Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, according to reports, have dismissed four major employees following a sequence of public relations missteps.
It's claimed the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have separated from LA-based deputy press secretary Kyle Boulia and UK press officer Charlie Gipson, both of whom joined their team in April 2024.
Recent weeks have also seen two other members of Harry and Meghan's personal staff reportedly depart. These shifts follow Harry and Meghan's appointment of a new communications team earlier this year, overseen by chief communication officer Meredith Maines, who has confirmed her squad comprises eight people spread across five different time zones.

Adding to their revamped communications armoury, Harry and Meghan have brought on Emily Robinson, the ex-publicity manager for The Crown during its controversial seasons three through six, as their director of communications.
The sixth season of the acclaimed Netflix series included contentious representations, like Prince Harry in Nazi garb, Princess Diana's impactful Panorama interview, and even portrayed Diana in ghostly conversations with Queen Elizabeth II. An insider speaking to Hello!
Magazine hinted at further potential upheavals, saying: "Something tells me there will be another change in the future. Meghan and Harry have hired some of the most incredible people at the top of their fields, yet somehow none of them ever work out.", reports the Mirror.
The couple, who renounced senior Royal duties in 2020 and relocated to California with their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, seem to be navigating choppy staffing waters.
Following alterations within the Sussexes' team, their Chief Communications Officer Meredith shared a statement with The Mirror: "As the Duke and Duchess's business and philanthropic interests grow, I have made the strategic decision to move toward a more traditional communications structure of specialist agency support, as previously reported in Forbes and PR Week several weeks ago. Transitioning from a team of two to an agency support staff of eight, operating across five different time zones, will give international media and stakeholders better access, and critically, faster response times to inquiries."
The Sussexes have recently caused a stir with some of their media appearances, including a controversial BBC interview given by Harry after his appeal against the downgrade of his UK security was rejected. In the interview, Harry alleged that his father, King Charles, is no longer speaking to him due to disagreements over his security arrangements while in the UK.

He also brought up the King's cancer treatment and expressed uncertainty about "how much longer my father has left," which drew criticism for fuelling speculation about the monarch's health.
Meghan Markle delighted fans by sharing a playful video where she's seen twerking with Prince Harry as part of her efforts to induce labour while she was pregnant with Lilibet. In the light-hearted Instagram clip, sprightly Meghan narrates over the minute-long footage saying: "Four years ago today, this also happened. Both of our children were a week past their due dates... so when spicy food, all that walking, and acupuncture didn't work – there was only one thing left to do!".
Moreover, the Duchess has enjoyed success with her Netflix series, 'With Love, Meghan,' which, despite receiving a mix of critiques, proved popular enough to bag a second season on the streaming site. Adding to her ventures, Meghan has introduced her own brand, As Ever, offering a selection of homemade products such as raspberry jam, wildflower honey, herbal teas, flower sprinkles, crepe mix, and shortbread cookie mix.
It was earlier mentioned that Meghan was poised to attend a charity gala in Los Angeles; however, the event is no longer going forward due to the unrest in the city. She was to be the guest of honour at the Museum of Natural History in LA, where she planned to speak about her extensive charitable activities.
Amidst the ongoing protests in LA, with demonstrators clashing with ICE officers, the prestigious Night of Wonder event has been put on hold. Dr. Lori Bettison-Varga, President and Director of the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles, commented: "As an institution 'of, for, and with Los Angeles,' our responsibility during challenging times is clear: to serve as a community resource focused on healing and unity, not celebration.
"Los Angeles needs us to channel our energy toward supporting our neighbours and demonstrating the values that make our city and county strong," she added. The museum's Board of Trustees, leadership, and event partners collectively decided to indefinitely postpone the event, agreeing that it was "the appropriate response to current community circumstances."
Paul Bessire, the museum's Chief Advancement Officer, remarked: "We will find a future moment to celebrate our work. Until then, we will channel our energy towards being welcoming spaces for learning and discovery for everyone who walks through our doors."
The museum plans to reschedule the Night of Wonder for a future date and will maintain its regular operations and educational activities in the meantime.

