I copied Emma Willis' This Morning style for work with a £36 version of her £165 stripe shirt
Every summer ITV's This Morning brings in a new rotation of hosts whilst the usual presenters take some well earned time off, with current stand-in host Joel Dommett jokingly calling it 'Supply teacher vibes' on his Instagram. However Joel and his co-host Emma Willis have already been a huge hit with fans, and as well as enjoying their presenting skills, we've also become an instant fan of Emma's chic workwear-inspired wardrobe.
So much so, in fact, that I decided to take a leaf out of Emma's book for my own work attire, especially after spotting her in blue and white Me and Em Cotton Stripe Relaxed Forever Shirt during Wednesday's episode. Whilst I don't have Emma's exact £165 shirt, I have recently snapped up this £36 Stripe Oversized Shirt from Anthology which looks just like it.
Just like Emma's, my Anthology shirt is a beautiful pale blue colour with contrasting white stripes, although mine also has slim black stripes running down the centre of each white one, giving it some added contrast. Plus you can currently save 20% with the code SHINE, which knocks £7.20 off the price bringing it down to £28.80 and making it a much more affordable option if your budget doesn't stretch to Emma's Me and Em one.
My Stripe Oversized Shirt has an oversized fit with a classic collared neckline and button-fastened cuffs for that traditional menswear-inspired look.I took my usual size and it fit perfectly, with a relaxed fit that's still flattering and doesn't overwhelm you. If you have a larger bust you might want to try taking a size up for some extra room, as I did find that it doesn't have a great deal of room in the chest area.
One of the best things about Anthology's clothing is that it has a really inclusive range of sizes, too, and you can pick up the Stripe Oversized Shirt in sizes eight to 32. We also found this Blue Striped Slim Fit Poplin Shirt for just £17.99 at New Look, which comes in sizes six to 22 and is great if you prefer a more slimline fitting shirt.
If you prefer your shirts to look like you've pinched them out of your partner's wardrobe, With Nothing Underneath's The Boyfriend Shirt is £95 and has a more menswear-inspired feel. It also comes in several different colours and patterns, giving you plenty of different designs to choose from.
However I did find the Stripe Oversized Shirt has just the right length, so you can wear it loose and untucked and it'll give you just enough coverage over your hips and upper thighs without being tight. However it's not so long that if you prefer to wear it tucked in (like Emma did with her shirt) you won't end up with tonnes of fabric bunching up under your waistband.
It's also made from a lovely lightweight material that's 90% cotton and 10% polyamide, which keeps it crisp and expensive feeling whilst still being breathable in the summer heat. It also just made me feel effortlessly put together and like I meant business – exactly what I needed for heading into the office.

It comes after ITV makes major decision on I'm A Celebrity's future after talks with officials. Fans will remember that Matt succeeded David Tennant in the role of the titular timelord, and was succeeded by Peter Capaldi. In total, Matt starred in 45 episodes of Doctor Who from 2010 untuil 2013, and then returned for a guest appearance the following year. He then went on to play a young Prince Philip in the first series of Netflix hit The Crown, where he starred opposite Claire Foy as Queen Elizabeth during the early years of her reign. Since 2022, he has played Daemon Targaryen on the Game of Thrones spin-off House of Dragon, and also appeared in the West End production of An Enemy of the People last year. The couple looked happy together but Matt said last year he's in 'no rush' to settle down. 'Oh, my mum asks me that every day. I don't know, I don't know… I'm in no rush at the moment,' he said after being quizzed on his love life. However, It seems if he has a type, Jessica fits the bill. Back in 2009, Matt dated Brazilian actor Mayana Moura in 2009. The pair reportedly broke it off after struggling with the long distance. He's not short of famous exes either, with the actor notably dating fashion model Daisy Lowe for almost two years from 2010. The couple are said to have split after conflicting schedules, with Matt rising to prominence in Doctor Who while Daisy focused on modelling. This came after a reportedly brief romance with Billie Piper, who he appeared alongside in several BBC dramas before being spotted holding hands with in 2006. Matt then had a relationship with Lily James, whom he met in 2014 and was on and off with until breaking things off for good in 2020. The Hollywood power couple are thought to have differing views on marriage and kids, with Matt sharing his hopes for a family in 2018. He said: "I am thinking about kids quite a lot. I'd like a lot of them. A lot of my friends are having children and, dare I say, I think I'd be quite a good dad."

