An American recently visited Wales for the first time and it's fair to say her reaction left people totally floored as it was so priceless. Sierra Noelle documented her journey online, and she had a few things to say about our country following her big adventure on Welsh soil.

She shared her review with her followers on TikTok, and it's left people pretty stunned, as she didn't hold back. It turns out Wales really does have something for everyone, and she couldn't wait to tell people her thoughts, leaving Welsh people in total awe of her and her words about our country.

In the clip, Sierra admitted she hadn't been able to stop thinking about Wales since she returned home. It turns out, it's easy to fall in love with our beloved nation.

Sierra said: "I have one more thing to say. I keep looking back at my photos from my trip to Wales, and it physically pains me that I am so far away it, and I don't know when I'm going to go back.
"But, guys, Wales is so cool. Everyone is so nice there and it's so pretty. Castles are really cool. Everyone needs to go, but be respectful and don't mess it up and be nice to the sheep."

In a previous video, Sierra admitted she fell in love with Wales after visiting for the first time this summer. She's so obsessed with it now that she fears it's become her "entire personality."
Sierra said she adored seeing the castles, as this is something you don't get to see or experience in the US. She thinks they're "amazing" to explore.
All in all, she visited around eight because she loved them so much. Even though she had a great time, she advised people to get their travel advice from Welsh people if they're planning a visit, as she thinks this will benefit tourists a lot more.

She absolutely loved her time exploring, and clearly can't wait to return, even though she may not be able to for a while. Thousands of people have watched her clips since she shared them, and they were quick to comment too.
One person replied, saying: "As a Welsh person, this is so lush to see someone talking about Wales, which people don't speak about enough. We have the most castles in any country on earth and also have some of the best beaches.
"Also, Welsh people have been voted the friendliest in the UK. I'm so happy you visited and enjoyed."

Another wrote: "As a Welsh person, I love this. I feel like Wales is so unknown/underrated both in and outside of the UK. Wales is awesome. Glad you enjoyed."
A third replied: "As an Aussie who lived in Wales for seven years, I can't recommend Wales enough. The landscape is so amazing and beautiful."
Meanwhile, a fourth also commented: "I love hearing people be excited about the so many castles. Taken for granted when you live here. My local castle is Conwy."

It comes after the show, which is a smash hit in Norway, was described as a cross between SAS: Who Dares Wins and I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here. The combination seems to have left celebs quaking in their boots. A source said: 'Casting for The Box is under way but it sounds like a number of stars have turned it down as they don't fancy how hard it sounds. With I'm A Celeb, the Bushtucker Trials are awful but the pay-off is appearing on one of TV's biggest shows.' For The Box, stars will be taken to mystery locations in a big yellow box, before being released to face whatever game awaits. The challenges will be fun, exhilarating and immersive. A show source said: 'Unlike other shows, The Box isn't about facing fears, it's about stepping into the unknown. 'When the boxes open they'll be launched into a variety of unexpected, fast-paced daring, comedic and mischievous challenges.' First launched in Norway in January, the show finale was watched by one in five of the country's population. ITV reckons it will be a big Saturday night hit for them with Match Of The Day legend Gary at the helm. He said: 'It's going to be unpredictable and thrilling to watch, and I'm excited that I get to have a front row seat to all the action.' Let's hope they find enough celebs who are up for it. Strictly star says he faked scenes on dance show in shock admission

