A serving tray that'll look divine hanging out on your kitchen island — use it to carry a fabulous breakfast over to your couch or to display a cute lil' plant, a fruit bowl, etc, without sacrificing your counters.
Mirrored cat-eye sunglasses reviewers are actually obsessed with. (They have over 12,000 5-star ratings!) They're reminiscent of styles designed by Dior but so inexpensive you won't need to cry out "NOOOOOOOOOO!" if you accidentally sit on them. 😅
A darling heart-shaped Paris Hilton cast-iron Dutch oven you can leave out on display in your Barbie-esque kitchen, obviously, and also utilize for whipping up delicious recipes. It'll have you saying "Le Who-set?" whenever someone asks if it's from another, pricier brand.
A glass mushroom lamp because scattered lighting/creating a mood is very much having a moment right now. Don't break the bank on one Urban Outfitters and West Elm when you might just change your mind about it when trends shift again! This one is lovely, unique, and comes in a bunch of colors that'll go with your space.
A set of stoneware bowls that are so lovely and well made they could easily be mistaken for a West Elm item — their depth makes them perfect for everything from salad to cereal *and* they're dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning.
An elegant set of square wineglasses you'll want to raise a toast to because they're just that lovely. They have a shocking resemblance to the ones you've likely been eyeing from Crate & Barrel but haven't wanted to commit to. These will certainly do the trick and garner you tons of compliments the next time you host a girls' night.
A glass pour-over coffee maker to not only help you make a rich at-home coffee (instead of venturing daily to your overpriced coffee shop of choice) but will look SO gorgeous on your counter. Don't pretend you don't typically have the urge to take an Instagram pic of your freshly made coffee — this will look beautiful in the background.
Plus an electric kettle that'll heat up faster than you can have the thought "I could go for a cup of coffee right now." It's so chic you likely won't be able to resist keeping it out on display all the time. (I mean, look at it! It's a minimalist's dream come true!) It's the ideal tool for making pour-over beverages all the live long day. Bottoms up!
And a coffee syrup dispenser set complete with premade flavor labels to help you transform that little space next to your coffee machine into one that looks just like the picture-perfect coffee shop you often daydream about quitting your corporate job to work for as a barista. Best keep working on that latte art!
A set of rustic-style ceramic ramekins if you're hoping to channel your inner–Pioneer Woman the next time you serve your family an easy recipe like baked mac 'n' cheese. Simple meal? Yep. But will it feel cozier than eating it out of a standard bowl? Absolutely!
Faux peonies for anyone who has claimed them as their favorite flower since Blair Waldorf said they were hers (guilty). These will remain just as beautiful as the day you buy 'em because, duh, they're fake!
Plus, an eye-catching glass bag vase that'll give your designer one a run for its money. This beauty will help you *accessorize* any home space, whether you decide to fill it with florals or turn it into an aquarium!!!
A cozy textured checkered duvet cover to give your bedroom the spring makeover it deserves. Not to mention, you *also* deserve a super soft and comfortable place to rest your bones after a long day.
Cremo White Jasmine Amber Skin Moisturizing Body Wash inspired by the fancy (and not quite as affordable) Baccarat Rouge 540 perfume — body wash is filled with scents of white jasmine, red currant, and sweet amber and will make every shower feel like a luxury.
Dossier's "Ambery Vanilla" perfume for anyone who tried the sample size of YSL's Black Opium and fell in love with it but simply doesn't have $95 to spend on smelling lovely. Luckily for you, this one is super similar and will leave you with enough money left to *also* treat yourself to lunch.
Nooni appleberry lip oil you'll likely need to order double of because once your sister catches wind of how good it looks on your lips, she's definitely going to try and steal it out of your purse. It'll leave a slight color and gloss on your pout while also working overtime to moisturize and strengthen it at the same time.
Sol de Janeiro Cheirosa 59 Hair & Body Perfume Mist, designed to channel the brand's ever-popular Cheirosa 62 but with a more woodsy vibe that's perhaps more fitting to YOUR preference. It has delectable notes of sandalwood and vanilla orchid — so good you'll want to bask in your own scent all day.
