In an interview with Siddharth Kannan, Arjan Bajwa talked about his Fashion co-star Priyanka Chopra and her silent suffering.
1. Priyanka Chopra lost her father in 2013 after being diagnosed with cancer. Arjan Bajwa recalled the time when she found out about her father suffering from this disease. He shared they were discussing their father as even his dad had a fatal fall from the first floor's balcony. He recalled, 'I remember one day specifically when we were sitting together and discussing our fathers. Others might be thinking what are these co-stars discussing so much, and there we were. One I have lost and there she is saying that my father is going through cancer.'
2. Arjan shared that she was dealing with emotional distress and added that they had 'mutual respect' for each other after discussing a personal crisis during the shoot of Fashion.
3. The actor also praised her and called her 'extremely hardworking'. He shared that because of PeeCee's strong focus and hard work she has grown so much in her career, Arjan also described her as a strong girl.
4. Despite dealing with so many personal issues, the Fashion actor shared that he never found Priyanka Chopra being vulnerable or breaking down on the sets of Fashion.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Priyanka Chopra has several projects lined up. She will next be seen in Heads Of State alongside John Cena and Idris Elba. It will be released on Amazon Prime Video on July 2, 2025.
Apart from this, she also has The Bluff and Citadel Season 2 in the pipeline. She has wrapped up the shooting of both.

Sasikumar and Simran starrer feel-good comedy drama film Tourist Family had hit the theaters in India on April 29, 2025. After more than a month of its release, the movie is available for streaming on JioHotstar from June 2, 2025. The Plot: Tourist Family features the story of an Eelam Tamil family of four, who decide to seek refuge in India after the Sri Lankan economic crisis, hoping for a better future. The family, led by Dharmadas, his wife Vanathi, and their two sons, Nithushan and Murali, makes its way to Vanathi's brother, Prakash, who lives in Tamil Nadu. To mask their identities as Sri Lankans, they are introduced in the locality as Malayalees. Now, with an impending conflict likely to come their way, the film focuses on the light-hearted and humorous events that take place with their neighbors. The Good: The Tourist Family is a refreshing departure from the trends of blazing guns and violent action. There is a constant conflict between two urban brothers who love each other dearly, but they think differently. Stolen will steal your heart to see the plight of a mother in search of her baby Champa. This crime thriller tells the story of two brothers who are entangled in a scary search for a baby that has been kidnapped. Despite their differences, both the brothers come together to find the child. Directed by Karan Tejpal and produced by Anurag Kashyap and Kiran Rao , the movie begins with Gautam ( Abhishek Banerjee ) waiting to pick up his brother, Raman (Shubham Vardhan) from the railway station. STORY CONTINUES BELOW THIS AD Raman (Shubham Vardhan) comes across a woman fanatically looking for her daughter. The baby is abducted from Jhumpa's arms, (Mia Maelzer), as she sleeps at a desolate railway station. What follows is a relentless search of the two brothers to find the child who unknowingly gets entangled in this case. A still from Stolen has already made waves at multiple national and international film festivals for its brilliant, yet simple storyline and equally brilliant performances by the entire cast of the film. There is more to this thriller and it also touches upon the misuse of surrogacy rights and the incompetence of the cops. The film moves at a pace where there is no moment to question the drawbacks of filmmaking. But the one who steals the show is definitely Jhumpa (Mia Maelzer) with her expressive eyes doing all the talking. She is terrified yet determined to find her daughter. And nothing can stop her from this. The way Gautam (Abhishek Banerjee) transforms her chracter from not so interested in helping Jhumpa, to be the man who actually found the baby and handed it over to her mother is what brings a smile. The earnest performances are the selling points of Karan Tejpal's Stolen. Stolen though is filled with action, but not an edge-of-the-seat thriller and that's what makes it different from other films.
