Massive rallies in Al-Dhale' under title "With Gaza & Palestine... Against killers & Arrogant Powers"

Dhale' - Saba:
The districts of Damt, Al-Hasha, Waqtaba, and Jubin in Al-Dhale' province witnessed massive public rallies on Friday under the slogan "With Gaza & Palestine... Against killers and Arrogant Powers."
In the march led by Al-Hasha District, participants raised the flags of Yemen and Palestine, led by Acting Governor Abdul Latif Al-Shaghdari. They chanted slogans condemning the genocidal crimes committed by the American-Zionist enemy in Gaza and Yemen.
The participants affirmed their continued support for Gaza and the Palestinian resistance in confronting the American-backed Zionist aggression. The people of Al-Dhale' declared their disavowal of all agents, traitors, and mercenaries serving the U.S. and Israel, vowing to stand against anyone who collaborates with, provides intelligence to, or supports the enemy in any form.
They praised the role of Yemeni society and tribes in denouncing all agents , spies of the U.S. and Israel, as outlined in the Tribal Honor Document.
A statement issued during the rallies emphasized: "In continuation of our duty, and steadfast in the righteous and honorable stance of Yemen—the land of faith, wisdom, and jihad—we marched today in million-strong rallies in solidarity with the oppressed Muslim Palestinian people, and in response to the crimes of the American-British-Zionist aggression against our country. We renew our pledge of allegiance to God and His Messenger (peace be upon him and his family), to the banners of guidance represented by his allies, and our disavowal of the enemies of God—the leaders of disbelief: America and Israel—on the anniversary of the 'Scream Against the Arrogant.'"
The statement noted that on the anniversary of this historic stance—marking the first practical step of the blessed Quranic project—they recalled the early days of the Quranic march, its steadfast and confident steps, and the immense challenges, plots, and conspiracies it faced, all of which were shattered by God's power before this great project.
It added: "The great fruits and results we witness today, the divine promises fulfilled, and the manifestations of our unique and distinguished stance with Gaza strengthen our conviction in the correctness of this wise Quranic path, leading to the good outcomes promised by God to the righteous. Meanwhile, the paths of misguidance have only brought shame upon the two-billion-strong Muslim nation, whose states, armies, wealth, and peoples today fail to deliver even a loaf of bread or a pill of medicine to besieged Gaza."
The statement called on the nation to sincerely return to the path of the Holy Quran, raise voices in disavowal of God's enemies, and activate economic boycott as effective weapons and practical, impactful steps.
It reaffirmed unwavering support for Gaza and Palestine against the murderers and arrogant powers, stressing that American support for the Zionist enemy and its aggression against Yemen will not deter the Yemeni people from backing Gaza. "America has failed in this, and the mujahideen of the Armed Forces have delivered successive blows to it, the latest being the strike on its aircraft carrier Truman."
The statement concluded: "Today, we deliver another blow to the Americans through our unparalleled million-strong rallies and our honorable tribal stances. We will continue, relying on God with unwavering resolve, undeterred by the enemy's propaganda, massacres, or siege. Our Quranic stance of faith will never shift to hypocrisy, cowardice, or betrayal—God forbid—but will only grow stronger. And in God let the believers place their trust."

New Massacre in Gaza City's al-Sabra neighborhood kills dozens, including children

Gaza – Saba: Zionist enemy forces on Saturday committed a horrific massacre in al-Sabra neighborhood in central Gaza City, killing at least 15 Palestinians, including six children, and wounding over 50 in a preliminary toll. The attack stemmed from a residential house being bombed with two missiles. Mahmoud Basal, spokesperson for Civil Defense in Gaza, told al Jazeera that the house was completely destroyed, making it "almost certain" everyone inside was martyred, with approximately 85 people remaining under the rubble and access extremely difficult. Civil Defense crews were forced to withdraw due to inability to reach bodies, describing the scene as "very harsh" and "a complete massacre." Basal noted that injuries arriving at hospitals are "extremely serious," while the medical system suffers from widespread destruction and severe supply shortages, threatening the wounded's lives. He added that Civil Defense is losing many survivors due to a lack of rescue equipment, relying solely on human effort after most vehicles were destroyed. Since October 7, 2023, the Israeli enemy army, with American and European support, has been committing "crimes of genocide" in Gaza, resulting in 54,772 Palestinian deaths, mostly children and women, and 125,834 injuries. Thousands of victims remain under rubble, inaccessible to rescue crews. Whatsapp Telegram Email Print

Palestinian Mujahideen Movement mourns assassinated leader Mahmoud Kahil

Gaza – Saba: The Palestinian Mujahideen Movement and its military wing, the Mujahideen Brigades, on Saturday mourned the death of its leader, Mahmoud Kahil, also known as Abu al-Mu'tasim. In a statement, the movement announced Kahil's martyrdom, stating he was a leader in the movement and a member of the Gaza Strip leadership, killed in a "cowardly Zionist assassination operation" that also claimed the lives of his wife, children, father, and brothers. The statement highlighted his long "jihadi journey" in defending religion and Palestine. The movement affirmed that such assassinations would not break their resolve but would strengthen their adherence to "jihad and resistance," vowing that "the bill of reckoning will remain open" with the "fascist Zionist enemy." They concluded by asserting that the blood of their leaders and martyrs will remain a beacon until the "Zionist enemy is swept from all our land Whatsapp Telegram Email Print

EU discusses considering imposing partial sanctions on Israel

Brussels-Saba: European Council President Antonio Costa has confirmed that the European Commission is preparing a legal report for action against Israel, which is expected to be presented to the Council of Foreign Ministers on June 23. Press sources reported that this anticipated report could open the door to imposing partial sanctions against Israel without the need for a unanimous vote of all members, if it is determined that Israel is not fulfilling its human rights obligations under Article 2 of the Association Agreement with the EU. Referring to the content of the anticipated report, Costa said in a press statement, "The situation in Gaza is absolutely unacceptable, and when you watch your channels and read your newspapers, I think the conclusion you will reach is clear." It is noteworthy that 17 of the 27 countries requested this legal assessment, while nine countries opposed it. Article 2 of the agreement provides a legal framework for the special relationship between Israel and the European Union in several areas, including trade. Although completely canceling the Association Agreement requires the unanimity of member states, which some countries are expected to oppose, the EU is considering partial steps that could reduce the agreement without requiring unanimity, requiring only a special majority. Four European diplomats told Politico that pressure is mounting on the European Commission to submit practical proposals to downgrade relations with Israel if it is proven to be violating the human rights clause in the agreement. Two weeks ago, French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot called for a review of the agreement, and previous reports indicated that France, Britain, the Netherlands, and Belgium were exploring the possibility of recognizing a Palestinian state.