A gold-plated station necklace from affordable (and fabulous) jewelry brand Pavoi, whose sole mission seems to be finding a way to glam up all of our looks without having to gobble up all of our dollars.
And a dazzling tennis bracelet from the same brand no one would guess cost you less than twenty bucks! It's 14-karat gold plated, has a reliable clasp, and will add the perfect amount of sparkle to your daily stack.
A layered necklace set reviewers have praised for not tarnishing *or* turning their skin green (no offense, Elphaba) which is unheard of at this price point! It'll make curating a cool style easier than ever (since it's a set, duh) but they each also be worn separately with necklaces you already have and love.
Stylish chunky teardrop earrings that are a dead ringer for the Bottega Veneta ones, but you'll still be able to afford to treat yourself to an iced coffee after snagging them. They're gold-plated (sweeeet), lightweight, and reviewers have said they don't affect their sensitive ears.
A plated, jewel-embedded ring with Cartier love ring vibes, so you can enjoy the same style without shelling out thousands of dollars. This take on the classic accessory even has a bit of extra razzle-dazzle to it the original simply doesn't!
Faux leather slip-ons with Hermès vibes (ooh, la la) because you deserve to feel fancy-schmancy without dumping your entire savings into a shoe purchase. The H-shape is timeless and will pair beautifully with all of your go-to summer looks, I promise.
Heeled mule sandals with braided straps that are quite similar to the popular Dolce Vita pair (but for waaaaaay less). Just think of how stunning they'll look with all your lil' spring numbers and how great your wallet will feel when it's not empty from spending all your money on shoes. 😉
Or chic braided slides if you like the heels mentioned above but know you need to prioritize comfort when it comes to your footwear — you'll want to prance around in these the moment the sun starts shining again (get outta here already, spring showers!)
Some slip-on platform wedges in case you're hoping to literally elevate your style, starting with your spring/summer shoes. Chunky espadrille sandals are exactly what you need to kickstart your warm-weather fashion overhaul — they're so comfortable one reviewer even boasted about being able to limbo in them 😅.
A 2-in-1 hair bun maker to help you craft a fabulous, flawless updo with minimal effort — perfect for anyone who tends to let their hair air dry (it works best when done on damp hair). Your new go-to look is about to be unBUNlievable!
A mini journal embroidered with your birth flower, so gorgeous it'll make you want to pick up a pen and fill the pages with all of your deepest, darkest secrets. Fingers crossed no one comes snooping through it when you're not looking!
Stained glass-like window film for anyone with one of those tiny bathroom windows who is just begging for a lil' revamp. This will be so easy to incorporate into your home and, now that the sun has finally returned, will breathe new life into your space.
Clover-shaped cabinet knobs with Van Cleef vibes (if you know you know) that'll add some glitz and glam to any piece of furniture with drawers.
A faux snakeskin laptop tote bag that'll slither right into your shopping cart and your heart. It'll make you appear put together even on the mornings when you're running late, toss your laptop and phone into it, and dash out the door. It's a no-brainer for anyone who loves the Béis version but knows that would just get beat up from lugging it around various coffee shops or to the office.
A pair of butterluxe faux matte leather leggings you'll likely send around to every single one of your friends to buy, too — they're high-waisted (the only way to go, IMO), comfortable, have an added element of style regular ol' leggings simply lack and reviewers keep praising them for being better than the Spanx version.
A TikTok-famous maxi dress reviewers say fit similarly to the popular Skims dress. It's the basic maxi bodycon number you've been on the hunt for — and it's saying "Honey, I'm home!)
And a ruffled dress that'll make you want to crank up Taylor Swift's "Shake It Off" and have yourself a twirly dance partaaaaay! It's what you deserve after getting through a dreary winter *and* then April showers.

