Celebrity marriages are hard — Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce better be careful
Traylor hit by love tornado
June's approaching. We're talking sex, aggravations, pre-nups. There's been tiny news dribbles about Earth's hot temp couple 'Traylor' — Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce. Could TayTay and TraTra go maybe ta-ta?
It's back to those old Elizabeth Taylor Hilton Wilding Todd Fisher Burton Burton Warner Fortensky days. And waiting in the wings now is always Jennifer Lopez — age 60ish flexible — with her swash & wear wedding gown, cooked rice and readiness to maybe leap onto No. 5. Her chorus — marriage/not marriage — includes Ben Affleck, Ojani Noa, Alex Rodriguez, Sean Combs, Drake, Marc Anthony, Cris Judd — and possibly a partridge in a pear tree.
Real fantasy aisle
Marriage is difficult with celebrities. His & hers swimming pools? Prescription glass windows? Bath tubs with 14-karat rings? Live-in psychiatrists? Say an actress is 56. The studio says 47. She claims 38. Her bosom's 42.
Their astrologer sanctioned this union. They'll marry after this husband's bar mitzvah because the stars are right. Everything's arranged. Her manager will give her away — and they'll live near his school. The good news? This newest husband is rich. A Gucci Christmas tree?
Traveling to wherever Meghan found her temp prince, their agent is considered carry-on.
Problems start after the honeymoon. Following a hard day nibbling some teenage actress' bosom in a close-up, the actor husband comes home and needs coffee. So? So the actress wife should get up from her pedicure and make coffee? I mean, please. They're already only married three weeks and she hasn't even had her cuticles done.
Wow, it's true love
Press people have already set magazine stories. Like: 'We love to stay home and watch our step children.' Their neurotic delinquents who've had assorted parents from many marriages are used to cops & robbers with real cops & robbers.
Problem is, this was really no union made in love. It was strictly p.r. Starts with 'secretly' dating. The romance supposedly 'hidden.' Nobody but their psychiatrists know. Then friends are told. Next they creep out for photos. Magazine stories follow. So do lawyers.
All about the look
Some layouts are legit. Like one where the he-man husband is photo'd wrangling with a leopard. I mean, please. The real staged action happened in Malibu as he tangled with a chihuahua and lost his hairpiece in the sand while taking cues from the off-screen animal trainer.
The wife's 'I'm really a homebody' stories are misleading. And 'Oh, what a cook she is' the husband squeaks. For those shots of her at the stove the pros need an interior decorator, makeup man, hairdresser, dance teacher, professional chef, p.r. person, food taster and long lens.
After they get their shots, the pros leave while the husband rushes out to play with his Legos.
Me — I look forward to someday congratulating both TayTay and TraTra in their new tutus.
Listen, happens I know many people have money to burn. Why not? If they live in Manhattan it's cheaper to burn than gas.

How Dakota Johnson Is Dressing for This Summer's Biggest Trend
This summer, moodiness is on the mood board, and no one is embodying that vibe better than Dakota Johnson. The actress, who is known for her ultimate boho-chic style, has recently stepped out for a series of press appearances in a myriad of all-black ensembles. From a sculpted Ferragamo blazer on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to a sheer mesh Nensi Dojaka co-ord set on Late Night With Seth Meyers, Johnson's aesthetic has taken an edgier turn. On Saturday, the star attended the New York City premiere of her most recent movie, Materialists, in a silky black Gucci gown. Keeping the accessories minimal, she opted for a simple pair of black sunglasses and statement earrings, letting the simplicity of the look do all the talking. Even with her casual street style, Johnson has kept the monochromatic theme going, sporting on a recent occasion a black leather blazer, semi-sheer low-cut Balenciaga bodysuit, and flared jeans—the ultimate angsty indie-sleaze outfit formula. Johnson isn't alone. Designers everywhere are leaning into a summer of intrigue. In the last month, luxury brands have traveled the world to stage their cruise and pre-fall collections, all of which have taken a more mysterious tone. Ralph Lauren's luxe runway was filled with lace-frilled sleeves and sumptuous velvet jackets, fit for the modern hopeless renaissance romantic. In Avignon, Louis Vuitton channeled punk court jesters and medieval It girls. Meanwhile, Dior took to Rome to commemorate Maria Grazia Chiuri's final collection for the house with a ghostly presentation and short film that paid homage to great costumers of cinema's past.

Dakota Johnson looked like the ultimate rom-com heroine at the New York premiere of Materialists on June 7. In a floor-length, asymmetrical, backless satin gown and strappy sandals, Johnson joined actor Chris Evans and director Celine Song on the red carpet. With some seriously loud luxury, rich-girl accessories, the Fifty Shades of Grey star proved she's ready for romance. The actress—who is styled by Kate Young—recently frosted her Ferragamo little black dress with a $25,500 Roberto Coin ring. For the premiere of her new romantic comedy Materialists, Johnson accessorized her Gucci gown with Messika jewelry, Oliver Peoples x Khaite sunglasses, and a celeb-beloved Gucci Horsebit 1955 bag. Johnson's floor-length, asymmetrical Gucci black satin dress hails from the fashion house's Cruise 2026 collection. The stunning gown features an asymmetrical, halter neckline with an open back and a scarf detail, which cascades into a long, thin train. Leaving her hotel ahead of the premiere, Johnson was seen carrying a Gucci Mini Horsebit 1955 Asymmetric Shoulder Bag, and wearing a pair of Oliver Peoples x Khaite 1951C Sunglasses, which retail for $590. Johnson's asymmetrical Gucci Horsebit bag—which is among the best Gucci bags to invest in—was a perfect fit for her outfit, which she completed with a pair of strappy black sandals. View Deal When she isn't working, Johnson can often be found wearing sneakers, and clearly has an extensive collection of enviable footwear. From chunky Nike V2Ks to cow-print Adidas Taekwondo sneakers, Johnson is a regular source of shoe inspiration. Johnson co-stars with actors Chris Evans and Pedro Pascal in Materialists. The actress plays a matchmaker who finds herself stuck between two romantic prospects—a wealthy bachelor who is her "perfect match" on paper, and her flawed ex-boyfriend.

Dakota Johnson Trades Femme Fatale Dresses for Summer Whites
Throughout her Materialists press tour, Dakota Johnson has reminded us that dressing sexy exists on a spectrum. The Celine Song film, which premieres June 13, follows Johnson as Lucy, a professional matchmaker who finds herself caught in a love triangle (AKA, the Celine Song special). For her various press obligations, Johnson, styled by Kate Young, has channeled the Girl Next Door in cool Khaite jeans and suede jackets—albeit with sheer shapewear—to the sirenesque in her backless, asymmetrical dress. As she inched closer to the premiere, Johnson offered a modern take on the revenge dress. For her appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers, she rocked a sheer black Gucci dress with a criss-crossing neckline over a brown strapless bodysuit. And at the premiere, she chose a slinky black gown that wrapped around her neck and revealed a tasteful amount of sideboob. AeonToday, the actor traded her femme fatale dressing for summer whites. She wore a simple white midi-length tank dress, which she styled with black cat-eye sunglasses, a black shoulder bag, and white pointy-toe pumps. While much more pared-down than her sheer numbers, Dakota Johnson reminds us that in her body-conscious white dress and sultry cat-eye glasses, sexy comes in many forms.