Tommy Fury makes decision about Bambi's future after own Love Island past

Tommy and her influencer mum Molly-Mae Hague famously met on the hit ITV reality dating show in 2019 but that doesn't mean he is open to the idea of Bambi appearing in the future. Asked how he'd feel if Bambi went on Love Island, he told the Telegraph magazine: "Oh, that's a good question. I don't even want to think about that... 'I'd do my f***ing best [to stop her]! I don't know. I don't know! I'll support her through anything.' Tommy, 26, also appeared reluctant to see Bambi follow him into boxing as he dismissed the idea of that entirely. He said: 'No. She's too pretty to be a boxer. I'm going to take the black eyes and the broken ribs and the broken hands, so she doesn't have to.' Despite splitting up for a brief period in August 2024 Tommy and Molly-Mae are now back together and progressing with their relationship and expanding their family to give Bambi some siblings is a high priority for Tommy as he hopes to one day have a large family. He said: 'I'd love to give Bambi a sibling.' Tommy was then asked how many children he would like to have to which he joked: "Forty. He then added: 'Me and Molly have had private conversations. I don't think she's quite on track for 40... Obviously, I'm not the one giving birth. "But all I ever wanted to do from when I was a young boy, I just wanted to have a family and do my boxing and look after them. My family is everything. I don't care what happens in my life. I don't care if boxing goes. Because if it were to happen again, I've got my family.' Tommy also opened up about his relationship with Molly-Mae, admitting it was love at first sight for him when she entered the villa and invited him on a date as a Love Island bombshell. He said: "As soon as I saw her, it was game over. She's the most beautiful girl I've ever seen in my life. Inside and out. She is the best thing that's ever happened to me. 'She probably thought, 'Who is this guy? What is he doing near me?' I think if I was going on a date with myself, I'd be a bit like that.' Tommy then confessed that he only signed up to appear on Love Island because he wanted a free holiday. He said: "My fight had got cancelled. I could do with a holiday. I haven't got money to go. Don't forget — I'm not Bill Gates's son. I don't come from millions of pounds.'

Emmerdale star Isabel Hodgins pregnant just months after lavish wedding amid 'tough' mood swings
Just a few months ago, Emmerdale's Isabel Hodgins and her partner Adam Whitehead tied the knot in a beautiful ceremony. Now they tell us, they're embarking on a whole new adventure Less than three months ago, newlyweds Isabel Hodgins and her husband Adam Whitehead told us, 'Having a family is definitely our next step,' when we caught up with them following their fairy-tale wedding in Manchester. It was a stylish affair attended by Isabel's Emmerdale co-stars Danny Miller, Mark Jordon, Laura Norton, Jeff Hordley and Zoë Henry. And the happy couple, neither of whom can stop smiling as OK! sits down with them for an exclusive chat, tell us they already have some very exciting news to share. Since the wedding, they have discovered they are expecting their first child. A glowing Isabel beams, 'It's something that we wanted to happen, but now it actually has, it's weird... it's still sinking in!' As we ask the actress, who has played Victoria Sugden on the ITV soap since she was 12 years old, how she broke the joyous news to her husband, she laughs, 'He actually told me!' It comes after Liam Neeson's son reacts to his dad's romance with Pamela Anderson. READ MORE: Meghan Markle and Prince Harry set for new 'goldmine' offer - but could face issue 'Isabel was late by a few days, so she did a test. But then, she just threw it on the floor and it was upside down just lying there,' explains 28-year-old Adam before Isabel, 31, adds, 'I didn't want to look at it, as I felt it would make time go slower to stare. But Mr Impatient comes along to look at it and sees that it's positive. 'But I thought, 'Surely we can't trust it because it's been upside down, so it might have impacted the result.' We rushed to Boots to buy three more, and they were all positive too, so we thought it must be right!' says Isabel, who is almost four months into her pregnancy journey now. Adam, who works as a PE teacher, met Isabel in the gym, and the pair have been together for three years. And, though they were trying to start a family, the couple – who are on cloud nine having just had a look at their little one during a baby scan — admit it has all happened faster than they could have imagined. 