewhere to live when she became homeless and Miss Parker knows she let her friend down and betrayed her trust.'
As part of the suspended sentence order, the judge ordered Parker to attend 20 rehabilitation sessions with the probation service and a six-month drug rehabilitation requirement.
She also handed her a restraining order not to contact any of the victims or go to their addresses until further order.

He also 'mentioned handling an AR-15 rifle' during the evening, which he held to his head, it autopsy performed on Aug. 5, showed that the gunshot appeared to have been fired from 3 feet away or greater, the affidavit alleges, making it impossible for Christina to have shot herself. Essex council in High Court bid to stop asylum seekers being housed at hotel
An Essex council has applied for an interim High Court injunction in a bid to stop asylum seekers from being housed at a hotel. Documents relating to the Bell Hotel in Epping were lodged with the High Court in London on Tuesday, Epping Forest District Council said in a statement. A series of protests have been held outside the hotel in recent weeks, after an asylum seeker was charged with allegedly attempting to kiss a 14-year-old girl. Hadush Gerberslasie Kebatu, 38, denies sexual assault and is due to stand trial this month. Council leader Chris Whitbread said the use of the hotel as asylum accommodation risks causing 'irreparable harm to the local community'. The council had unanimously voted last month to urge the Government 'to immediately and permanently close' the hotel 'for the purposes of asylum processing'. The Essex Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner, Roger Hirst, had also reportedly called on the Home Secretary to review the use of the hotel for housing asylum seekers. Driver who ran red lights in chase told police: 'Can't prove jack s*** mate'
A driver who ran red lights in a dangerous police pursuit told an arresting officer: "Can't prove jack s*** mate." Philip Beaulieu, 39, was driving a Ford C-Max on Wavertree Avenue in Widnes when he accelerated away from a police car. The incident, which happened at around 2.25pm on July 31, saw Beaulieu travelling far in excess of the speed limit. He also failed to give way at junctions, ran red traffic lights and went onto the opposite side of the road. Police stopped the pursuit due to the dangers of the chase. Checks revealed Beaulieu had an expired provisional driving licence and was not named on the insurance of the vehicle he was seen driving. Officers attended the registered keeper's address and located Beaulieu. Footage released by Cheshire Constabulary showed the moment Beaulieu was arrested by police officers. After being cautioned, he was asked by an officer if he understood what was happening and he initially said no. But more footage taken from inside the police vehicle as he was taken to a police station showed Beaulieu turn aggressive. He told the officer: "Can't prove jack. Can't prove jack s*** mate." He then added: "Your house is getting burned every f***ing day lad." The officer then further arrested Beaulieu on suspicion of threats to cause damage. Beaulieu responded: "Just because you couldn't catch the f***ing car. That's your problem." The officer can be heard to reply: "You didn't get away from me lad." The driver was subsequently charged with both the driving offences and the threats to damage/destroy property. Beaulieu, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to aggravated vehicle taking, dangerous driving, driving with no insurance, driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence and threats to damage/destroy property. Appearing at Warrington Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, August 6, he was sentenced to 12 months in prison. On top of his custodial sentence, Beaulieu was banned from driving for 36 months and is required to pass an extended test before he can get a licence again. Speaking after the sentencing, Cheshire Constabulary PC Holland said: "Beaulieu knew he was in the wrong by driving a vehicle he'd taken without the owner's consent, and without a valid licence or insurance. He chose to put other road users in danger by fleeing from police with no regard for the safety of other members of the public. "But it was to no avail, and he was arrested soon afterwards. Despite Beaulieu denying all responsibility in interview, he changed his plea to guilty when faced with the overwhelming evidence at court; no doubt helped by some thinking time after a long weekend on remand. "Let this be a reminder – if you commit crime on Cheshire's roads, there is nowhere you can hide."
