Pets have a funny way of getting attached to the most unexpected things. Our dog, for example, has a toy that's completely fallen apart, but she still loves it almost as much as she loves us! For this Golden Retriever named Bailey, her favorite thing right now is an old hubcap she found while out on a walk. Weird? Yes. But she loves it!
Bailey's dad recently shared a hilarious video of her proudly carrying around what he calls her 'emotional support hubcap.' And he wasn't exaggerating when he said that she takes it everywhere! As you'll see in the video, Bailey looks absolutely thrilled with her unusual prize, trotting around with the old hubcap clutched happily in her mouth.
Not only does Bailey look happy, but she also looks proud of her treasure!Funny Reactions to Bailey's Emotional Support Hubcap
Viewers left more than 1,200 comments about the Golden's unusual emotional support item, and some of them cracked us up. Like @Dave who joked, "Jesus take the wheel. Bailey take the hubcap." @Joseph's comment also made us laugh, Imagine the police report. 'No officer I swear a Golden was running down the street with it!' @CanineCapers pointed out, "If that was my hubcap and I saw this, there's no way I would be mad."
Another commenter shared, "A stick just would have been too average to suit her style." @Ally & Jesus made us LOL when they said, "Bailey's brain: 'They see me rollin, they hatin'."
@kait joked, "Shameful. Absolutely shameful. This is how addiction starts. Next thing you know she'll be placing cars on concrete blocks and stealing the entire tire." @gabegabe added, "Heaven forbid a girl is a collector..." @James agreed, "This is really dangerous because she might become a collector and it's an expensive hobby." @exzachtlyhere deadpanned, "BarkBox would never throw in an emotional support hubcap."
Commenter @michelle shared, "Sorry to the owner who went back for their hubcap and didn't find it! LOL! I don't know if I've ever seen a puppy so proud of finding something!" @em added, "She said, 'Dis mine now.' LOL!"
We wonder how long she'll be attached to her hubcap. It has to get heavy carrying that thing all over the place!

'KPop Demon Hunters' sing-along event races toward selling out as it hits 1,700 screens

"KPop Demon Hunters," the runaway Netflix hit of the summer, is making the rare jump from streaming to theaters. The film follows three animated K-pop stars as they perform synthy earworms and hide their true demon-slayer identities from fans, and has become the streaming giant's second most-watched movie of all time. To celebrate, Netflix is offering up the film for theatrical viewing during a two-day sing-along event Aug. 23-24. "Demon Hunters" will appear on approximately 1,700 screens across the U.S. and Canada, with over 1,000 of the shows already sold out. Cinemark, among the movie houses offering the screenings, still has seats available, but confirmed that some of their showings were "very full." Grounding the film's success is a growing fascination with the K-pop (Korean pop) genre. As streaming services like Spotify hack the artificial barriers separating one culture's hits from another's, American music fans are growing increasingly eager to dabble in international fare. K-pop, which claims a large and loyal fanbase in the U.S., slots into a burgeoning trend alongside genres like Reggaeton and Afrobeats. "Demon Hunters" creates a fictional girl group not unlike Blackpink, the multi-member hit-making machine that helped fuel America's K-pop fever. As they work to hunt demons, they're pitted against a similarly popular boy group, not unlike BTS, or the other synchronized dancing collectives that are a hallmark of the genre. The cast includes stars like Ken Jeong and Daniel Dae Kim, and the music, a success in its own right, has been steadily climbing up the charts as the film hops borders. Earlier this month, "Golden," performed by the cast, hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. For a film industry hungry for a new formula for success, "Demon Hunters" may offer a telling clue to what viewers are searching for − whether from their AMC recliner, or the one in their living room.