Doctor gets to the 'meat' of a long and healthy life
Dr. Gabrielle Lyon is on a mission to bring attention to the importance of strength. The "health of skeletal muscle" is the "focal point" of health and wellness, Dr. Lyon said during an exclusive interview with Fox News Digital. Dr. Lyon is a board-certified physician and bestselling author of "Forever Strong," and she promotes the importance of a high-protein diet and resistance training through social media and on her podcast, "The Dr. Gabrielle Lyon Show." Dr. Lyon is a fellowship-trained physician, and did additional education on nutrition when she completed a post-doc at Washington University in Saint Louis, "a combined nutritional science with geriatric training." Doctor Rejects Vanity Fair's Protein-maga Connection, Saying Health 'Doesn't Have A Political Belief' Dr. Lyon explained that she was frustrated with the misinformation online, especially around protein, which sparked her mission. "I opened up my Instagram and there were individuals talking about how red meat was causing cancer and killing the planet. And as someone who has studied protein metabolism for years and also worked as a physician at the bedside of individuals and in nursing homes, I knew that the message that they were giving was... It's a matter of life or death." Read On The Fox News App As a result, she felt a "responsibility" to start her medical podcast, "The Dr. Gabrielle Lyon Show," where she discusses a variety of health topics with experts. "My desire is to have transparent conversations with world-class experts. Who are actually doing the job of moving the science. They are not influencers. They are qualified professionals and that's what we need to hear more of," Dr. Lyon said. Dr. Lyon argued that there is a "global mistrust" of healthcare providers and science, and she hopes to improve that through the conversations she has on her podcast. "We have to bring it back to the science," Dr. Lyon said of the importance of having experts on her show. "Here are a lot of good scientists and there is a lot of good science. People just have to learn how to integrate that and understand it." Protein-packed American-grown Rice Alternative Has Twice The Amount As Quinoa Dr. Lyon believes strength is the key to longevity. "If you want to live long, be strong. If you want to die early, plan on being weak," she said. Dr. Lyon describes muscle as "the organ of longevity," and to maintain muscle, it must be trained through resistance training. "We don't have an obesity problem. What we really have is a muscle problem," Dr. Lyon claimed. Additionally, she said that muscle is not a luxury but rather a responsibility, and concluded that the way we age is "up to us." How to improve your chances of living to 100? The secret is being strong, according to Dr. Lyon. "Weakness kills," she said. "Both physical and mental weakness." Dr. Lyon will be on Fox & Friends on Tuesday at 6:50 am article source: Doctor gets to the 'meat' of a long and healthy life

Vanessa Kirby is pregnant with her first child
Vanessa Kirby is pregnant. The 38-year-old actress revealed that she is expecting her first child as she showed off a baby bump during a photocall for her new movie 'The Fantastic Four: First Steps' at the Comic Con Experience Mexico on Saturday (31.05.25). Vanessa is said to have got engaged to her partner Paul Rabil last December after he popped the question after two years of dating, according to the New York Post's Page Six column. The pair were first spotted together in New York City in October 2022 and made their romance Instagram official the following year. Paul, the President of the Premier Lacrosse League, captioned a carousel of Instagram images: "from the very minute we first met in des moines, around the world and back, life is far better, more purposeful and more beautiful with you (sic)' Before finding love with Paul, Vanessa dated actor Callum Turner for four years but revealed that she chose to keep the relationship private as people weren't interested in the details. 'The Crown' actress said in 2018: "I keep my relationship super private. "He is just completely wonderful and he's my best friend, so that's ... I guess you can either choose to talk about it or not. If you talk about it, it becomes interesting to people, but if you don't, then it's not." Vanessa portrayed Princess Margaret in the first two seasons of the Netflix drama about the British royal family but feared that she was "finished" after playing a part that seemed over-the-top in comparison to Claire Foy's Queen Elizabeth. She told The Times newspaper: "Claire is the master of subtlety and I'd be sitting across from her in those scenes with tears coming out, smoking cigarettes, my nose running and I'm shouting in her face. "And I remember thinking, 'Oh my God. This could be the most pantomime thing I've ever done. I'm going to be finished after this.'" However, she has since embarked on a career in blockbuster movies - such as 'Mission: Impossible - Fallout' - and explained that she is drawn to playing "strange" characters. Kirby said: "Strange. That's the biggest compliment you could give me: strange. I just love playing strange; the stranger the better.'