Harry Redknapp 'drives Sandra mad' as he refuses to retire after health ordeal
Soccer Aid 2025 coach Harry Redknapp has opened up about his and wife Sandra's health struggles, as well as his reluctance to retire from the world of showbiz Harry Redknapp has candidly confessed that he "finds it hard to say no to things" and isn't ready to hang up his boots just yet, even as the ex-Tottenham boss nears his 80th birthday. In a revealing chat from 2023, the now-78-year-old shared that since ending his football management career in 2017, he's been non-stop, even entering the I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! jungle and emerging victorious the following year. Harry, who is gearing up to coach the England team for Soccer Aid on Sunday, admitted that his hesitation to reduce his frequent television appearances, which includes projects with his son, former professional footballer Jamie Redknapp, is something that sends his wife Sandra round the bend. Speaking to Saga Magazine about whether he's put his feet up for good, Harry declared: "Not a chance. I can't. I find it hard to say no to things – it drives Sandra mad." He reminisced about his TV gigs, saying: "Recently, I've done Harry's Heroes for ITV, managed in Soccer Aid and last year Jamie and I filmed Jamie and Harry's World Cup Challenge [for Sky Max]. What a laugh that was." Harry also touched upon the health battles he and Sandra have faced, telling the magazine: "I've had a kidney cancer scare and a stent fitted into my heart, and Sandra's had ovarian cancer and really suffered with her throat after damaging her vocal cords." He recalled how Sandra's sepsis scare in 2018 nearly prevented him from jetting off to Australia for I'm A Celebrity, leaving him deeply concerned about potentially losing his beloved wife. Harry reminisced: "I was terrified I was going to lose her and I nearly didn't get on the plane. "But she wasn't having it – she wanted me to go. I'll never forget the moment she came into camp to see me. It was the first time she'd seen me cry." ITV audiences were utterly enchanted by Harry and Sandra's romance, shedding tears themselves during their emotional reunion in the jungle, which preceded Harry being named King of the Jungle. In recent news, Harry expressed his thrill at returning to Soccer Aid tonight, where he will witness England take on the World XI team to support Unicef's fundraising efforts. Joining him as part of the England coaching team are football icon Wayne Rooney, heavyweight boxer Tyson Fury, 'Line of Duty' star Vicky McClure, and goalkeeping hero David James, while a mix of ex-pros and stars lace up their boots for the big game.

I know the exact moment Prince Harry had second thoughts about how he's treated the King & why he looks so sad, says pro
PRINCE Harry had an exact moment of having 'second thoughts' about how he's treated his cancer-stricken father King Charles, according to royal experts. The Duke of Sussex, 40, has had a rollercoaster few years since ditching royal duties and relocating to California with Meghan Markle, 43. 6 Tensions have been running high between Prince Harry and his family in recent years Credit: Getty 6 The Duke of Sussex stepped down as a senior royal in 2020 and relocated to California with Meghan Markle Credit: Mega 6 Prince Harry gave an exclusive interview with the BBC's Nada Tawfik near his home in Santa Barbara, California following his security court case defeat in May Credit: BBC After criticising his family in his bombshell Spare memoir and Netflix documentary, experts have claimed things came to a head following his court case. Speaking on The Sun's Royal Exclusive show, legendary royal photographer Arthur Edwards claimed: 'He's probably just still feeding the chickens. 'I don't know what he does every day. He probably takes the kids to the park and stuff like that. 'But he doesn't seem to be having a real role now.' Arthur claimed that Prince Harry may have had a moment of second guessing his decisions in his bombshell BBC interview he did in May following losing his security court case. The royal photographer said: 'He looked so sad in that, and so really down and not upbeat like he was normally. 'I feel somehow he's having probably second thoughts. Maybe this is not such a great idea.' Royal Correspondent Bronte Coy agreed on the show, and shared: 'I thought the same. That was only a month ago. 'For better or worse, Meghan's forging ahead with her path. But seeing Harry look exactly as you say, looking so defeated. 'But from that interview and the things he was saying, it just appears he seems quite stuck.' I've seen signs of how stressed Prince Harry is recently - he's killed any chance of reconciliation with King ITV's Royal Editor Chris Ship argued that if Prince Harry does want to reconcile with his father, as he stated in the BBC chat, the video was 'exactly the thing not to do.' He explained: 'Because now, you know, they can't share anything private with him because they're worried it will just end up in the public realm.' Arthur stated that if Prince Harry had said 'sorry Pop, I do want to see you', it 'might have had a difference.' However, the royal photographer did say that his BBC plea was 'coming from his heart.' He added: 'I thought he looked so sad, you know, so sad. 'Maybe because he'd just lost half a million, one and a half million quid, maybe that's what made him sad.' 6 Royal experts have questioned Prince Harry's role after stepping down as a royal Credit: meghan / Instagram HARRY'S BOMBSHELL CHAT The Royal gave an extraordinary interview after losing his appeal against the decision to remove his taxpayer-funded security. A tragic revelation in the bombshell interview was when Prince Harry revealed that his father, King Charles, won't speak to him. Harry said when making the emotional admission: "He won't speak to me because of this security stuff." 6 , BBC NEWS Prince Harry speaks to BBC News Credit: BBC Harry and William are also said to be barely on speaking terms. William was reportedly 'blindsided' by Harry's decision to ditch his duties to live in his Montecito mansion with Meghan and the pair have yet to make amends. Another blow to the Royal relationships struck when Harry released his memoir Spare in 2023. Harry didn't hold back in the controversial book which caused a deeper chasm between him and his brother. In the bombshell memoir, he detailed Megxit and how the Royal family brand Meghan "difficult" and "rude." He slammed Queen Camilla as a villain and was highly criticised for outing his family for cash. 6 Prince Harry and his family in happier times in 2014 Credit: Getty "There have been so many disagreements, differences between me and some of my family," he added. "This current situation - ongoing for 5 years - is the sticking point. "Of course some members of my family will never forgive me for writing the book, for lots of things." He says the future of him, his family, and their relationship with the UK will depend on King Charles. Keen for the family to make up, the Duke says whether a reconciliation is on the cards will ultimately be up to his father, saying: "It's in his hands." He added: "I have no idea how much longer my father has - he is no longer speaking to me - but it would be nice to reconcile. "It would be nice to have that reconciliation part now. If they don't want that, that's entirely up to them."