Filmmakers claim late ‘Superman' actor Christopher Reeve would have opposed Donald Trump

Late 'Superman' star Christopher Reeve would have spoken out against President Donald Trump if he were alive today, according to the filmmakers behind his documentary. 'Super/Man: The Christopher Reeve Story' directors Peter Ettedgui and Ian Bonhôte spoke to The Hollywood Reporter on Tuesday about the actor's activist work, particularly for disability rights, after his tragic horse-riding accident that left him paralyzed from the neck down. Ettedgui pointed out that even prior to his accident, Reeve spoke on behalf of other issues, such as artistic expression and housing. 'There was a certain property developer in New York who wanted to develop a horrific modern-town plan, and Reeve led the objections to it,' Ettedgui said to The Hollywood Reporter. 'The property developer was, of course, Donald Trump.' The filmmakers added that actor Jeff Daniels, who worked with Reeve on Broadway in 1980, told them Reeve would have gone so far as to run against Trump. 'But he wouldn't have entered it for his own gain,' Bonhôte said. 'The way he was engaged with people was not just for alliance and power; he saw that things could be changed for the better for the American people.' 4 'Super/Man: The Christopher Reeve Story' directors Peter Ettedgui and Ian Bonhôte said that actor Jeff Daniels, who worked with Christopher Reeve on Broadway in 1980, told them Reeve would have to run against Trump. Shop fisherman core: French coastal ease with a touch of Nora Ephron charm

The quiet return of fisherman core feels less like a trend and more like a seasonal memory resurfacing. Think French coastal aesthetic paired with the charming style of Nora Ephron's main characters. Who can forget Harry Burns in When Harry Met Sally, tucked into a fisherman sweater that looked as if it had lived several lives before landing on his shoulders? Chunky, cozy, and a little oversized, it wasn't about fashion so much as feeling at home in your own skin. Advertisement Ephron's wardrobes were layered in ways that now feel strikingly current. What we call shackets today were once just thick button-ups — the kind Tom Hanks wore in You've Got Mail with an everyman charm. Add in a touch of French nostalgia with striped tees and boat shoes, and suddenly you're ready for a day on the yacht you may or may not own. Keep people guessing; it's more fun that way. Free People is leaning in with seagulls and stripes, while Ralph Lauren revives the yachting-club polish of an old-English gentleman reimagined for American shores. And in true fashion-cycle form, the cozy has come back around. As Owen Thiele recalled on the Therapuss podcast: 'Two, three years ago, Emma Chamberlain, who we love dearly, said, 'Boat shoes will come back.' And then all of a sudden, three years later, literally on the dot, I'm wearing them.' Just as Chamberlain predicted, some styles have a way of finding us again, not because they're trendy, but because they are as classic as Nora Ephron herself, a woman who will never go out of style. So whether you're following your favorite influencer or simply drawn to the classics, this is one look you can't get wrong. Free People These We The Free pinafore-inspired overalls feature a slim bodice and barrel-leg fit that give off that fresh-out-of-the-ocean catch vibe we all love, with oversized pockets, adjustable buckle straps, and multiple shades to choose from. Buck Mason Looking for high-quality stripes that last season after season? Buck Mason is our go-to classic styles worth investing in that never go out of style. We love this jacket for its water-resistant waxed cotton, fully lined interior, and cozy handwarmer pockets, plus, it's inspired by a vintage hunting jacket discovered in a hidden Parisian shop. Sperry Boat Shoes Available in sizes 5–11 and six shades, the Authentic Original 2-Eye Boat Shoe, a collaboration between Sperry and Aritzia, reinvents the timeless leather top-sider with three lace options and a 360 Lacing system for a modern, coastal-prep twist. Anthropologie Put a spin on the traditional sweater vest with a loose fitting cable knit. Perfect for a summer to fall transition. Amazon This oversized cable-knit sweater is available in 16 different shades and comes in exclusive sizing from extra small to XXL. The cable-knit pattern gives it a preppy edge that feels straight out of a New England fall catalog, while the oversized cut makes it casual enough for everyday wear. L.L. Bean Sure, this is made for a man, but we have found this to be on trend for women who want to roll up the sleeves and lean into an oversized fisherman cable sweater for warmth and ultimate coziness. Anthropologie The Colette Pant, so beloved that it inspired its own collection, features a wide-leg silhouette, high-rise fit, and front and back patch pockets. It's a comfortable cotton-lyocell blend that can go from Google tabs to bar tabs. Bring back nostaliga with these top-rated jelly slip-ons buckle for a secure fit and come in multiple shades.