Incoming pro dancer was involved in a fakery row and says he will stand up to producers if ever asked to do it again Strictly Come Dancing's new professional dancer Julian Caillon has admitted he once faked a row on TV in a bid to create more drama. ‌ The Australian-born star, who joins the BBC series this autumn, told how he acted up for the cameras to please producers who wanted the fake friction to boost ratings. ‌ Caillon was appearing on the Aussie version of the ballroom show, Dancing With The Stars, when he was paired with a female celebrity with a hectic work schedule, which sometimes made her late for rehearsals. ‌ The 29-year-old dancer and choreographer claims producers cooked up a plan for him to pretend he was angry with her for not being on time - and he went along with it. 'Reality TV is not necessarily what you think,' he explained afterwards. 'A massive aspect of reality TV is not really real. I remember in one episode of Dancing With The Stars, one of my celebrities was late to rehearsals and the producers were asking me to go around and pretend that I was frustrated. ‌ 'But she had something pop up and stuff happens sometimes and life gets in the way and we get a little bit late. It's not the biggest deal in the world. We just stay back a bit later. But they made this whole kind of thing out of it.' But Julian says while he agreed to act annoyed at the time, he would refuse to go through with it if asked now. 'I think during my earlier experiences, whatever I was asked to say or do, I just thought, 'It's a privilege for me to be here. I need them to like me. So I'll just say and do whatever needs to be done'," he explained. ‌ Speaking on the podcast Try with Alex, hosted by Australian Survivor contestant Alex Coe, he added: 'In a way, it teaches you to know what your values are and what you're willing to do and not do. It made me be confident in my own choices. 'Now, I have clear boundaries and lines where I know, 'This is what I'm willing to do. If they ask me to say this, I'm just gonna say no'." ‌ Julian, who is also a former athlete and personal trainer, joined Dancing with the Stars Down Under in 2020 and stayed for three seasons, with his partners including Gogglebox Australia star Angie Kent and model Erin McNaught. For all three appearances, he and his partner were the second couple to be eliminated. The dancer is one of two new pros lining up alongside the Strictly regulars, who include Johannes Radebe, Katya Jones and Nikita Kuzmin. The other one is American-born Alexis Warr - a former winner of US series So You Think You Can Dance. She has told how she has a backstage ritual before every routine as she thinks it will bring her good luck. 'I wipe the bottom of my shoe before I go on and then rub my hands,' she said. 'I don't know why. I just feel more grounded that way. And I always say a prayer before I go on. And if I am with my partner we will always take deep breaths together.' This year's Strictly is expected to launch on September 20.

‘Everything, I'm telling you' – Micah Richards convinced SNAPCHAT risks derailing Fulham's Premier League season

Alan Shearer and Gary Lineker had plenty to say in response Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) MICAH RICHARDS believes Fulham will struggle this season after the club banned players from using SNAPCHAT. Richards left Gary Lineker and Alan Shearer stunned as he predicted that the social media outlet could be the downfall of Marco Silva's side in the new campaign. Fans were left loving the brilliant banter between their Craven Cottage icons. The regular Snapchat posts also gave a glimpse into the players' lives at the London club's training ground and stadium. But Alex Iwobi revealed in July that he and his Fulham teammates had been banned from further Snapchat posts by a member of staff. He told followers: 'For those that are wondering why I haven't been snapping BTS (behind-the-scenes) in the changing room, one person in the media team has been saying I haven't been catching the right stuff. 'So, there's no more BTS. They also said I might get fined if I continue to do so, they're trying to ban snap in our changing room. 'That's why I ain't been snapping BTS, it's a shame, I know you guys enjoy seeing what my team-mates are like behind the scenes. But, I have to respect the rules.' Now, former Man City title winner Richards reckons that Fulham's Snapchat clampdown could come back to bite the club. BEST FREE BETS AND BETTING SIGN UP OFFERS Silva's side have only made one signing in back-up goalie Benjamin Lecomte, while two attackers have departed in Willian and Carlos Vinicius. But Richards believes the inability to post on social media will have a worse effect on morale than the lack of new arrivals. Fulham star Calvin Bassey shows Arsenal fans his bum at worst time possible Speaking on The Rest is Football podcast, Richards' fellow presenter Shearer first said: 'I don't see Fulham doing as well as they did last year. 'I've got them sixth-bottom, I think they'll have too much to have them in a relegation battle but just below last season.' Richards then noted: 'I agree. And their media person has stopped them using Snapchat, where you used to get all the insight, the videos and stuff. Great for chemistry.' This left Shearer amused as he responded: 'Excuse me, what the f**k has that got to do with the prediction, by the way?!' Richards continued: 'Everything, I'm telling you. You can't do the videos no more, you go in there, it's going to be silent, there's going to be no banter flying, so it could affect them. 'So I'm going to say they're going to be just below what they did last season.' Shearer gasped: 'No Snapchat, so they're going to be just below last season! That's the reason!' Host Lineker then summed up the conversation by adding: 'Too much c***chat, not enough Snapchat.'