Crime thriller fan shares seven TV series people 'need' to watch now
One streaming fan has shared seven gripping TV crime thrillers that are a must watch for all fans of the genre - and they are all on Netflix and Disney Plus Fed up with endlessly scrolling through Netflix and Disney Plus only to find yourself indecisive about what to watch next? It can become a tedious task to choose your next binge-worthy series, but it helps when other people share their recommendations. Should you be on the prowl for some riveting new crime thrillers for your watchlist, you're in luck. A TV fan has uncovered seven series they think fellow crime thriller fans 'need to watch'. And some of them are the 'best' people have seen. Fi, a content creator from Manchester, through her @apartmentintheclouds TikTok account, has shared her top seven recommendations. She started with The Lincoln Lawyer from Netflix, an outstanding US legal drama adapted from Michael Connelly's books. The plot weaves around defence solicitor Mickey Haller, essayed by Manuel Garca-Rulfo, who operates his practice from the backseat of his Lincoln Town Car covering Los Angeles. Fi gushed: "Absolutely loved this show! Great cast and good story lines." Fi also suggested trying Under the Bridge, a hard-hitting crime drama inspired by Rebecca Godfrey's 2005 book on a harrowing true story. The series tackles the mystery of 14-year-old Reena Virk who disappeared post attending a party in 1997. The show, which is streaming on Disney Plus, delves into the secret world of the young girls who were accused of the murder. Fi said: "Based on a true event, acting 10/10, quite serious." Castle, available to stream on Disney Plus, is a crime series about charismatic novelist Rick Castle (played by Nathan Fillion) who joins forces with NYPD detective Kate Beckett (portrayed by Stana Katic) to crack murder cases. Together, they navigate a realm of homicide with growing camaraderie. Fi enthused: "Such a good show, loads of seasons, light-hearted at times, if you like police mystery drama you'll love this!". Scandal, which is available on Disney Plus, follows Olivia Pope, a former media consultant to the president. She opens her own crisis-management firm after leaving the White House. On her first day she has to deal with an accusation against the president. Fi said: "I am OBSESSED with this show, seen it so many times. If you like political drama murder mystery, definitely watch this!" The People v OJ Simpson: American Crime story revolves around the OJ Simpson murder trial, including the legal teams' battle to convict or acquit the American football legend. The drama series is based on the book The Run Of His Life: The People v. O.J. Simpson by Jeffrey Toobin, which looks at the behind-the-scenes dealings of both sides of the case, which he was found not guilty of in 1995. It stars Cuba Gooding Jr as OJ Simpson, John Travolta as defence attorney Robert Shapiro, David Schwimmer as defence attorney Robert Kardashian, Sarah Paulson as prosecutor Marcia Clark and Courtney B Vance as Johnnie Cochran. Fi said: "Based on true events, really enjoyed this!" How to Get Away with Murder on Disney Plus stars Viola Davis as Professor Annalise Keating, who gets entangled with four law students from her class. They get involved in a complex murder plot. Fi said: "LOVE this show. Viola Davis is incredible, great murder mystery, have watched this so many times!" Lastly, Fi recommended Dexter, which follows Dexter Morgan, a forensics expert who leads a secret life as a serial killer who only targets murderers. About the show, which is streaming on Netflix, Fi said: "A classic, creepy, weird, lots of drama. Always a 10/10 for me."