'It's exciting but also scary, because it has happened so fast and it's our first time,' explains Isabel. 'Originally, we booked a wedding for 2026, but then I realised I didn't want to wait that long to start a family. But I also wanted to be married first, so I kept changing the goal posts, but this was always the plan!' It's not been the easiest first trimester for Isabel, who admits she's feeling 'pretty knackered'. 'It's hard to know how to feel because you're so excited, but also, for me there's been so much fatigue. So I'm like, 'I'm so happy but please let me nap!' 'I didn't know what to expect, but I think it has been tougher than I thought because it's been a bit of a roller-coaster. But luckily, I haven't been very sick, so that's a plus,' she smiles. 'I've been cooking the tea and helping out around the house as much as I can,' confirms Adam, as Isabel jumps in, 'And dealing with my mood swings!' Adam laughs, 'Yeah, that's been tough.' The couple are already hard at work designing their little one's nursery, and are sticking to a neutral colour scheme as they have decided not to find out the baby's gender until giving birth. 'Adam is going to believe for nine months that it's a boy,' jokes Isabel, who says she'd be happy with a boy or girl, but can also picture herself with a son. And when it comes to choosing that all-important name, Isabel and Adam joke that they're going to leave that decision down to their baby. 'We've been struggling with names, especially girls' names. We think of one and then we're like, 'No, our child wouldn't suit that,' and start overthinking it,' says Adam. 'I was talking to someone and they had three names for a boy and they asked the baby the names — on a particular name the baby smiled and they were like, 'There you go, he named himself!'' laughs Isabel. While Adam and Isabel only met a few years ago, their story actually goes way back to when they were both newborns. After beginning their relationship, the couple discovered, incredibly, that they were actually born in the same hospital and even went to the same school — but due to their three-year age gap, they didn't know one another. Sadly, their baby won't be born in the same hospital they were, as Isabel says it no longer has a maternity ward, but she confirms that the pregnancy does feel like a 'full circle' moment. 'It's a weird story to tell people, the fact that we went to all these places and never knew each other until further down the line. It's something nice to tell the kids,' smiles Isabel. Isabel and Adam admit that their nearest and dearest weren't shocked at their exciting news. 'My mum just cried straight away, my parents both got emotional and gave me a hug,' says Adam. Isabel nods, saying, 'Yeah, my parents were really cute, too. It wasn't a surprise because everyone knew we wanted kids, so it was more about when it would happen.' Clearly over the moon to become parents, Adam believes his other half was born to be a mum. 'You're just a natural with kids,' he tells her. 'You just seem to gravitate to them and you want to mother them — even when they're not yours!' 'For me, I knew I wanted kids at some point but it wasn't until I met Isabel that I knew it would happen soon. Because I'm a teacher, I'm quite used to being around them and so I think it'll come quite naturally. Well, I'm hoping one baby is easier than 750 teenagers!' he laughs. While they may not be worrying too much about their parenting abilities, losing their current routine is something Adam and Isabel confess that they're feeling a little nervous about. The couple are big gym-lovers and they're both focused on their careers, so becoming mum and dad will be quite a change of pace for them. Taking a step back from Emmerdale for maternity leave, though, is something Isabel is prepared for, albeit with mixed feelings. 'I will miss it. I love the people there, but I've worked there for 19 years, so I feel like I've done what I've wanted to do and been selfish with my career. Now, it's time to devote my life to being a mum, that feels right to me. But there's still FaceTime, so they won't forget me!' So, what are the couple looking forward to most in this exciting new chapter? 'I think, seeing what we've created and meeting this little person,' says Isabel. 'Creating them into hopefully a respectable little person,' Adam says, as Isabel adds, 'Fingers crossed!'
