What is it about?
In a city that celebrates distinction, RIKAS Hospitality Group has never been one to follow the crowd. With a portfolio of iconic concepts ranging from the bohemian beachfront flair of Twiggy by La Cantine to the cosmopolitan charm of Mimi Kakushi and the elegance of Gigi Rigolatto, RIKAS has continually shaped the region's culinary narrative. Now, the brand sets a new benchmark, becoming the first Dubai-based hospitality group to launch its own reservation app.
The app is an intuitive platform designed to redefine how guests engage with their favourite venues. Furthermore, it is more than just a booking tool. The app offers a gateway to the RIKAS universe. Additionally, it allows users to browse its collection of restaurants and secure last-minute tables with real-time availability. This in turn allows for a seamlessly curated experience – all at their fingertips.
This launch is also the first initiative led by the Group's newly established Guest Experience Team headed by Dia Bah.
